    Do not trust this company if you have problems with their products they will not help you resolve the issue, they are rude on the phone when you try to make them aware of their products they do not do quality control on their parts brought these shock for a 2014 grand Cherokee call customer service they want to charge you inspection fee shipping fee and restocking fee when all I was trying to do is return their defective parts they sent me and get me money back to order one correct parts save your peace of mind and never trust this company the issue that was happening with this vehicle was their aftermarket shocks were to big and was rubbing and the factory sway bar they said it was installed wrong when you can see clear measurements of their aftermarket and from Oem parts save your money you can find Oem parts new not used on **** or from your local dealer

    I sent my shock struts to RMT to be rebuilt on 07/11/23 and received them back on 7/26/23. Over the next few weeks, I noticed the shocks were leaking air, and since that time, it has been progressively getting worse. I've brought the car for an inspection to a licensed service shop to do the diagnostics. On 09/15, the inspection report was provided to RMT, detailing how fast and how much air the shocks are losing over time. Long story short, I contacted RMT to rectify the issue, but RMT's proposal to send back the parts for another repair is unacceptable. They don't have a comparable pair for me to swap and are not willing to obtain one. I have explained that I cannot pay for the car to be hanging on a lift at **************** for a second time. It will occupy an entire bay and **************** for two weeks, and I will be charged for that again. I have requested RMT to make sure the quality control and testing were properly done; however, the shocks were defective and not fixed. I'm asking to either find the comparable part and send it to me (with a deposit) to switch or refund the payment due to the service not being provided or completed.The RMT is refusing to come up with any reasonable solution to resolve the issue in an amicable way. I think the business should take more responsibility if the service they have provided is defective.

    The parts the buyer has are offered as a rebuilding service only, we rebuilt the parts for him last year and now he claims that they are faulty.  We do offer a lifetime warranty on them but he would have to send them to us for repair, he refuses to do that.  We have explained that there are no other options but if he wants to have the parts repaired we will be happy to help him.

    Customer purchased a rebuilt EZL from us in Sept. 2022.  On 1/12/23 he contacted us regarding a possible warranty saying "purchased rebilt ezl from u car stop running not getting spark to distrubor mechanic says possible ezl failure".  We emailed him a prepaid return label so he could send it to us for testing and repair (if needed).  On 1/20/23 we received the part, it was both bench tested and vehicle tested, no faults were found.  We shipped it back to the customer and let him know to check the crank shaft and/or cam shaft sensor. Even though we sent him a video of his part working in the test vehicle, he has somehow decided that the part does not work.  His mechanic even said when he created the warranty ticket that there was a "possible" EZL failure, meaning he was not sure what was wrong with the system.  Why would we pay for the shipping back and forth if we had no plan on fixing the part if it were malfunctioning?  It is functioning 100% within normal parameters. Our lead engineer, who is also an ASE Certified *****************, knows these systems inside and out and tried to help the customer and his mechanic by suggesting other parts to test.  This review, along with screaming at our customer service personnel, is how we were thanked for it.

    Well I purchased two 5 foot and one 20ft air suspension hose for my car. All on different days because I was replacing one part at a time. All packages said it was delivered. Ive only got two packages in my Possession not sure where the other one is.On top of this I also ordered an air suspension tee and it is defective and I cant get ahold of them because they blocked/ suspended me up on **** because I left a bad not mean review about not getting my third package. What kind of a professional business would block/ suspended people up on **** and not help me out with the air suspension part I ordered.Im not looking for a hand out.I will eat the price on the one air hose and a defective air tee splitter. just want to warn people about this business. Its just a shame some businesses act like this.

    The **** tracking information shows it was delivered to the customer and he knows, based on that, that we sent out the part the day he ordered it.  The customer opened a case on **** saying he did not receive the part.   **** closed this case in our favor because the tracking information shows it was delivered to the customer.  The buyer's negative feedback that he left was automatically removed by **** under their seller protection guidelines.  The customer is still able to purchase directly from us, he is just suspended from buying through ****.

    I contacted RMT regarding my Jeep air suspension compressor to rebuilt and understood that they will fix MY PART and send it back, they sent a part already prepared and kept my original ones and when I received it and took the car to the dealership to charge the system found it faulty after many tries and of course every time the dealership charging me the cost of it till it reached $600 for nothing except wasting time and money. I informed RMT about the issue and they offered to refund my money that I paid for them and return my original part at the same day. I sent back the faulty part and they received it, when I asked about my refund and my original part I got the answer back that I will get the refund but not the part!!!!! They sent to me saying that the refund done and case closed for them and no part will be returned above that I noticed the refund is going to another card or account not belongs to me at all and when I told them that and sent the prove from my bank transactions they accused me that I used a stolen card to pay!!!! I believe that place is not trusted to deal with at all and they are doing their best to get your money and original part to use it with another customers or victims. I filled a complaint to the general attorney in FL and will file a case against that company anywhere I can to get my rights back and alert anyone wants to deal with them. Im not worry about the money they said refunded cause already paid $3500 to fix my Jeep in the dealership but to accuse me by using a stolen card to pay them and keeping my original part to sell it to another victim thats what I wont let it go. In the end its a very bad quality and bad communication be aware to deal with them.

    Customer purchased a rebuilding service for a Jeep compressor on our website. After he completed the purchase we emailed him a prepaid shipping label to send in his part. The only option for this model Jeep compressor is to send in the part for rebuilding, if we had these in stock, a core deposit option would have been available as with most of our products. Customer made the purchase online, selected the send in option (only option available), paid through the website and sent his part in for rebuilding. We received his part (6/17/22), rebuilt and fully tested the part and shipped it back to him (6/21/22). On 7/7/22 he opened up a warranty ticket in our system saying the part was not working properly. We contacted him and he said he did not want the part and just wanted to send it back for a refund. We emailed him another prepaid return label to send it back, we received it on 7/14/22 and refunded his full payment on 7/18/22. He contacted us to inquire about the refund so we replied with the transaction ID number along with the proof of refund. He claimed this refund was processed to a card he did not recognize but we researched his payment down to his IP address which showed that he entered the payment information into our system and he manually entered the credit card information at checkout. We forwarded this payment information to him and suggested that he may have accidentally used someone else's card to make the purchase. We would have been unable to refund it to a different card, which is what he wanted, we can only refund to the payment method the customer used at checkout. This is possibly why he is so upset, he may have wanted us to issue the refund to a different card but our system is unable to do that. We also explained to the customer that we did rebuild his part as this is the only option available and he manually had to accept this option before he could complete his purchase online.

    I can send a copy from their email stating that they will send back my old part with the refund and to be honest I just got the refund today in my account cause I didnt know that my bank using alternative number to protect my checking account from any fraud action. My main problem now is my old part they keep it to resell it again and I want it as it is. They scammed me and took my part and the part they sent to me and it was faulty. Just I want my original part thats all and I will keep alerting people from dealing with them and their rude and unprofessional staff. Thanks

    HI again, we rebuilt your part. If you did not feel it was your part then why didn't you contact us immediately when you received it? You only contacted us after you claimed it was not working. We do not have these in stock, they are not available for purchase. We only offer a rebuilding service for these specific compressors which is why we had you send your part in for rebuilding. You did have a lifetime warranty on the part so we would have been happy to repair it for you. However you requested a refund, we provided the refund, we have done all we can to take care of you.

Return label is attached, thanks!These are your own words in that email or its stolen also or I want to get double refund as you accused me????!!!Anyway I prefer to stop talking about that nonsense and **** business and leave it till everyone gets his rights. I wont comment anymore about this issue.
