              ************************* services were terminated for cause. The office continued trying to collect duplicate payment for previously paid co payments for over one year. I brought proof of payment. They revised the statement and still had an open balance. I sent numerous letters explaining they had been paid with copies of my charge statement for verification. Yet I received another statement dated 9/4/23 requesting payment for 1/19/22. This was already shown as paid. They always collected at time of service. Apparently they are trying to cheat seniors who may have forgotten or paid in cash. Its only $5.00 but I not only paid it at time of service but paid for postage for at least 4 letters and copies of several Amex statements, outpacing their charge, that by now they should pay me. I am a senior. Most of their patients are seniors. Something disgraceful is going on here.

              They should not be allowed to operate and represent insurance providers. After receiving a text my kids were due for their annual exam in March, I've been calling ever since- 6 months! No answer, no ability to leave a message. Finally, after trying daily for 3 weeks, appointments were set. After taking time off work and 2 kids out of school early, they said I don't have an appointment. Poor service, no consideration, no responsibility whatsoever. They were nasty, bad attitude just do not care. Shameful and bold of them to have the guts to be so horrible. They truly do not care. I will reach out to the insurance to file a complaint in hopes they are not allowed to continue to do things like this to customers.
