      I originally had the transmission replaced in my 2013 Nissan Sentra on 2/15/24 at a cost of $4,249.13 at Lorenzo Nissan Ft. Lauderdale (dealer). This came with a warranty of 36 months / 12K miles. I started having problems with the car again and took it back to the dealer on 2/27/25. At that time, I was informed the transmission needed to be replaced again. This was exactly 12 months, 12 days and 4K miles later. Lorenzo Nissan refuses to honor the warranty. They offered to replace the transmission, but at a cost of $3,000 which is unacceptable since it is still under warranty.

      Dear Sir,I file Complaint against Lorenzo Nissan, Ft. Lauderdale for exposing me to unnecessary two towing cost 12/18/24 to and 12/23/24 from, failure to diagnose head gasket, towing purpose, damages to my car due to engine overheating 12/20/24 by driving it without radiator coolant in and from garage, 30 min engine running prior to diagnostics, causing engine oil leak non existent prior to 12/18/24, safety risks leaving car outside unlolocked 12/20-23/24, and Invoice No.****** of 12/23/24 false statements I stated car overheated, refusal to correct it, to cover up for overheating engine by them. 12/18/24, upon Lorenzo Nissan Service Director ***** ***** recommendations following 5 phone consultations 12/11-18/24, on outside water pump and coolant two hoses leak and head gasket diagnostics, I towed my car to Lorenzo Nissan for head gasket second diagnostics opinion unsure of outside mechanic diagnostics 12/13/24.Leaving car key with SErvice ******* *****, stating diagnostics of water pump and coolant hoses leaks in addition to head gasket, I stated of No coolant in radiator.12/20/24 I witnessed my car driven by service staff into and out of garage, 30 min run in garage prior to diagnostics, to "proper temp", as per Invoice, and oil leak with car driven outside following water pump and coolant hoses diagnostics and ***, Service stating of "no head gasket diagnostics possible," towing purpose, "needing cost prohibitive coolant leak fix". *** dismissed my concerns of driving my car with no radiator coolant. He also dismissed my concerns of oil leak non-existent prior to towing 12/18/24. He also denied pouring regular water into radiator, as per Invoice ******. Instead, 12/23/24 I found false invoice statements, Mr. ***** refused to correct, of me stating car overheating with multiple fluids leaks", Mr. ***** dismissed my phone complaints 12/21/24, and request not to "touch my car", 12/23/24 I found it relocated, left unlocked 12/20-23/24 Please see Grievance

      This Complaint was against Lorenzo Nissan, ************************************************************* FL ***** and NOT LORENZO PALMETTO, *******, PLEASE MAKE SURE IT WAS SENT TO THE **** LORENZO NISSAN ADDRESS, 

      PLEASE ADVISE ME ACCORDINGLY.

      THE BUSINESS NEVER CONTACTED ME, EXPOSED ME TO TWO WAY  TOWING EXPENSES , OVERHEATED MY CAR ENGINE CAUSING ENGINE OIL LEAK, AND MADE FRAUDULENT STATEMENT ON THEIR INVOICE TO COVER DAMAGE THEY CAUSED TO MY CAR DRIVING IT AROUND WITH NO COOLANT AND KNOWING THERE WAS NO COOLANT IN THE RADIATOR

      Spoke to sales person "******" from Lorenzo Nissan Fort Lauderdale about a car cash purchase based on advertized information. When I got to the dealership, I was presented with an offer %24 higher than the information on both Autotrader and ******* for a cash purchase. Typical bait and switch, a total waist of my time and I lost an opportunity on a different vehicle that is no longer for sale. The conduct by Lorenzo Nissan is unethical, unprofessional and unknowingly diminishes the reputation and core business philosophy of car board websites. I am hoping that all websites that work with Lorenzo Nissan remove them from their websites due to their scam of an operation.

      I recently visited Lorenzo Nissan Dealership in Fort Lauderdale, hoping to purchase a car that was advertised for $20,990 (GMC TERRAIN 2021). However, when I got there, the price was suddenly $27,900 (HIGHER THAN THE **** of a BRAND NEW ONE). This bait-and-switch tactic is completely unethical and a waste of time.To make matters worse, the manager, ***, was dismissive and unprofessional. He even told me that he would rather keep the car on the lot for two years than sell it to me for a better price. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.This is clear an attempt to scam. I want them to remove their FAKE ADS from ******

      We purchased a new vehicle 21 days ago and dealership has yet to pay off my trade-in. Called them numerous times and left multiple messages requesting to speak to a manager but no one will return my call. Got our salesperson involved and he states that management is saying the payoff was made a week ago but my lender is saying otherwise. Yesterday I had the pleasure of making a payment on my old vehicle even though I no longer own it. If I didnt make the payment I would have had a 30 day on my credit. My lender also informed me that I am responsible for all payments moving forward until payoff is received. On a side note my lender says most payoffs are done via ACH so their story of paying the car off a week ago doesn't even sound legit. Nobody from this dealership seems to care!!

      ON 8/31/23 i went to test drive a car at Lorenzo Nissan Fort Lauderdale. The internet sales manager, ****, was very pushy trying to close a deal on a car that evening. I REPEATEDLY told him once I was at the dealership that there was nothing that he could do for me to purchase a car that night- I 100% needed to get an independent pre-purchase inspection first. The vehicle was a hybrid car and this was the 2nd one I had ever driven so i had no idea what to look for or expect. I was alone, female, very overwhelmed- which they 100% were aware of. The ONLy thing we discussed was what the rate would be on a 2015 car. The reason being I have a pre-approval from AAA auto loans at an excellent tier 1 rate which only covers vehciles 2023-2017. I then showed them a screenshot of my current credit score of 823. I NEVER spoke to a finance manager. When i left the dealership i was notified by 2 credit bureaus that a hard pull inquiry had been done. I texted and spoke to them several times and **** dug a deeper hole which only supported the possibility that they fraudulently app;lied for credit. Then i requested all documentation be sent to me. i still have no idea what was submitted or to whom.. I was told they only did a credit check- which i 100% did not need or want and would be absolutely pointless since i have a pre-approval and didnt want to purchase a car that night. My credit took a significant hit from whatever they did. I also never disclosed my income. I was able to get one bureau to remove the inquiry but still need to get it removed from Transunion. I have worked VERY hard for many years to get my credit to where it is. *** never financed a car nor do i have debt. They knew this and 100% took advantage.

      I have hit several roadblocks when trying to purchase an SUV, I was fired from multiple jobs over a 10 month period due to employer discrimination, I was denied unemployment and I have no financial support from anyone else. I have recently been working 70+ a week between two jobs, I have been repairing my credit, paying bills on time or early. I felt VERY DISRESPECTED by ******** the sales manager, he has not listened to any of my concerns at all, I understand what he was trying to convey but I still NEVERTHELESS felt displeased and disappointed along with disregard. He advised me to NEVER COME BACK, I told him I won't and I told him **k you which I know was not the way to handle the situation but I am upset, I just want the suv I want and to be rewarded for my efforts of hard work. I am sorry for my actions in terms of raising my voice and cussing but I am not sorry for how I feel about everything and I am sorry that ******************************* will be losing a potential client/sale and he has been super nice.

      On February 16, 2022, a 2016 *** *** was purchased from Lorenzo Nissan Fort Lauderdale, **. The vehicle showed a mileage of ******* and was accepted for 3rd party financing. The total cost of the purchase on credit, including a down payment of $2000 was $19,953.92. On June 14, 2022, the vehicle stalled in the middle of a busy intersection. An automotive diagnostic has revealed a malfunctioning engine that is not salvageable. *************** no longer makes the applicable engine and a used engine will only yield a 90 day-12 month warranty. Current mileage on the 2016 *** *** is approximately *******. Lorenzo Nissan Fort Lauderdale was contacted about repairs and it was stated that "we do not service *** products." Therefore, it is alleged that the "reputable" dealership marketed and sold a product that they did not service. Although a warranty was not offered by the dealership at the time of purchase, there was an expectation that a non defective product was being sold-especially considering the amount of credit/financing being considered. Lorenzo Nissan Fort Lauderdale has made no attempt to address or mediate this issue. As a customer of ********************** for over a decade, I was lured to the Lorenzo Nissan Fort Lauderdale dealership with the intent of purchasing a reliable vehicle. As a representative of Nissan Corporation, I was led to expect that Lorenzo Nissan Fort Lauderdale would not engage in misleading or deceptive business practices. Marketing, selling and securing "excessive" credit/financing for a vehicle that a dealership did not and cannot service is both misleading and deceptive.

      *Purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Nissan Rogue 04.18.2022 *During delivery ****** (sales person) and I found the following issues 1. Car was still filled with all last owners belongings 2. Front bumper was dislocated and not adhering to the car 3. Front passenger winder motor was broke 4. Review mirror was falling and would not stay up 5. Batteries in both keys were dead 6. Under seats a large amount of dead roaches were found **All issues reported to ***********************, *** L (sales manager) 04.24.2022 Additional issues emailed to the team Car was in service for 5 days, checked with them on ***** no updates 05.02.2022 Finally heard from dealership they hadn't heard from sales about what to do with roaches, now like roaches all over the car.*Window fixed *Was told bumper was fixed 05.04.2022 still no car back Received car back 05.09.2022 Reported back to dealership that the fix did not work for bumper and the roaches are doubling all over the car. 05.11.2022 F/U with ***** in service about bumper, roaches and the interior detail that was not done 05.18.2022 Car back this week for roaches and bumper again, they said both fixed 05.28.2022 After dealership said they would send pest control to me, they never came for the first visit and 2nd I waited 2 hours. AAA Pest control said they had not been paid by the dealership and had to leave.05.29.2022 Bumper still broken, Interior still not detailed, ***** infestation still exists. 06.01.2022 Emailed and called dealership 3 times, no one would answer and no responses by email. 06.07.2022 Hear from ***** in service that the sales manager was supposed to call me a week ago to coordinate and never did. 06.09.2022 Still waiting as of 06.09.2022 and bumper not fixed, no interior detail, no reimbursement for not having car and ***** infestation still exists.
