No after sale support for damaged product. We ordered a Primo grill from a company called Grillio which is part of Theaterseats which is part of InteriorMart. We paid $1980 dollars. The grill arrived damaged and unusable. We called Grillio and we got Theaterseats customer service. We asked to speak to our salesperson and were told the name we had was not a real person. Just a fake name they use. It is impossibe to get to Grillio because everything goes to Theaterseats. Theaterseats is owned by Interiormart so our only recourse is to go to Interiormart since Theaterseats has not resolved the problem and we are unable to speak to our "claim" worker. We leave a message and get no return call. We have spent two weeks working this issue and have no evidence of any action on their part. We got in a chat conversation with someone and asked for help and a "claim worker" entered the chat. The claim worker said she had emailed us. We still do not have that email. She said she tried to call and our phone was staticky. We show no missed calls on that phone. We asked her to call right then since we were sitting by the phone. The online chat abruptly ended. We have tried to call this claim worker and were told we could not speak to her. We have left messages and have received no response. We just want replacement parts. At this point we have an unusable expensive grill and only get the run a round from Grillio aka Theaterseats aka Interiormart.
