As a longtime customer of **********************, I find it disheartening to see so many complaints. While its true that review sites often attract negative feedback unless prompted otherwise, I wanted to share my positive experiences. Over the past three years, *** purchased numerous pieces of jewelry from Moon Magic and it has become my go-to shop for gifts. Every recipient of Moon Magic jewelry has been delighted and satisfied.I appreciate the extensive selection of authentic gemstones and the thoughtful personalization and meaning behind each piece. The attention to detail in every order is evident. I own necklaces, rings, and earrings from Moon Magic, some of which I wear daily, and Ive never encountered any issues. Im surprised by reviews mentioning rings breaking after a month; proper care and handling are essential for any jewelry, after all.Whenever I had questions, customer service was always polite and helpful. This company should be shut down, I ordered 2 items from them on 12/27/23, and I've only received one of my items. I check the tracking information and it says my other item was shipped on 01/03/24, and then has been stuck in the same location for over 2 weeks without moving according to the **** website. So I go to the local **** office and they said its considered lost and that I need to contact the company. So I speak to a "*****" who tells me I just need to keep waiting, after she tried lying to me about when the item was shipped out, when I'm looking at the shipping info myself. Refused to refund my money and now I have my credit card company dealing with them. This company is trash and should be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Moon Magic

Raw ****************************** 'Self-Love' was from our made-to-order collection and fulfilment time is much longer. Even we add the tracking number to expedite the shipping process, the tracking number is usually updating later, this still doesn't mean that the order is lost. 1 starI had a stone fall out 6 weeks after purchase. Im very careful with rings that arent of great quality, but this one is horrible. We all remember ******* cheap child jewelry well this isnt far from that. For the price I also expected customer service to help, nope only within 30 days. Not even they think they jewelry will last that long. Search lab created jewels on any reputable jewelers site (****************************) and you will find good quality for a low cost.Review fromAly R

1 starI wanted to be excited for my ring that I ordered , however this has been the worst experience with an online retailer. I ordered a ring that was ultimately flimsy and they said they would replace it. I returned the ring and they sent me an order confirmation number and tracking information on 4/24 that was never updated. I inquired about the ring on 5/8 about the tracking and when it would be updated and shipped as it stated the package was awaiting to be picked up. Their team responded and said it would take anywhere from **** business days to sculpt the ring then ship. I inquired again 5/21 because the original tracking still said awaiting package to be picked up. And they updated the status the same day and sent and email with a new tracking number saying it was delivered 5/4. **** doesnt know where the package is and Moon Magic has been less than helpful or taken any accountability on the misdirection and doesnt take any fault. Im sure at this point my ring has been stolen. Its a month later Im attempting to either find my package or get a refund.Review fromChris B

1 starHorrible products and horrible customer service. I had the same issue as others here when my new rings started turning black after only 4 months or so. I contacted them and let them know, but never received any email replies. From what I can gather, Moon Magic is nothing more than a Chinese seller drop shipping out of a hub in Florida. 1 starThis company is advertising high quality pieces of art, but what I received had the craftsmanship and durability of something you get out of a gumball machine. I'm insanely disappointed in my product and with my experience with customer service already. I got my ring in December of 2020. The ring was beautiful initially, but after two months of light wear two topaz stones fell off. I reached out to customer service and they said the "best" they could do for me was give me a 10% discount on a different product from their website. They said they were incapable of fixing my ring or refunding me at any capacity. Jump to current day 2023. My ring has been kept in it's ***************** in a cool dry place. I thought I would maybe take the ring to a jeweler to have it fixed because I honestly loved the ring. I thought it was beautiful...but when I opened the box, the once bright blue opal is now a dull putrid yellow, the white topaz have no luster, and the gold band is now black and green with oxidization. I do not understand how anyone can pay hundreds of dollars of plastic and cheap metals. Very upset with my purchase and I can't recommend this company to anyone.Review fromSarah Z

1 starThe item took way longer than advised not due to shipping BUT item wasnt sent out when they said it was. Item arrived finally and the packaging WREAKED of black mold. The smell was so strong that we had to put into several bags outside. The reason I kept the packaging was that the moonstone charm was missing little gems. I contacted them asap and they would not refund immediately UNTIL I threatened them with legal action. Then, they tried refunding me a way lesser amount. I had continue sending proof of what my credit card was charged to get the correct amount returned. The entire process of getting a refund took about a month (same timeframe as the return policy limit). The jewelry is cheap cheap cheap and same quality as aliexpress - intact I saw the same items on their site. 1 starI purchased an "opal" necklace for my sister for her birthday. I received it and the stone is stained a yellow brown color. I emailed them to let them know I had received a damaged product and wanted to return it. I have since sent over 10 emails back and forth with them over the course of a week and every time I ask for the return label and refund, I am flat out ignored. They told me they would send out another piece of jewelry to make up for the problem and then told me they would have to invoice me for it.... I told them I didn't want any more products from them as I am afraid, I would receive more damaged and cheap jewelry from them, and I just wanted to receive a refund. They stopped emailing me back altogether and now I have to wait for a PayPal case to go through in hopes that they award me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have cheap and damaged goods and terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers at all.
