      I purchased $10,000. worth of furniture from them in 2021 (2 barrel chairs and 1 love seat). Within a few months after delivery, the leather on the love seat showed significant puddling. It looked like it had seen many years of hard wear. Both the ************* store and Natuzzi customer care were notified. After many months of no response, finally their vendor (Guardsman) was sent to stuff seat with additional foam. This lasted 2 months before the puddling of leather returned. Two years into the purchase, they have not responded to multiple requests for a resolution, including filing a complaint with the BBB. See all of the unresolved complaints already filed. Word to the wise is to stay away from this store AND Natuzzi since there are many unresolved complaints and terrible customer care.*********************************************************************************************************************
