      For over a year Performancr Golf has charge me a fee of 20 per month for a subscription I do not remember signing up for. I have tried to cancel several times by phone and email. Noresponse. I turned them in to my credit card company. Got a refund, changed my number. They still did not stop.

      The matter pertains to his subscription to ************* According to our records, ***** purchased our Power Loading Formula training program, which included a 14-day complimentary trial of ************* followed by a monthly charge of $19 plus tax once the trial period ended. This arrangement was clearly outlined in the terms of service agreed to by ***** at the time of purchase.

      In an effort to address this issue, we have terminated the ************ subscription to halt any future charges. Furthermore, we have processed a for the related charge.

      Ordered a golf club in good faith from their website and tried like h*** to not fall for their over aggressive marketing tactics. I only wanted the club but was signed up for a 14 day trial to their "scratch club" their website is all about up selling and after trying to get out of their video about how great their stuff is I left the website after about 15 minutes gave up not thinking I had to deny their pending subscription. I was charged last month but didn't see it in my bank statement. I saw another charge this morning and then went back into my history and saw the other charge. I went to their website this morning and there is no place to cancel on the website, only more things to sign up for. I contacted customer service that they didn't want to give a refund only subscribe to more things! I had to insist that I cancel this subscription and Not make another one. I only want my $29 back from June's sub that I never wanted in the first place. They should be forced to change their tactics and their webpage so they can't prey on customers buying something in good faith.

      I was interested in improving my golf game so I decided to spend $65 on a device to help through Performance Golf. Boy what a mistake. As soon as I ordered it, I was bombarded with emails and then texts continuously. At one point I had 13 emails within a 24 hour period. I also received constant texts about going to ******* for some golf retreat. When I ordered the device, I did not realized they signed me up for a free subscription to their help channel. They then would charge me $30 a month until I realized it on my credit card, which I then immediately canceled. I never signed up for the service. I never used the service and quite frankly I was quite upset from the very beginning as they were harassing me with constant emails and texts. I believe they know what theyre doing because people dont realize that they get signed up for this and then after a couple months will end up cancelling it. So Performance Golf will get $30/month until people realize what theyre doing. This is wrong and really is bad advertisement. I should be refunded for all the subscription as I never used it and never asked for it. If I could I would send back the device and wish I never contacted them.

      I bought a golf driver on 4-10-24 from Performance golf for $271.41 using a credit card. I did not order anything else. I have been charged by Performance golf ***** on the same card on 4-24 and again on 5-24

      In April 2024 I signed up for access to Performance Golfs training videos. The cost was suppose to be $29.00 after a free grace ******* I did not buy anything else from them or authorize any other charges to my credit card. On 4/20/24 they charged my credit card three charges, $47.00, $25.00 and $67.00. I have no idea what these charges are for. They then charged me $29.00 on 5/4/24 and $29.00 on 6/4/24. I do not want to continue my subscription but have no way to cancel it. I have called the phone number several times and no one picks up after dozens of rings. I am willing to pay the two $29.00 changes for what I signed up for but I need a refund for the $139.00 charged to my credit card on 4/20/24 for charges I did not authorize. And I would like to cancel my account.

This arrangement was clearly outlined in the terms of service agreed to by **** at the time of purchase.

      In an effort to address this issue, we have terminated the Simple Strike Approach Shots, Simple Speed System, and ************ subscription to halt any future charges. Furthermore, we have processed a refund to his account for the related charges.

      In May I purchased a product created by *****************************, for $79.99 from Performance Golf. I then received numerous phone calls from sales representatives trying to sell other products. I declined and was surprised to see a charge for $325 on my credit card from Performance Golf. I reached out by phone and was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours. That did not happen, so I called back and then was told it would be 72 hours, which also did not happen. I called again and was promised someone would call me back by the end of the day, snd I would be sent the customer service representatives personal phone number if no one called me back. Well, neither of those things happened. I just called and got voice mail. Definitely a bait and switch or sell and scam operation. Be very cautious when doing business (if you call it that) with this company.

      The representative I spoke to was extremely aggressive with her sales pitch. I told her I wanted the two clubs I agreed to purchase and that was it. A few weeks later my checking account was hit with a $299.00 REOCCURRING monthly fee for online golf lessons that I did not agree to. I told the rep repeatedly that I was not interested in getting or paying for these lessons. She pushed a 30 day free trial on me but I knew that meant after 30 days I would have to pay so I refused. When I called to get reimbursed and cancel what this rep had signed me up for I was told a caseworker would call me within 24 hrs. No call so I called them and a different rep told me somebody would call me back in 72 hrs! Im fairly certain from my experience so far that Im not getting my $299.00 back ************ uses high pressure tactics to sell their product and they will try very hard to upsell you. Buyer beware.
