    On May 21st I was inquiring about health insurance quotes and within a couple seconds of clicking on a link to start looking for various plans and providers in my area, I received a call from Health Insurance Alliance, LLC. I said I was not buying insurance but only browsing and looking for possible plan options for the upcoming enrollment cycle. The person on the other end hung up on me and since then have been receiving harassing phone calls throughout the day and as a care giver, this has a direct impact on people's quality of care. I've told them to stop several times and have opted out of text messages. They keep calling saying I need to give them more information, which I won't give, to be removed from the system which is false. These scams need to be stopped.

    Filled out an online form requesting information on health insurance options. Thought it was a government entity because .org in the **** They have called me over 100 times in 12 hours and hang up the moment you try and ask to be removed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Today I have received 4 calls in the last 5 minutes.  Including one 2 minutes ago.  From a spoofed number in ********, *******;[no caller ID]

    1 from a different phone number also from ********, ** [no caller ID]

    1 from another ********, ** number [Caller ID says "American Express"]

    1 from another number in ********, ** [Caller ID says "Radius Global"]

    5 more ********, ** numbers without caller ID

    The above were all (646) area code.

    I also received (866) number calls [Caller ID is marked "unknown"]

    Multiple (332) numbers from "Global Naps"

    Close to 15 calls so far today between 7:55am and 12:13pm

    Every time I answer - they immediately begin to talk and try to convince me I need to sign up with them for insurance and hang up the moment I mention I want to be removed.

    These guys are running a bigger scam than these calls -- they tell me on the phone I have an "open case" with the company.

    I do not want an "open case" or anything else to do with them.  I want real confirmation I have been removed from their call list and their company records and a note made declaring if they do not then they will provide me with some kind of compensatory damage provision.

    I do not believe they will honor their statement to cease and desist from contacting me again.

    These guys make calls behind all these masks [see below] -- pulled directly from their website.  Who needs 190+ affiliates for a business model such as the one they have -- unless you are trying to hide behind something?

    Simply saying "It's not from us" is disingenuous at best.  I am still getting the calls - all I need to do is answer and ask who they are calling from - it's always one of these.  

    It ignores the fact that I signed up directly on their website.

    Why should I go away so easily when they are not?  They want to bully me and brush me aside - they are violating telemarketing laws.

    On 5/20/2024, I contacted getmehealthinsurance.org to inquire about health insurance. The called me and I found the customer service agent to be rude and unhelpful and I told them I didnt want to do business with them. After that, I got over 10 calls on that day alone from this company, all from different numbers, trying to do business with me. Every single time I asked to be put on the no call list and said I did not want to do business with them and every time I was either hung up on or told they would put me on the no call list just for them to call me again an hour later. They are continuing to do this today and I anm getting calls every hour. I do not want to do business with this company and I want them to stop calling me, as Ive tried everything and they will not stop.

    I received a reply saying they would delete my information and I am still receiving calls every hour. When I asked why I am still receiving calls, they hang up on me.  I DO NOT want to be contacted again by this company!!

    I was looking for health insurance quotes and now these people will Not stop calling me. I get multiple calls from different numbers from them every hour all through the day. I get anywhere from ***** calls a day. It is insane. When we call back or answer the call and tell them to take me off the list they hang up or are so rude.

    Within 30 seconds of submitting my information I received a call that seemed to be legitimate, not more than 30 minutes after that call I began to receive spam call after spam call, a text from someone claiming to be the wrong number but was on obvious phishing scam, and more calls. All within 3 hours of submitting my phone number.The spam and harassment calls may not be coming directly from this company, but are a direct result of them selling my information to MANY other companies. This kind of behavior should be criminal and likely is, I more than likely will have to change my phone number because I cant get this to stop.

    I went to Obamacare.com and filled in my information for insurance quotes. I realized this site was not good during the phone call, I told them I am not interested and hung up. I am now being harassed with so many phone calls. I tell them each time to remove me from the call list and they either hang up or say "yes will do". I am getting bullied and harassed with these calls. I will continue to make BBB complaints until the calls stop.

    This makes no sense. Every call I get still has a person asking about my insurance application. So, this company is responsible for putting me on a list that spam calls me? How are you not then responsible for other companies calling me when they ask about the only application I have put out was to your company?

    After attempting to find a health insurance plan right for me, I used this website on accident (not realizing that it wasn't the one I was looking for). Filled out my address, name, phone number, etc. This was earlier today (5/7/24) and I've since gotten phone call after phone call from random numbers. I believe this is some sort of spam, and I've told every person that I no longer want to hear about health insurance plans from them. This website was the first listed when I looked up "ACA healthcare". This has happened to me before, and I'm scared my information will be leaked.

    On May 7, 2024, at 1:58 pm Ms.***** information was entered into our site expressing an interest in receiving assistance locating health insurance coverage. The information about this request and terms from our site are included below and as an attachment.

    (By clicking the Get My Free Quotes button and submitting this form, you expressly consent to Health Insurance Alliance, *************** "We," or "Us"), our agents, representatives, its partners or affiliates, or anyone calling on the companys behalf to receive telemarketing sales calls, whether automated, autodialed, prerecorded, or from an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers, or using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, or from an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers, SMS messages (including text messages), email (using any email address you have provided to us), and by postal mail, even if you are on a state or federal Do Not Call and/or Do Not Email registry.)

    In response to this request, our agents contacted Ms. **** at 2:46pm on May 7, 2024. Ms. **** advised at that time that she was not able to speak but agreed to be called at or around 6pm. We made two additional attempts at that time, both of which went to voicemail.  We do not have any record of contacting her since that date and time. 


    Although our records indicate that we have stopped calling, in an abundance of caution, we have added her information to our Do Not Contact list and advised our partners of her request.


    We hope that this response has satisfactorily resolved Ms. ***** concern and apologize again for our delayed response to this BBB communication.

    I did not provide information, request a quote, or otherwise have any contact with this organization. I have been receiving over 50 calls per day - all during work hours - phishing for information and trying to entice me to say words and phrases that I am aware can be used to misrepresent and falsify my identity. I have blocked nearly 100 numbers and still receive calls endlessly. I've attached a screenshot showing a handful of the numbers I have blocked and a screenshot of a representative voicemail. All claims made in the voicemail are false and I have never heard of or contacted this organization.
