    This company handles inspections for Housing Authorities. They do not answer the phone but rather have an answering service take a message. I never received a return phone call. Their policy is to pick up a date and email it to you but due to their email addresses presenting as spam its likely to be filtered out. If you are lucky the inspector who is assigned the date will call you the night prior. Unfortunately if you dont give them 48 hour notice, which is impossible with the phone call only giving 8 hours of notice, they will submit a failed inspection report. This is likely so they can still bill the municipality, even though no work was completed. By simply calling ahead to schedule and confirm an inspection time this can all be avoided and tax dollars may be saved. This feedback was received well by ***.
