  I have used this company in 3 different states. I don’t know how they do it but every time my experience has been outstanding! Prompt, careful and pleasant. My latest experience was with Mike and his guys out of Sudbury, Massachusetts. My sister was the client, moving her son. She is somewhat disabled, and they set a comfortable chair aside for her to sit in while they worked! She was blown away with their efficiency AND caring. I’ll never use anyone else!

  They had two movers come over and move a two bedroom apartment to *****. The movers broke several items and stole from me. The owner didn't call me back or do anything to help resolve this.

  We have covered this through multiple phone calls, text messages, and your various ****** aliases. Nothing was "broken" until you didn't get a 50% discount for your missing drugs. We have drug tested our men at their time of hiring, randomly over their tenure here, and after your first accusation. They have come back negative. We told you at multiple points during the booking process, in your premove letter, and on your moving day that any small items of value including "medication" should be moved by you and not left out where it can be lost. Our policy is not to look into filing cabinets and simply to wrap them and move them. You stated that it was in fact wrapped. You also stated that there were other items of value in the drawer that are still there. We told you that if you truly felt there was something missing to file a police report and we would work with them. You have harassed and threatened our movers. You have attempted to get their personal information from our staff. You have refused to call the police and threatened us with lawyers. Again, we said that we would be happy to work with your attorney. But no attorney ever contacted us. You have posted multiple negative reviews under several different aliases (my personal favorite was "Greenfield") and harassed us on multiple platforms. I assume you are back on ****** and now the BBB because your efforts to chargeback the cost of the move were declined. This is because we had text messages where you stated you were happy with the move and the only issue was your missing drugs that were taken from a drawer in a filing cabinet that had other items of value present and still accounted for. Please stop this campaign of harassment before we are forced to contact our own legal team.

  I had a very bad experience with this company. The man who booked the move totally defrauded me. The move ended up costing me double what he quoted meeven to the extent of filling up the truck, and the drive time to get herewhich I had specifically asked about and was told the cost would not start until the movers actually arrived at my home. The man who booked me knew I was a senior citizen and had a limit on how much I could afford but he still ripped me off. The men who did the actual job were terrificcould not have been better and very courteous. I dont think they had a thing to do with the management or the dishonesty. I just want to say DONT use this company. They will scam you in a heartbeat!!!

  NO!!! DO NOT USE "2 MEN & A TRUCK"!!!DAMAGES THAT YOU WILL NO DOUBT HAVE TO PAY FOR! Simple move, 20 minutes, 7 items... the new townhome is ALREADY DAMAGED from the movers! BROKE MY SOFA & MISSING A PIECE OF THE **** SCRATCHED THE HARDWOOD FLOORS WITH THE BROKEN PIECE, CRASHED FURNITURE INTO THE CORNERS, CRACKING THE **** CORNERS, SCUFFED UP THE ****S, & BROKE MY TV STAND GLASS TOP.***Response from the owner***We have already scheduled our repairman to your home to manage the issues. If you would like to discuss further please call 954.***.****, press 2, and ask for D*****; however, my understanding is that you are already in contact with him via email and by phone.***Response from customer***They told me that they would be in touch with me. I initially received an ************* call. I was told, "it would be taken care of." I showed them (email) the invoice of my sofa & the damage to my *************** SURPRISE-SURPRISE... I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. In the ****** Reviews, they claim that they had already been in contact with me. ****?! STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK!! Guess I'm screwed with doing my own repairs. DO-NOT-USE "2 MEN & A TRUCK"! Find another mover in your area OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DAMAGE!
