    On Labor Day weekend I visited **. Lauderdale to celebrate a birthday. I purchased a waterskiing package for $214.70 for 1 hour of jet skiing for the two of us. I made the purchase online as required. When I arrived at the location to complete the boating license (as required by the state) I was told the business owner was not around, hes not reliable, and they are unable to provide me with additional information. I called the number provided on the payment confirmation without response. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company to which they replied that Id received the services. I never completed a waiver, a boating license, or anything because no one was at the location to provide the service. My credit card company asked for proof that I didnt receive the services, however I can not prove a negative. I would like a refund for the services never received.

    Good morning. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears. I went parasailing in *************** this past July 4th weekend. I spent 50$ extra dollars for the video recording. We received a blank ** card at the end of our trip. When I returned home and called Aloha Parasail to tell the owner the problem, ***** told me to mail the ** card back, I did. Now it's been 4 months and he refuses to get back in touch with me regarding this issue. I'm a disabled ************ veteran living on a set income and I don't like to be scammed. Thank you very much Better Business Bureau!

    I booked a parasailing appt online for March 31st while on a trip in **************, **. The company (Aloha Watersports) cancelled the appt. early in the morning (via email- attached) due to weather conditions. Their website states that a refund is issued in **** business days in the event that they cancel due to weather. I have not been refunded the amount of $339. In addition to the attached emails, I have called this company 4 times and left voicemails (no response). I have texted April 3rd, April 11th, April 14, April 16. On April 14 I received a text telling me to contact Fare Harbor (the online booking agency) for the refund. I called their customer service line on April 16 and they told me that *****/ Aloha Watersports never issued the refund and for me to contact that company directly, which I have numerous times.
