    I paid 1070 for a recovery home after care for plastic surgery that was set to take place in ***** 305 plastic surgeon center that did not take place as scheduled due to the company fault of wrong information so the amount of days that I originally paid was not enough for the entire after care stay for that reason my surgery was cancel and I had to return home that same day **************** inform me that they will allow me credit and that i can reschedule my stay but once I came home due to some health issue I prior had I had to cancel I than peruse with ******** for a refund I came to company willing to take a partial refund but to keep over a thousand dollars and no services was render to me at all only but transportation from and to the pre op center is insane it doesnt matter what type of policy they have to take people money and no refund at all is a scam and I want to report it

    The client has filed a false claim out of anger due to personal situation of current homelessness . At original time of booking , the clients service began when she flew to ***** for a cosmetic surgery procedure. When Katresha arrived to the surgery center they advised her she needed to stay in ***** a minimum of 5 nights after surgery . Katresha had only booked 3 nights with me due to financial reasons stated by her and didnt have additional funds to extend nights of stay . I offered her additional nights to try to accommodate her and advised her at that time no refunds would be issued if she decided to reschedule her surgery and she would have a full credit to use at a later time (as stated in contract ) . Mrs ******* agreed to receiving the credit, postponed surgery and my company transported her **** to the airport to fly back to her home town . Katresha continued to communicate with me and rescheduled her stay with me an additional 2 times . She then after requesting days of stay again decided to cancel her stay as she stated she was homeless so will not be having surgery and was requesting a refund of some sort . Although I was sympathetic to Katreshas personal situation I stated due to our policy and what we discussed prior I would not be able to issue any refunds of any sort . The client then proceeded with legal treats , BBB reviews and ******** groups to try and slander and bash my business . Proof has been attached

    This company did not provide any service to me at all and because I was not able to proceed with my surgery due to personal reason I ask for a refund I never ask for a full refund due to being understanding. But to keep all of my money and you did nothing for me is insane crystal than told me that I was only due 49 dollars back because she than made up cancellation stuff when I never cancel I show up but couldnt stay due to surgery misinformation I paid over a 1000 something should have been return to me  again she never did send the 49 dollars as well and I never slander her company or did anything off anger I just never seen anything like this were you basically was *** and didnt get any services if I cant no longer get surgery at the moment how is it possible to keep my money again I would of agree to her keeping the deposit money but not all of my money  I went into the group to get more insight on how to handle the situation not to slander this was my first time so I definitely didnt know how all of this stuff goes slandering someone company is not nice at all that not what i did and that was not my purpose
