    Hello I've ordered 100's if not thousands of dollars worth of their product. Was told they were behind and to please wait. After a year and a half no response to emails. No phone number that will be answered. Cant back charge because been to long. Company has stolen money from me and many others. If they went out of business or bankrupt they should advise their customers. Please.help if possible ***.

    I had pre-ordered an item May 2022. A product updates page had not been refreshed since August 2022, so I reached out via email and phone early 2023 regarding the page and to get a status of the product. No return communication at all. The site is now inoperative and I am out money if the business is defunct.

    On May 24, 2022 I made a purchase through Shop Pay to VLTD. This was for Pops that were $57 and some change in total. It was a preorder so I knew that it would be a while before I received them, as I had made a purchase the year before and it took several months to receive it.The estimated time of shipment was 3rd quarter of 2022.When I still hadn't received my order by Winter of 2022, I sent VLTD an email. I received an automated response with a link to go to the updated estimates page. It still read that it was slotted for 3rd quarter 2022, but that they were preparing for shipment from the vendor.I sent another message asking for a refund. I did not receive an answer. I read the customer service page and their policy was that they don't issue a refund after a certain amount of time. The status of the order was that they were still preparing for shipment from the vendor. So I waited a bit longer.I sent another message in early May of this year only to receive the same automated email that I'd seen so many times before. Last weekend, I went to the website to check the status again, this time the website was gone. The app is no longer working.I have reached out to VLTD via ******* twice. I have also reached out to Funko to make them aware of the situation. I have not heard from either company. I believe they have shut down the store and did not notify their customers of the situation, as I have been looking all over to see if anyone has any information.

    I placed an order with this company in the amount of $171.30 paid in full when I preordered multiple funko products on 5/18/2022. I have sent NUMEROUS emails over the past year with no response. I have never had issues with this company *************** order. Im highly disappointed and money doesnt grow on trees and thats money I didnt have to just give away to a company that robs people blind. I want a refund sent back to me in FULL so I can actually order the product I wanted from a reputable company or seller that will do what they are supposed to do.

    I preordered two items that both cost around $220 in December 2021 that were scheduled to ship in June of 2022. Months went by and I never received any updates on my preorders and both of them ever shipped and I was no longer able to receive refunds through PayPal as 90 days had already passed considering they were preorders. I was able to get refunded by affirm for one of the preorders but VLTD has refused to answer emails or acknowledge messages through social media and I am still robbed of $200

    On 11/22/22 I place order # ***** with VLTD **** There order was for $53,10 of Funko Pop collectibles. I have not received my order and the company refuses to respond to any requests for a status. I have emailed them 3 times. They take money on "pre-orders" and when the product is readily available in the market they start to ignore the client that ordered it. They have 16 other complaints on your site.

    I pre-ordered a bundle on 2/5/22 with an estimated ship date of Q1 22. Its now been 14 months with no updates. *** tried emailing them countless times for any update and to get a refund with no response at all.

    I ordered a preordered item (********* Funko Soda six pack) in 2022. I contacted them but all I got were excuses to why they didnt ship. I asked for a refund and got no reply. They claim to charge a fee for cancellations. I feel they scammed me and I want my money back.

Television [PRE-ORDER FOR ESTIMATED Q3 2022* DELIVERY]Current release estimate*: September 22, 2022.On May 13, 2022 12:44PM I "Preordered" (****************** #**** GUARANTEED CHASE BUNDLE! Full **************************** Funko POP! Animation [PRE-ORDER FOR ESTIMATED Q3 2022* DELIVERY]Current release estimate*: September 1, 2022.). I have paid the entire cost of these purchases with the understanding that these items would be released late September. I had waited several months after the projected release date and the company never responded to my calls, emails, and website messages. It's now March (6 months after release date) and I have yet received my order or an email explaining the issue. I contacted them in Feb 2023 asking for a refund and I never got a response. I'm kindly asking that you ***** me the refund that I'm asking for due to fact that transference of goods never occurred. Thank you for your time in this matter. Total amount $200.68.

    On August 11, 2022 I placed a preorder #***** for a FunkoPop! for $49.88 and it was estimated to be shipped by November 2022. I have checked with Route very often to see if they have received shipping information, they never have. I waited two months after to finally check to see if they updated the estimated shipping date, but to this day it still says November 2022. I reached out via email and through their support page on their website on January 1, 2023 and received no updated still to this day. I have sent another email but do not expect to get a reply as it has been months and I have seen many others online stating the same thing is happening to them and that they have emailed them many times with no reply as well.
