    So the whole time I have been staying here at the red carpet inn there have been roaches, flying bugs, gnats, flies and all types of disgusting bugs. Despite that i stayed and hoped that maybe that would be the least of my worries until i woke up with roaches crawling on my face & after i was furious and left to another hotel, but before that, Mind you they never cleaned my room made my bed anything a whole week and the maids never did anything to help no towels i even had to ask for bath tissue so the last night i stayed here i was just trying to get some rest before i go to the gym at 5 am per usual and since 9:30 pm (it is now 12:45 pm as i type this) theyre still blasting music, bass is booming i dont understand how anywhere this would be acceptable or how this even happens i am ashamed to have given them my hard earned money, this is extremely unfair and unjust I am furious and will be taking any steps necessary to retrieve my full refund and I will never come back to this red carpet in ever again

    According to our records the customer Checking July 08 for 1 night, next day they ********* online Prepaid reservations July 09-July 16. We do not have any complaints or concerns during their stay in our system, there is always a Manager on duty to resolve any guests concerns. If the customer stayed for 1 night stating so many issues, why they ********* again for 7 more nights in the same room? . Unfortunately there is no compensation at this time, the room they stayed was inspected by the Executive Housekeeper after Check-out July 16 and the room was in perfect condition , also according to the housekeeping records they refuse service 3 times.

    I booked the Red Carpet inn and paid a deposit with my **** card ; upon arrival at the Red Carpet inn on the 25th of January I paid the balance with my Debit card and an additional $43 in cash which they stated I would receive back on my card three(3) days after check out. After arriving back in *********** about five days later Red Carpet Inn had a hold on $239 of my monies. I cleared my bill with the hotel and don't owe them a dime. I emailed Red Carpet Inn and they said after fifteen business days I would have the hold off my money . It's been way pass the fifteen days and I haven't gotten my monies which is wrongfully on hold on my account nor did I receive my $43 deposit back. That's stealing; I need my money because I don't owe Red Carpet Inn a dime.

    The hotel is taking a $43.48 AUTHORIZATION (HOLD) for incidentals. Which means the status of the funds are PENDING When the guest checks out the HOLD will be released and it will just fall off of their statement, attached folio details stating 3 nights stay. This is the only charges in their credit card according to our records, deposit has been released already 01/28/23.

    Thank you for filing my complaint. On February 1 and February 2 of 2023 I stayed at the red carpet Inn in Fort Lauderdale. I was told at the time I had to leave a deposit for the room. The deposit amount was $43.86, I had to leave a deposit for each day I was told it could take up to 15 days to receive my deposit back. I have called back numerous times and have still not received my deposit. I have spoken with the bank and the bank has told me that the money has not been released , if you go online and ****** this business and read the reviews there are close to 90 complaints regarding deposits with this establishment. I just want my money back the reason people stay at hotels like this they dont have money for them to hold peoples money is absolutely wrong. I stay at multiple hotels and never ever have an issue , no one at that hotel seems to care please contact me back via email or call me at ************. I just want my money back they say it has been released and the bank says it has not if it was you in the situation I think you would feel the exact same way that I do and you would trust your bank , thanks in advance *********************
