My grandmother (I am her court appointed guardian), ** ***************, has fraudulent charges on her supplemental ******** plan from ROYCE MEDICAL SUPPLY LLC. These charges date back to at least 2/16/23. She was charged once a month from then until at least 11/20/23 for $1,900. A total of $19,000 was billed. We have never heard of this company have definitely never received any services or products from this company. Upon further investigation it seems that many others were victims as well. I have documentation to support my allegations and have submitted a report to the ** HHS ****** of ********* General. I also plan to report to ******** as well.Initial Complaint

Last week I received a periodic ******** Summary Notice for Part B services I had received between 12/2/2023 and 3/1/2024. Among the claims listed was a summary of medical supplies that were supposedly sent to me by Royce Medical Supply LLC and ordered for me by **********************************, whom I do not know. The supplies were comprised of monthly package of 200 intermittent urinary catheters with insertion supplies (A4353-KX). The list indicated they had been sent to me in February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November, all in 2023. Royce charged $1900 per month for these supplies and ******** paid $1458.24 for each month billed, for a total of $14582.40. I DID NOT RECEIVE THESE SUPPLIES. I do not use catheters. No physician ordered them for me. In fact, when I opened this recent ******** summary, it was the first I learned of this. This is fraud! I am reporting this to ******** immediately. I see by your report that I am not the only person defrauded in this manner by Royce, although it is ******** that suffered the financial consequences. My ******** bill indicated that I could be billed for $3720.00, the difference between the amount they paid and the amount Royce billed. I do not want my credit damaged nor my ******** account misused in this way again!Customer Answer

I spoke via phone last night (3/18/24) with a ******** representative about this issue. They have had several complaints from ******** clients about Royce Medical Supplies fraudulently filing claims to ******** for costs of supplies supposedly ( but not in fact) sent to a ******** beneficiary. ******** was already aware of Royce's claims made against my account. They had already begun action to change my ******** account number to prevent further fraudulent claims on my account from unscrupulous businesses. They will send me a new card within a few weeks.

Royal Medical supply charged my fathers insurance false medical needs. They charged his ins company for bladder drainage. I receive a ******** statement on 3/5/2024, which showed a bill submitted to ******** from Royce Medical Supply in the amount of $19,000.00 for supplies from February3, 2023 thru November 6, 2023; However, none of these services, or supplies were provided to me. As a person on ********, and given all these funds being used, makes it impossible to receive additional benefits should I need to use them. I also receive information from United Healthcare indicating that Royce Medical Supply is attempting to be paid for services for the same dates. It is important that I bring this to your attention to prevent ******** fraud on my behalf, or on the behalf of others. Thank you for you cooperation in this matter. A company called Royce Medical supply in ************** has billed ******** every month since last April 2023 for $9600 of bladder supplies that I never received or needed. My ******** Account was billed by ********************** between 5/5/23 and 10/5/23 for items that I NEVER ordered. I have not paid any Amount that I may be billed and I will not pay. I have tried to contact Royce at their telephone number and I received a message that the number is not in service at this time.
