My household goods consisting of 3100 cubic feet was picked up by Safeway Moving *** on 31 May 2024. I had a first date of delivery as 13 June 2024. Before hiring Safeway Moving *** I asked if my household goods would be stored in a climate controlled storage if they needed to be stored in between locations and was told yes. I have emails from them stating that fact. I have called and emailed their customer service to find out the location of my shipment and when I can expect it. The first time was prior to 13 June when I was told that it would be delivered on that date. When I had not heard anything I called them back and they said, they were in the process of setting up delivery and it would not be delivered on that date. I have repeatedly contacted them via email and phone and they will not tell me where my shipment is or when I can expect it. As of today, they have had my possessions in a Warehouse 40 days somewhere that they will not tell me since 31 May with the temperatures that we have had lately this is not good for my artwork or my electronics. We are at 27 days since first date of delivery and I still have no idea when my shipment will arrive or where it is located. I believe I have a right to know that my shipment is being cared for in a locked climate controlled storage and where and when it will be delivered.
