On March 11, 2024, I agreed with ********************************, the owner of EMF FLOORING DESIGN LLC to complete a job. On March 11, 2024, I transferred $3,000 as a deposit for the job. I also transferred an additional $3,000 on March 14, 2024. So, I deposited a total of $6,000 as agreed for the job.. After my several follow up attempts, ****** continued to lie and delay starting the job. I told him because of the lies and continued delays, he breached our agreement as related to starting and being able to timely complete the job as agreed so I demanded my deposit be returned. He called and also wrote me apologizing and documenting his mistakes and delays. He also wrote to me that he would return my deposit. He has not returned my deposit. He is now refusing to do so. I have all the written correspondence. Please, I need help to get my $6,000 returned.

Just a quick update. I have received $5,401 from ******. He refuses to pay the remaining $599 that is owed to me because of an excuse that he paid to someone not part of our contract. I told him that he breached our contract. Further told him about his dealings with others not part of our agreement is not relevant to our agreement. He breached. May I have your help obtain the $599 that is still owed to me. I sent our agreement as BBB requested. Please let me know if you need all emails, texts and any of our communications. I have all of it, including the lies and apologies that he has given for the breach in his attempt to resolve and continue with the job which it is too late to complete. Thank you for any help.

I ***************************** owner of EMF Flooring Design LLC take total responsibility of that complaint, I am really sorry for what happened, I never had bad intentions, I did not pay the balance of $599.00 because I was trying to get back that money I paid to *********************************** to process some permits with the City of ***********, ********************** had some personal issues and delayed all the process and didn't explained it to me, so I assumed that everything was under control.  ********************** apologized with **************** for the all situation but He couldn't understand.
