On 6/14/2022 I took my **** **** Mustang 5.0 to Ultimate Auto Care for a Steering rack and Alignment. 3 days go by with no call from them, I call, and owner/manager DJ answers, and says "Hey ******, your car is ready." I proceed to go to Ultimate Auto care, and upon arrival DJ proceeds to tell me "We had a problem...your engine is blown." After doing the alignment (which is digital and does not require test drives) a tech took my car out and blew the motor. I filed a claim with my insurance company whom awarded me funds based on the evidence and Ultimate Auto Care is not taking responsibility for damaging my vehicle IN THEIR CARE!! They are not cooperating with my insurance company on recovery, and quite possibly operating without proper insurance. Even damaging my car I still paid them for alignment because I needed them to release me my car so I can have it towed home, which upon inspection, they drove my car so hard they shattered the block, pushing the cam shaft through it. My car spent between 24-48hrs at their shop damaged, and no one called me to inform me, instead told me my car was ready. My witness who accompanied me to pick up my car is a Law Enforcement officer, whom attested to what was said and done by Ultimate Auto Care when we showed up. I would like to seek my deductible of $1000 be refunded to me by Ultimate Auto Care!

I came to Ultimate Care with an oil leak. I was told the turbo was bad and that it may be contributing to the oil leak. I was told to pay $2630 to purchase the turbo as a down payment to begin the work. After a week plus of hearing were working on it, and calling multiple times per day, I received a call saying that it wasnt my turbo. it was my catalytic converter. They purchased it and put it on my car including changing a coil and all my spark plugs. Then, left me with a balance of $278. I paid a total of $3300 for an oil change, a gasket cover, spark plugs, a coil and a converter that I didnt ask for. The changes where made without my consent and was told about the changes after they had done the work. I asked for my old catalytic converter and was told that it was already brought to the shop so I have no proof it was changed. I told them that if I was informed before hand, I wouldve told them not to change the converter but to fix the oil leak. My money was spent without my knowledge and consent. The owner has has yet to call me to discuss my refund. I have called many times and disputed many times. I even told them to take the converter back and give me my money. I was yelled at and hung up on and belittled. In summation, I was robbed. My money was spent and my vehicle altered without my consent. After taking it to the dealer for a check-up, I have to repurchase spark plugs, fix the timing cover which was the actual cause of the oil leak, and 3 engine mounts. I have been billed $6000. I would like my money back to fix my car and a return on the catalytic converter that I never requested to be taken out.
