I was ****** *** by these people. As others have written, they lie balled the quote, and by the time it was over, my moved doubled to almost $8000. I went back to look at my invoice and my original quote and all had been removed. Everything I saved was a link which they removed the day of my move. They are cons and couldnt even tell me the name of the moving company. They all work from home, and they are scammers. Hold on to your wallet. When I went to report them to the BBB, they have many complaints I suspect from everyone who ever had the misfortune to do business with them. I hated to give them a star but you cant leave a review without one.Trinity Moving and Storage LLC

1 starI have moved over 14 times, 3 of which were out of state but this was by far the worst move! This company will nickel you to death, you will be passed along to at least 4 representatives at each stage without access to the previous, they use sublimely 3rd party movers, and their insurance claim management (also 3rd partied out) is a joke. Buyer beware! Save your money for a reputable company that won't charge you twice your original quote and fail on every promise except the one to charge you; most of the time they request money order/check or they tack on the credit card fee as well.Review fromNicole V

1 starMy last review was not posted, so here I am again with updates. First, I would give them zero stars if I could. First, when signing up and throughout the process with the "Care Team" I was quoted 14-days for my move. Just know, those "verbal agreements" though legally binding cannot refute what is in the contract, which says up to 30 days. They texted on day 29 saying they would be there at 8:00 a.m. 8:30 a.m. we follow up and they said they were broken down in ********, which is 7 hours away. They STILL showed up late at night. They showed up at 10:30 PM on the 30th day. 10:30 PM on a weekday, in a quiet neighborhood, with the largest semi I have ever seen. I have mostly boxes and very few furniture items. My mid-century antique tv cabinet was broken beyond repair. My sister and I were moving boxes and furniture because only one of the movers was helping, while the other was unloading on the circle. Please tell me why I hired these people if we are moving our own stuff? The movers were really friendly and I realize it is not their fault. How this company is rated #1 tells me those recommendations are based on something other than the quality of the company's service. Look at all these complaints. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. 1 starIf you are thinking of using ***************************** DON'T. They are not a moving company and they lie on the fly. You will be given a LOW BALL quote... they will tell you its a great offer and better pay 40% to lock in your quote which I paid. Weeks later I was sent a list of items for my move to show they included 5 medium boxes when i told I have a minimum of 25 containers, not boxes (he added an additional $300 for containers)I then found out they are not movers.. they will assign a moving company. Then found out the dates are not guaranteed, but an ESTIMATE. No pick up date guarantee ... no delivery date guarantee.Shame on me for not checking reviews before paying... i was told the quote ended at midnight. This was my first move and was charmed and trusted ************************* was telling me the honest truth. I was Scammed. I did get 50% of my refund returned.I then contacted several TRUSTED moving companies who came to my home and inspected the full move. The estimate was double the initial scammed low ball quote given by Trinity.Save yourself the heartache of being SCAMMED by Trinity!!! They deserve NO STARSReview fromTom B

Trinity was awful. I do not recommend them to anyone. Their estimate will be low and the movers that show up will charge you more. They assured me this wouldn't happen and if it did I could talk to *****, who sold me on Trinity to help. Well I called and they said I could absolutely not speak to ***** and when I called and texted him, I was ignored. Stay far away from this garbage company. Always get moving estimates from someone in person, otherwise you have no recourse.Trinity Moving and Storage LLC

Absolutely not. I told my husband after he had booked this company that the reviews were trash and we should cancel and look elsewhere but he tried reassuring me it would be fine, and hes realizing he should have listened to me. The lowballed us on the quote due to them reassuring us that the amount of boxes per rooms would be a lower amount than the average actually was. They quoted us at around ****, and reassured to it would be close to that quote when we called back with some concerns, and what would you know, they hiked up the price another $1200. They are super sketchy and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do your research, believe the reviews, and dont believe the low quotes, just go through the actual movers. The quote will be the same in the end.Trinity Moving and Storage LLC

I would recommend no one use this company. Their method of contracting your move out to a company not of your choosing is a huge disappointment waiting to happen for your belongings. I updated my list of items 3 times ahead of being assigned a mover to ensure I had correctly accounted for all items. Original estimate of $2,500 increased to $3,500 with my additions. When the company Trinity contracted for me came to *****************, they quoted $6,000. Sadly, I was already prepared for this due to previous reviews. The moving company Trinity chose for me promised that they could have my stuff delivered by a certain day, but it did not arrive until 2 weeks later. I understand that contractually they had 30 days to deliver my things, but they should have said "we can not guarantee you a date" instead of "yes, we can do that". When it did arrive, I discovered that some of my things had been stolen. While this is not a direct fault of Trinity, they are clearly contracting moving services to companies who are dishonest and steal. As a consumer, I have no choice on the company that Trinity contracts me to. As the original broker, Trinity should take some responsibility for vetting the companies they work with. From previous responses to complaints, I know they will not (take responsibility) and they will tell me to "read my contract" or "contact the moving company", so my recommendation is to avoid them altogether--save yourself the trouble and stress. I provided a detailed inventory with measured boxes and counts and received a quote of $3500. The day of the move, the movers charged me $5500. Once everything was on the truck so I had no choice but to pay it! They said I had more stuff than I was quoted even though I had no more than my detailed inventory list. I spoke to someone at Trinity who said they would look into it but I never received a response (several email follow *** remain unanswered). There was no reason my quote was $2K short as I provided a detailed inventory. I feel this company is very dishonest.Trinity Moving and Storage LLC

1 starWARNING!!!! absolute ******! Isn't it ironic that the only response is that they "can't find your name in their records"/ This company does not fulfill their contract. We moved from NC to GA and many items were damaged including a washer, bed, and couches. A TV, clothes dryer, mattress, and dining chair were completely destroyed. they showed up without the proper packing materials, not enough help and with an attitude that it we were at fault that they didn't have a big enough truck demanding payment. They failed to properly pack the TV's (after we paid for proper boxes), mattresses and wall art. we ended up packing much of our kitchen, clothes, etc so that we could get out of our house on time. they promised to send a truck for items that would not fit into the first truck. Then, would not work with us to schedule the pick up with the new owners of our house. After waiting almost a month, after many, many promises for delivery, our items arrived with two young men to unload everything. We had paid for them to stage and re-assemble our furniture. The young men unloaded everything off the truck, leaving much of it in the garage and then said they had to leave because they had to get to another location. Our furniture was left in pieces, wrapped in moving blankets and/or plastic for us to clean up. The young men promised that someone would arrive the following day to finish the job. Of course, no one showed up and we had to finish the job ourselves. We paid thousands of dollars for this move and we were threatened by the job foreman. We contacted the company many times and they offered no consideration, no empathy, and no remedy. If I could leave less than one star, I would.
