Either just before or just after Christmas of 2022 I went online and inquired about a move from ********/***********, ** to *******, ** ****** from ****************** Lines was one of the first **mpanies to **ntact me. Please keep in mind I have never I have never made a move of this nature, I was newly divorced and was making this move on my own so I initially inquired about hiring a moving ** to **me in and pack my household, which was only a 1 bedroom, approx 800 sqft apartment. I had only lived there a year and really didn't have that much stuff, and it was just myself. After speaking with ****** and getting a price from him verbally I determined I would have to pack myself as having their ** do it was **mpletely out of my budget, so he sent me a quote. I told ************** would get back with him in a few days once I received the official offer letter from my prospective new employer. ****** was very thorough and professional and ask a lot of questions so he **uld give the the most accurate quote possible. After a few days I was ready to schedule to move from ** to WA so I reached back out to ****** and a man named ******* answered and offered to assist me because ****** was unavailable so I was like okay. So ******* was like, I see your quote but it has been a few days and prices change daily and my exact dates will also play a role in the final **st, he sent me a new quoted stating it would be a little less for various reasons. However, in fact in was a little more but not much. So we discussed all the details, what I was moving, where I lived, questions about the property just the normal things, I guess as this was my first time at this. ****** had explained that the **st of the move would be broken into 1/3, 1/3 when I schedule the move, 1/3 when they picked up and the final 1/3 when they delivered my thing to my new place in WA. I explained that my new ** was going to help me with the move and that I really didn't have the money to pay upfront so ******* said that will be okay, what **uld I afford, my reply what would be the minimum and still get my things on the way to WA, he said can you pay $937 that would leave a balance of $2000 I would have to pay when they delivered my thing to WA, I verified with ******* that I **uld not pay 1/3 when the movers came to pick up my things and he said that would be okay. So on the scheduled day, Jan 17 the movers finally arrived a little later than planned the driver arrived and went to my apartment, looked around and started some paperwork in the meantime a few guys showed up all at separate times throughout the process. I had a really hard time with the main driver as his English was very broken, it was a little chaotic as i'm sure most moves are to a degree. As they were wrapping up he tells me that there is an additional charge for the stairs, and that I have so many more boxes than on my original quote, I questioned him and wasn't very happy because I was very detailed with both **************** as to what I had. So needless to say when he said my total was almost $4900.00 I was not happy and I kept telling him there is no way I almost doubled the quote, it wasn't possible and then he ask me for money which had already been discussed with ******* at the very start. But he demanded that I pay not only 1/3 but 1/2 of the new balance which wasn't possible since I didn't even have 1/3 of the $2937, so I definitely didn' have nearly $2000 I tried explaining to him the agreement ******* and i had but he wan't hearing that. So I tried to call ******* repeatedly and he never answered, in the meantime the driver was also on the phone making calls. The young lady from the moving **mpany called me and told me I had to pay, I once again explained to her it wasn't possible so in the end she agreed but said that I needed to pay ASAP and I told her I would, the called frequently & emailed as well requesting payment. I explained that my new ** only paid me 1/2 and it would be another month before I **uld pay them so she said they **uldn't **nsider delivering my things *********** I paid, they were very nice always and in the end they did take off late fees and storage fees but they said I would have to pay them in full before they would schedule my delivery I explained that was unfair because every time I told them I would pay them I always kept my word and paid them the exact amount I told them I would. Finally they agreed if I would pay all but $750 they would schedule my delivery and they did so. They picked up my thing in ** on Jan 17 and I lived in an empty apartment, sleeping on the floor due to the fact that my price for the move nearly doubled and I still for the over 4 months that I lived like this told them I did not have that much stuff and they held firm that I did. So when the driver arrived on Sunday May 14 he immediately started how there was going to be an extra charge for the use of an elevator and I at first said I would not pay that so he was said he would not leave my things he would just keep them on the truck, then he said he would set them out on the curb and leave them so I then agreed and paid the additional $75 because there was no way I **uld get them inside by myself. By this point I was over $5000 for a move that was supposed to **st me under $3000 so finally they started unloading my things. He proceeded to tell of the bad weather they drove through **ming here, the rain and wind. He said that the top partially came off his truck. It never dawned on me at the time and then I started noticing the **ndition of many of my boxes so I decided to open on marked "fragile glass" that looked pretty bad and of **urse upon opening it I found several broken items. My plan was to just place all the boxes in one location and open and unpack and put away one box at a time because I am a little OCD and can not mentally function with chaos like that but upon seeing the **ntents of the first box I decided it may be best to open the others that were all wet and damaged and my fear was realized more broken items. He brought up my television and I noticed a water puddle at the end of the television so I ask him about it and so we moved it and unwrapped it and placed it against the wall where still more water came out of it, at this point most of the boxes were all in the apartment and they were bringing in the larger furniture pieces and one of the pieces was literally flattened, I was like really, **** was like yeah the delivery before yours was like this too, like it was no big deal. So as they unwrapped the furniture pieces, I'm inspecting them and I am in total disbelief that literally every single piece up to this point was damaged. Finally they are trying to bring the sofa in and while doing so they damaged the hallway/ door casing and even tore a light fixture off the wall. I pointed it out to ****, look what you guys have done out here, again his replay yeah, i know. I am helping him put my bed together and he's missing some of the s**** to put the legs on, he didn't even have a power screwdriver to put things together with, he said he forgot it. So he put together what I **uld and I helped him to bring the mattress and box springs in but told him we **uld not put them on because the legs weren't on so he went down and found one of the missing parts and we put it on and even though it was still missing one of the legs we put the bed together. I ask where is the driver, I only saw him a **uple times, **** said he was sitting down in the truck and he was getting rid of him after this trip. So before everything wrapped up I ask ****, by the way just curious how many cubic feet did I take up on your truck he promptly replied about 450. my reply was really, he said yeah. I was like they charged me for almost 600 he looked a bit shocked and I ask if he would note that for me he declined and wouldn't. So I ask can I make notes on your paperwork as to the damage and discrepancies he said yes so I noted some of the major items and missing items. So as I tried to organize my things as best as i **uld with all the damages I kept the red stickers and all the broken down, emptied boxes and if you **mpare the stickers to the inventory list they don't really match even some of the items on the list don't match what I have. So to sum up this move, it was a disaster!! I have paid a **mpany over $5000 which is almost double my quote, I waited over 4 months living in an empty apartment sleeping on the floor only to finally get my things like this.. I am about to lose my mind, this has been one of the worst experiences in my life. The only pleasant people I have dealt with prior to you were the two ladies and All Moving Relocation. When I hired ****************** Lines I had no idea I was paying them $937 to hand me off to someone else, and never speak to me again. I **uld have saved myself that money and got a moving ** myself. I am 51 years old and I have never taken any legal action against anyone ever but I feel like I am *********** **mpensation here for all the money, time, energy and loss of my things. Some of the things I have lost can't be replaced as they are part of the last 25 yrs of my life, other things were new in the past year, year and a half, my mental stress from dealing with all of this. The physical toll from sleeping on the floor for over months, the embarrassment of having to ask my ex husband, my employer for help due to all of this. The trouble of trying to find things to replace all the damaged items, the expense and time it's going to take to remove all the broken junk and the remainingCustomer Answer

I went through mediation with Mr ***********************, Transport Resolutions Group, Chief Investigator, **************, **************************************. I was awarded $500 in the case which is a sleep in the face considering they ruined all of my belongings but they refuse to pay me, they even refused to respond to ********* until I told them I was filing a complaint with you, then they immediately emailed ********* but I dont know the content/context of their conversations. $500 is completely unacceptable and I do plan to file a civil suite against them for damages. I tried to work this out with them but they refused to even try, they offered me $60.00 as an insurance settlement. They overcharged me more than $1000 on the move alone, that doesnt even include all the damages to my personal property and the property of the apartments where I live, which I have to pay for as well. This company is horrible.

To Whom It *** ************************** policy as for payment is half on pick up half on the delivery. when We pick up **************************************** on 1/17/23 she didn't have any money to pay toward the pick up and took her almost two month to start making small payment to start covering what she owed. At that time there were storage fee that was applied cues she pass the first 30 days of free storage.
Our super visor gave **************************************** many discount just so she will be able to receive her goods.
******* after 4 month and few discount **************************************** was ready to receive her goods and this is why she stating that she slept on the floor for 4 month which was not because of a delivery delay but due to none payment on pick up and for 4 month after.
With that **************************************** was the one who pack her good witched we are not responsible for items that are packed by the owner but we did referral her to our claim department so she can file a claim. And yes the prosses can take ***** days in some cases.
Our company went way and beyond to help **************************************** true out this process with very much understanding, with discount and claim department even do she packed her own stuf.

I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, I never dealt with All Moving until the day they came to get my things, I only ever spoke with National *** Lines. The whole process was a huge mess, I had exactly what I told National I had. The people they sent to my apartment in SC barely spoke English, the price I was quoted doubled. I DID NOT PACK ANY FURNITURE, All Moving did, ALL of my things were wet & damaged all of my boxes and furniture. They offered me less than $400 for all of my damaged furniture, that didnt even cover the television they broke. The kid that unpacked my things in WA told me the cubic feet I had which was approx 100cubic feet less than they charged me for, he also admitted they ran through a storm which damaged their truck, allowing water to get inside the truck, and things were tossed around. So the damages to my things were caused by them and I was stuck with broken junk which was all less than one year old when they took possession of it. I paid them in full for an apartment full of broken/damaged items.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, after loading my things onto their truck in ** they informed me the payment plan was not as I was told it was by National *** Lines, the actual cost almost doubled and I didnt have anymore then I told the estimator I had. The movers threatened to set my things off on the sidewalk so I really had no choice but to agree to what they said.Yes they worked with me on paying them to get my things, and I appreciate that. But due to the fact they destroyed basically everything they moved the working with me means nothing!! The man they sent barely spoke English so they was basically no communication on the paperwork other than he pointing to where I needed to sign and by this point I was so frustrated, they were later, the complete confusion of the cost, payment structure, everything involved I just signed what he pointed to so I could get on the road for the ************************************* less than a week. The claims department was horrible, it took forever to file the claim and then refile b/c they said oh we need this, about 3 times and each time it was a complete start over you couldnt just add what they say they didnt have, and again they offered me around $400 for everything I owned that they damaged. My sofa, 3 end tables, entertainment center, television, bed, mattress, not to mention they things they wouldnt take responsibility for because I packed them myself, irreplaceable items, they broke due to negligent handling, not from lack of proper packing, otherwise the only thing damaged would have been the things I packed myself. Everything they packed was also damaged, only a few household items I packed myself were damaged, pretty much everything they packed was damaged! Everyone has photos of what my things looked like when they were deliver. They are a horrible, unethical company and what they did to me was wrong and I will continue to warn people on any platform possible unless they make what they did to me right. If I couldnt afford to pay the doubled cost of the move how do they think I can afford to buy more things, but at this point I would have came out better just letting them set all my things at the curb and just left them. Everything I had was less than one year old at the time of my move, I had just divorced after 25 yrs and started over, no I am left with a bunch of damaged junk that the caused. But if they can live with themselves for doing that to someone then I guess I have no choice but to also live with it also.
Sincerely,

They damaged my entire house of person belongings and offered me $400 to replace everything and you can say with good conscience they made a good faith effort???? This is so wrong on every level. This company was so negligent and is not being held responsible for there unethical business practices. I sent them everything they ask for as proof of my damaged goods, only ask them to replace what they damaged I didnt ask for some obscene amount of money, I sent them the exact items I bought and included my purchase cost as well as replacement cost. How can it be fair that businesses can conduct themselves in such a manner and just get by with it??? They are theives, and unethical and I will make sure that everyone one who considers them and looks at reviews will see how they conduct business.Initial Complaint

I booked moving services through National Moving Services and they contracted the job to All Moving Relocation. All Moving Relocation picked up my business items from my business location in ** on June 16,23. The men who picked up my shipment said it would be delivered by June 21, 23. Fast forward to later the following week. I still havent received my shipment. I call and they said no driver has been assigned. Im like I dont understand why would you accept a job with no driver to deliver. Mind you this is my business not personal items I am waiting to be delivered. Fast forward again to the end of the June. Im calling to inquire and they are staying they are still working on it! At this time they told me oh we have 30 days to deliver the shipment. Im like why wasnt this discussed when the job was picked up?! They said a driver still hasnt been assigned. I called again to let them know I would be out the country for a few days but if they could give me a date on when my shipment would be delivered someone would be available to receive it. They advised me they couldnt give me a date. I let them know I would be back on July 8th. The woman assured me that the process would not start over from July 8th and that everything would still be on track. Its is now July 16th and I still do not have my business shipment! I have orders to ship and brand deals to fulfill. I have expressed this to the company and they seem to not care. This cost of this job was $2528.76! Thats a lot of money and for me to still not have my delivery is outrageous. The company does not seem to understand my frustration. As a business owner this has set me back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because I have contacted them multiple times and I still have not received the requested document for the weight. As for the 60cent per pound option, I didnt not select this option it was already chosen for me by the driver who picked up the merchandise. It had a big **** over the other option when handed to me. When I asked him about it he stated that was the only option. I am willing to testify in court about it. Also I have a legal demand letter sent to the company with no avail. All I want is fair compensation for the damages done to my merchandise. I have been transparent with the company since the beginning even filing the claim and how I had to discard all the merchandise due to damages. This has taken a significant toll on me and my business.

Husband signed moving **mpany **ntract 1/23/23 to move our home personal belongings from ******************, ** to *************, **. -My husband arranged to have us pack the boxed items and the movers to wrap the furniture and load all onto the truck on 2/22/23. -Two movers showed up and on time on 2/22/23 and informed us they already had a full client's home on the truck, going to *******. They would be adding our home belongings to the truck load.-The two movers began wrapping and loading our home belongings on the truck. Complaint: 19506600
I am rejecting this response because of the extremely long list of failures not completed or agreed upon:1. Pick up time was not on time as arranged to pack goods from ********. They arrived more than 2 hours than the agreed upon arrival time.
2. Company only sent two workers to pack an entire home. Obscure they would only send two workers!
3. We pre-discussed and shared a complete list of all items that would need to be packed and delivered to *******. ************ knew we were moving our ENTIRE home.
************ that showed up in ******** to pack our entire home, already had ONE FULL HOME OF GOODS ON THEIR TRUCK! Scam #1. Why would a moving company, who does this for a business, take and have a complete list of full house items that need to be packed and show up with their truck already loaded more than half way with someone else's home goods already packed on the truck?
5. Thus, their truck could not support or have room to pack our full home of goods. They knew in advance we were moving a full home and we shared a full list of all items that were to be moved. What experienced, capable and professional movers would show up with their truck more than half full to pick up a full home of goods- and they had a complete list of all items! No reliable company would have done this. Only an unreliable company, who would then demand us to pay them more money.
6. The trucking company of two men told us- because they had to get ANOTHER truck, this would cost us more. They insisted on CASH for the payment. (Very suspicious to me that only cash for two men that only one spoke some Russian and the other half broken english. WHY only Cash???) We had to pay cash to them at our home in ********, as they promised they would go get another truck, pack the rest of our home in the other truck and bring all together to *******. This is what they told **! These movers absolutely told us they would have all our goods brought to us with one delivery in *******. Lies, scams again!
- When you are moving from state to state, and the mover shows up with the truck 1/2 full with someone elses home and they then CAN'T fit your **********/home on the truck, they held us hostage for over $2k they insisted they had to have in cash, BEFORE they would go get the other truck to complete loading the truck with the other portion of our home they couldn't fit on the truck, BECAUSE THEY SHOWED UP WITH SOMEONE ELSES HOME GOODS ALREADY LOADED ON THE TRUCK- then we must pay in CASH over $2k to them so they will get another truck to finish loading our home goods to bring to *******- this is a SCAM! They should NOT have showed up to pick up our list (given to them in full) with their truck already half loaded of another home. There was NO WAY our full home would fit on half a truck and they knew it. They held us hostage to pay them $2300.00 in cash and run to two different banks to get cash and give to them BEFORE they said they would get the other truck to load our remaining items.
7. We were told by the moving company when we made the arrangements that ALL our goods, from our list would be loaded together and brought down together. This was NOT the case. They deliberately knew we were in a desperate situation and they took advantage- saying they wouldn't load all of the remaining items isn our home and get an additional truck to load our belongings- then they held us hostage!!!! Refusing to load until we paid them $2300.00 MORE than the initial bid of the full home.
8. They additionally lied and scammed us, as they only showed up in ******* ~ 3 weeks (21 days) after they loaded our first truck of house goods. They arrived with only the first truck that could only fit half of our home goods. The "other truck" they were to go get and load our remaining items, that we paid the EXTRA $2300 in CASH, did not show.
9. The two men who spoke little english, mostly Russian, arrived and when I asked where the other truck was, they acted as if they couldn't understand me. Taking more than an hour and them not moving any furniture out of the truck, I called my husband from work, who had to drive 40 minutes to come home and address these two large, intimidating men, who towered over me- very threatening, just saying "no truck". My husband arrived and they said they would not unload the truck until... they got more CASH money. Again, our home goods were held hostage and they would not going to give us our furniture unless they were paid CASH- again more than $2k!!! This is fraud, a scam, abuse and threats from two men, who "couldn't speak english" and could only loudly raise their voice to me to say "More money- Cash".
10. My husband had to go AGAIN to two different banks to get more than $2k (I recall $2500) in cash to give to them in order for them to start moving furniture off the truck.
11. We gave a full detailed list of furniture and items to them for THEIR initial pricing. THEY falsified their commitment in loading and delivering all our furniture on one truck. They then scammed and held us hostage for CASH for ADDITIONAL money above and beyond their estimate to us.
12. ************ did not meet their end of the estimate or delivery. The 2nd truck didn't show up until more than 14 days after the first truck delivery. AGAIN- which the 2nd truck was held hostage and not unloaded until they were paid additional CASH.
The initial estimate pricing should have held, from the complete list of goods that we identified to them up-front of what we needed them to move. Them showing up with their truck already half full with someone else's home goods, would no way fit our full estimate list of goods that we gave them- and they knew this. This apparently is the scam to then say, they need another truck and then start asking for CASH payment.
This was fraud, abuse, and a scam from this company. Their intimidation tactics over powering me as a woman by standing over me, yelling, pay cash or no furniture- is ruthless, brutality and this company should be thoroughly investigated with a review of prior "customers". It would be amazing to find out how much cash this company forced from other families who also had their home furniture, goods, personal belongings, keepsakes held hostage until they got BIG CASH amounts.
13. As it was we had several home belongings that NEVER arrived, a rotor tiller, a power washer, large deck pots, hoses, gardening tools, three large shelving units that were in our basement and garage and family room rugs. So, additionally, they not only stole more CASH from us, but they also stole our home items. As an additional slap in the face, when we asked about the items missing they said- you should have stayed until everything was loaded- it is your fault. My 32 yr old son was there, but had to leave for a small period of time.
************ should be severely investigated and every VICTIM should be paid back the cash they were forced to pay them, or not get their home goods. Horrible, horrible experience that these thieves are getting away with this, with hundred of homeowners a year! Please stop this company from their illegal activity!!!! Help innocent families.
As a citizen of *******, where this company is based, this absolutely should be investigated. This is a scam and this company is taking large cash sums of money from families- holding their belongings hostage. How much money is this company cheating the government out of? The *** needs to be involved too. ************ has been racking it in and likely not "counting" any money on their books. Why would they? This is cash paid under the table! HELP!!!!!

1. unfortunately sometime there is delay in the arriving to costumer and you know they are driving and a lot of factors can comes on the way such as traffic that can delay the arriving time, never the less we always notifying costumer on a delay which we did with you too.
2.Most of the move we sending 2-3 movers and they are professional and our employs.
3. According to the list that we received from the broker of ****cf there was space for that in the truck that we send to you, there was no not from the broker for exclusive truck and when we got there you had ****cf this is the reason that there was no place for everything on the truck. the list that we received from the broker indicate 102 pieces but really we picked up 273 pieces that was the reason for no space on the truck and the increases of the amount you had to pay.
4. we did two delivery cues we did not want to delay everything from coming to you so the first load was delivered and the second load for the additional items was delivered latter on.
At no time do i see in our notes that you called to complain about the price the load the truck the movers the price or the delivery, a simple call could resolve a lot.
we are trying to do our best for all of our costumer and we are sorry for and inconvenience that we caused you during this move.

Complaint: 19506600
I am rejecting this response because:1. We were not called or notified by this company on any communications WE had to constantly call them, only to receive very nasty remarks and comments as their responses. Not as a professional moving company.
2. It appears you have direct issues with YOUR broker about his calculating the truck space and volume and their apparent miscalculations. We gave all, full, details and complete communication that we were moving a full home of goods. We gave a full complete description of the rooms in our home and the outside deck/outside items. I see in your response NOTHING was addressed on the items that didn't get received, or were stolen from us. As a reputable company, thievery is a top reputation killer for a company. Yet, you didn't identify or mention anything on this point.
3. You say it is typical to have 2 or 3 men moving an entire home. Researching on line, your information is inaccurate: ************************************************************************************************************** difficult-to-move items require special care which takes extra time and effort. Therefore, a larger moving crew is needed to provide proper care to your belongings and reduce the risk of accidents, injuries, and damages during the move.
Read more at: **********************************************************************************************- Note: for moving a large and very heavy bar that was moved from upstairs to downstairs- just that item alone, required two men to move that item and it took them 4 hours. You and your estimator/broker, did not listen and take notes as my husband did of all the items, rooms , interior and exterior that we requested to be moved.
So- perhaps your broker/bidder conveniently low-balled the bid to entice us into choosing your company, saying "yes, we can move that amount of furniture and items"- but now you say, there was a miscalculation and now we are responsible for YOUR error and miscalculation or low bid as a lure and false pretense as a cost to us??? This is deception. Again, you are to be the professional mover. As the professional consumers rely on your bids as accurate and your ability to send the appropriate amount of staff to move an ENTIRE HOME! This is not my fault that your company either 1. is not a professional company that can bid accurately, 2. is not a professional company to know that just two men can pack, wrap and put on a truck a FULL house of items that we gave as a full list to your broker- 3. As a professional mover, your bids are relied on to be accurate and close to accuracy- your bids were definitely a bait and switch technique. I would seriously LOVE for the Better Business Bureau to do a full investigation on your company, and former clients you have worked with- I would wager your tactics of under bidding, losing/stealing items and seriously understaffing a full ************** that YOU thought would fit on Half of a Truck- is a common trait and tactic, only to FORCE home owners to then pay repeatedly LARGE sums of CASH to your drivers, before they can get their goods.
What reputable moving company has a list this long of wrongs, excuses for mis-bidding, continually goes back to the customer demanding CASH payment or they are told they won't get their furniture, their grandmothers sewing machine, personal keepsakes- we were told if we didn't pay cash, our furniture would leave on the truck and be stored (somewhere) until we paid the "******" of CASH of your demands. Again, what reputable moving company threatens their customer and treats their customer as you have. This treatment is appalling, dirty, false estimates given - all to lure in a customer to extort them each step along the way. More CASH demands with the first truck, or we won't see the second truck load of goods- then the second truck arrives 21 days after the first truck- stored who know where and in what heat/container conditions, where my grandmother's antique sewing machine had the wood warped in many areas... The list of your failure to provide honest, fair and customer satisfaction, was seriously violated.
You have lied to me, cheated me, stolen from me, extorted CASH from me, held my valuables hostage, misquoted YOUr bid, underestimated staffing to load a full home of goods- You did NOT communicate with us- you wouldn't return our calls- All of these are violations to a consumer. A consumer who in good faith trusted what you said you would do. Trusted your bid was accurate. Trusted that you knew what you were doing. Trusted that we would not be held nearly at a 'gunpoint" situation- that if we didn't give you TWO LARGE SUMS OF CASH, we would not receive our personal belongings, antique grandmothers sewing machine- nearly destroyed, because of your management. You as a company are to be responsible to your clients and consumers and be fair and honest. You and your staff cheated us at every step and turn that you possibly could. You are by no means a reputable moving company.
I have written and filed a complaint also with the **************** on your lying, cheating, deceptive and 'hold up" of give us CASH or we won't give you your personal goods/valuables/grandmother's sentimental and irreplaceable items, as well as your thievery in stealing several of our household items. Your business operations are slimy, deceitful, cheating, unprofessional and the absolute worst business management of a fair and reputable moving company there could ever be.
Shame on you for your inability to perform as a good, reputable company. All of the above demonstrates point after point of your failure to be a fair and reputable company. You are a scammer, deceitful liar, cheater, thief, demeaning and overpowering bully to my wife- standing over her threatening her physically, emotionally and financially- demanding to be paid in cash or you won't get your belongings. (Why would large built men demonstrate such threatening body language over a women? This is discrimination to me as a woman, to incur such a threat.) It appears there is female discrimination and age discrimination occurring with this company.
************ needs to be reprimanded, investigated for likely a very long list of other unsatisfied "victims" (I won't use the word customer, as a customer is not treated like this)- I highly believe their tactics have been their normal practice for years and have bilked senior citizens, like myself (I am 63+ years old), a complete discrimination law against senior citizens, which I should also file a complaint on....
Better Business Bureau, don't you want to know how many other senior citizens who moved to ******* to retire where scammed, had items stolen, were held up (hypothetically) at gun point to either pay cash, or you won't get your goods, your valuables- oh, our broker made a mistake on the bid? Oh, two men typically can pack, wrap and put a full house on a HALF OF A TRUCK!!!! (Ridiculous for the to show up with a truck half full of another persons home and think a full home could fit!) This is absurd to even try to dish out this story to myself and the Better Business Bureau and then blame your broker who "must have miscalculated". This is excuse after excuse for failures this company has repeatedly falsified. This is disgusting, to think that every excuse they have tried, I have proven their failure as an excuse, wrong business practice, thievery or illegal to hold someones goods unless they pay CASH. ************ should be thoroughly investigated by the **** (CASH demands- which perhaps I should file a complaint also to the **** and thinking about it, I think I will look into this as well. Who doesn't or wouldn't want to know the truth about this company? If they are really a reputable company, they should have nothing to hide. )- but currently in the hands of the Better Business Bureau, please see the validity, truth and I can share the CASH withdrawal information to prove these forced requirements by this company in order to not hold our belongings as hostage. ************ needs serious reprimands- their excuses, are just that, lame excuses, as well as their lies saying they communicated to us- HA!. I have phone records showing differently.
Please examine and explore this company and their wrong doings- I know you will find a very long list of senior citizens that also incurred this same unethical business tactics. Just look and see.
As a strong ethical person who has been in healthcare for 40+ years helping to find ways to help cancer patients, through clinical trial approval, insurance approval and appealing the wrongs when an insurance company denied treatment to a very sick cancer patient that paid their premiums for 40 years, only to have insurance deny medically necessary services- I have been an advocate to always help my patients and identify and take measures when the patient's insurance was trying to s**** them over and deny a medically necessary cancer treatment. I know when a company is just trying to cheat the consumer, the patient, the one who thought they fairly paid upfront what they were quoted to get fair service. ************ is deceitful, lying, misleading, cheating consumers and then holding innocent victims/senior citizens hostage, forcing them to pay more and more in cash (to not show on their books- red flag!), if you ever want to see your personal belongings again. i don't give up when I know a person has been wronged. I will continue to take any and all measures to pursue the activity and tactics of this company to expose the truth.
Again- please investigate this company and their deceitful business practices with an expected very long line of innocent victims/senior citizens.
Please.

Its been 3 weeks and I finally have a drop off. I was told by the pickup driver that I wouldnt have to pay for a shuttle on drop off; as long as I said no, in the paperwork, to if an 18 ******* could drop off. The drop off driver calls me today, not only were they never told a shuttle was needed, they had the wrong balance amount for what I still owed! Now theyre telling me Im on the hook for the shuttle cost, and all moving relocation magically doesnt have this piece of paperwork anywhere, showing I said no to the 18 ******* being able to drop off. It was also conveniently never sent to or given to me. The company is liable for the shuttle cost as this was exactly what I was told by their ******* picking up my goods.Business Response

Hello, based on our contract we have **** bussiness days not including weekends and holidays to deliver. Second, the drivers are just drivers or foremen, they don't deal with deliveries or customer service. For customer service we have our representants that also confirmed with you the delivery in October 21st and also mentioned the balance due that was $1,333.20
Also if a truck cannot get on the porperty and the delivery destination requires a shuttle you are reposnsible for the extra charges. You can read the ''Post contract services order form''

Originally quoted via FaceTime tour that our move would be approx $9,000. Upon arriving to the home the price was updated to $16,000. The entire contents of our home in ******* was picked up on 9/12/22. We have since moved to ************* and have been informed our belongings were still in storage in ******* and they are unable to find a driver they are unable to provide a date in which we can expect our belongings. They are aware we have a small baby and have no access to anything needed to care for the baby properly. When we call the company we are continually told to stop calling as they will call when there is an update we are in DIRE need of our belongings.Business Response

HI, yes you were quoted the initial price for ''Articles List 59 Items, 156 Pieces''
when the driver left your place with all stuf on the truck he got on the inventory list 322 items!!! that's why price increased, because you almost had double.
As per delivery based on the contract we have **** business days not including weekends and holidays to deliver . You are ready as of Septemebr 16th so we are still on our time frame. We are working on it and as soon as we have any updates we will contact you.

Let me get right to it! I am one of those unfortunate persons who ended up with a moving broker (********************) when they thought they had a legit moving company. This broker gave my move to All Moving Relocation. This company is a scam and the government needs to do something about them along with these brokers. When they came to pick up my stuff at the end of May and immediately increased how much I should pay them. They did this by telling me that "my night stand is a large dresser!!!" Pure foolishness. My items were to be delivered on July 30th in another state. I received them on August 26th. HALF MY STUFF IS BROKEN AND DAMAGED. THE REMEAINDER IS MISSING!!! My mattress was delivered wet. Along with my sofa. The only portion of my huge Queen size bed I received was the foot board and 2 side boards. I thought the mattress and sofa was wet with water but it's some type of chemical because it dried and became scaly. I had to trash them. The biggest and heaviest pieces in my move were destroyed or are missing. What did I pay thousands of dollars for!!!!! Also missing - bed head, bed slats, center table (the glass top was delivered), bag of specialty hypoallergenic pillows, box containing indoor garden grow kit. They sent me to movingclaims.net to submit a claim for damaged items. Why does this company not have a claims department? I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM ABOUT MY MISSING ITEMS!!!!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I am not waiting on you guys. I have no interest in receiving the remainder of my stuff because I have no idea what you all have been doing with it. Why on earth will you take money for a job that you absolutely cannot complete. Even more importantly why would you admit that you are having difficulty completing said job in this forum. This is the best way for legal action to be taken against you. I need to buy new furniture and need to be compensated. Your company is scamming customers and the authorities need to shut you down. I am in the middle of reporting you to all the appropriate authorities who will then take action against your license. You all scammed me out of thousands of dollars knowing that you all cannot perform the functions that that money is for. I will then back up my complaints by taking legal action. You all can **** my dick!!!!!! Furthermore, you all lied in your first response about having a claims department, Your email to me when I reported my missing and damaged items sent me to movingclaims.net. Your moving documents references movingclaims.net. WHY ON EARTH DO I HAVE TO GO TO A SHADY INTERNET WEBSITE TO GET MY MONEY FROM YOU ALL!!!!!!!!! YOU ALL SHOULD NOT BE IN OPERATION IF YOU HAVE NO WAY OF REIMBURSING CUSTOMERS YOURSELVES. FINALLY, I WILL BE SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY ON EVERY WEBSITE POSSIBLE.

I was quoted $3,105 for my move. After being scammed into paying another $1,400 (totaling $4,570) when the driver showed up, I waited over 3 weeks for my delivery after being told *up to* 10 days. They slammed ALL of my items on a dolly down 2 flights of stairs because they did not want to walk to the elevator. ZERO communication in those 3 weeks. Once it arrived, there was a severe amount of damage to my headboard, dresser, nightstands, dishes, and bar stools. Not to mention the dozens of smashed boxes, wet, and dirty. Absolutely ridiculous unacceptable condition. What should have been a red flag is they don't even offer the option to purchase full coverage insurance. That option was completely crossed off on the form and they made me agree to their $0.60/per pound option instead. It took 4 phone calls on a weekly basis to finally receive my belongings. Absolute nightmare.Business Response

HI *****, we apologize for any damages. We have sent you the claim form so you can go ahead and file a claim. You were quoted the amount of mey you said for INVENTORY LIST: 15 Items, 55 Pieces. As soon as you submit the claim, the claims department will work on that and will come with a settlement. thank you

Complaint: 18031636
I am rejecting this response because: the movers took the stairs because they were too lazy to wait for the elevator, claiming they would have to cancel their next job. They took the stairs because they were closer. None of my items would have been smashed down 2 flights of stairs if they took the elevator like they were supposed to, nor would I have been charged a fee for the stairs. They also took 4 small canvases out of a large box and individually wrapped them as to charge me for "more pieces." I was also charged a significant amount more because my 2-piece sectional was "too big" even though I told the rep before I even completed the booking what size couch I had. This was a complete bait and switch. Every single thing they did when they showed up was to scam me out of more money. It's no secret that this has been done to dozens of people, I've seen the reviews on BBB and ******* Unacceptable.

To whom it may concern:My mother and I moved to Georgia in June, after searching for a long time for a moving company, we settled for one that promised to do the job for $3000 after speaking to them several time, giving a detailed description of all we had with measurements and all. The first issue was that the day of the move they refused to move us for any less than $10,000 total. Finding ourselves in a bind, we had no option but to agree or loose the nearly $1000 deposit. The second issue was that we were told since we were going from ******* to Georgia, all our stuff would arrive within a week, it took nearly a month during which we had to go to work with the same clothing day in and day out. Lastly, and worse of all, once the delivery did arrive, we were missing a total of 116 boxes/items and that's not counting the items that arrived broken beyond repair. Some items, like clothing are easily replaceable though we shouldn't have to do that and loose even more money in the process, but there are items in the bunch that are not replaceable, like the only picture we had of my great-grandparents, the picture books from **************** mitzvot, and the old gigantic scissors my grandfather used to use in his shop. The list goes on, in fact, we have a list of all the boxes that never arrived totaling 116 boxes. Lastly, we contacted the moving company about these missing items, and all they did was send us to a third party company who offered us $75 for everything that was lost, not even a dollar a box for a lifetime of memories and things. We need help finding all these missing boxes. PLEASE NOTE: Although I am clicking on "Refund" I MUCH rather get all my boxes and items. I can only pray they're still around.Business Response

Some of these items may seem unimportant to someone reading a list quickly, however, the boxes, plastic bins, and luggage held all sorts of valuables both monetary and emotional such as the only copies of pictures of my grandparents long diseased, jewelry, clothing, technology (computers, etc) and even collector shoes worth thousands belonging to my son. If you know where the boxes/items are we'd be more than glad to accept them.
Sincerely,

Complaint: 18027843I remember the phone call made on July 1st that you mentioned, and what I said in that phone call was that at least those boxes were missing as I had not yet gone through all the boxes, given that I already knew some boxes were missing I decided to make a list of all the boxes (and items) that had been delivered by marking their number on a list, and, by default, I knew all that were missing, this is in addition to the items that came broken beyond repair, like a chair and two book cases. To answer your question, yes, all the boxes/items mentioned are missing, and yes, you did send me a claim form which is the reason I decided to check how many items were missing to begin with. I filled it out to the best of my ability, and sent it to the third party company that manages these claims. They offered me a laughable $75 for all my missing items, that isn't even $1 per box, and it's insulting. Many of the items missing are impossible to replace, like picturesof my brothers' Bar Mitzvot. The best case scenario would be for you to find the missing items, which I assume were either left in the storage unit you utilized before delivery or delivered to a family before the truck ever got to my home.
Sincerely,
