    The date of these transaction applied through my leasing agreement with Saar management and Northlake apartment on ************. The overcharging, and late fees, and Saar management charging monthly for valet trash , and service never rendered for at least 4 month in 2023, then harrassment and car theft and we are paying for gated community with camera and several cars include my stolen. Saar management denying and refusing to compensation , then after these incidents happening. Saar change policy that Saarmanagement is not responsible for stolen or damage. The shooting and murder that happen since Saar management trying to fill all these apartment, and allowing drugs deal er and shooting. My concerns is that For the last three month I have been getting assistance from **** , changing homeless, and my rent was paid by then of 1820, that including overcharged late fees. I was notify by ********* Property manager that they didnt recieved the December payment yet. I went to pay January 2025 rent,in my portal and it state that I owe 3445 by 6th in full of eviction. This is continue habit of Saar management/ *******************. I want the harrassment and all the late fee, and compensation due to me by Saarmanagement. I wish the Better Business Bureau investigate all the fraudulent activity , and endanger activity, and overcharge fees on my account. I want to be credit or compensation for December 2024, and no late fee, and no 3 days evictions until this situation has been resolve. I also seeking early terminate of my lease because of the endanger shooting, drugs dealing, auto theft happening, after Saar management fraudulent advertised gated community and camera surrevillance not available.

    I signed dmy lead 05/01/2023, my HVAC went out in October 2023. I've contacted them placed numerous work orders for them to come and fix it. They keep ignoring my request. I had a maintenance person come out in February 2024 to inspect it, they stated that the whole unit is bad and that SAAR Management is in debt making repairs to the apartment. It is now, June 2024 and I'm trying to move out of my unit and ******* Apartments/SAAR Management is trying to evict me. I wish to have a refund of all rent paid since October 2023. They did not uphold or honor their lease agreement when my HVAC broke. I suffered through the winter with no heat and now the summer with no cooling system. I want out of this place. I want the eviction to be dropped and I want a refund of ALL rent paid since October 2023.

    Multiple work orders were put in to the company. This started in January of 2024. I moved into an apartment owned by Saar management. Upon moving in I discovered the shower valve was broken. I was assured it would be fixed within the week. Since then I have filed multiple work orders for them, they have continued to evade the problem by not returning calls, not make an effort to fix the issue and really anything to avoid fixing it. Its June 3rd 2024 and the issue is still not resolved. As of recently, my water heater went out 10 days ago. They sent a tech over to look at the issue, then told me that it was fixed. The issue was not resolved, I contacted them the next day after the tech was there to inform them. They assured me theyd have someone come out to fix it. No one has shown up, they continue to tell me a plumber will be over Monday then Monday rolls around and they offer more excuses as to why he could make it. Their ability to resolve issues in their apartments is absolutely awful. They dont return calls, they do not do anything. They have been 0 help. Im paying high dollar for an apartment that is not functional. A water heater shouldnt be a massive issue.

    I have been living in the same apartment since October of 2010. The apartment is in an extremely deplorable condition. There is mold everywhere, holes in ceilings from water leaks, extreme ***** infestation, my carpet is just scary and deplorable. The *** Heating has not worked since 12/30/23. I was heating the front of the apartment with the stove, and it went out last week. They keep saying, they are waiting for a part to come. I have been trying my hardest for more than a year, to get moved to another unit, and have been denied and lied to over and over. I called the city via Code Enforcement. They really haven't done much of anything to help. They did fine them last week for not having the work done within 30 days from 12/2/23. For me and my family, it's a neverending nightmare. If I move, my rent is most likely go up another ******* more, and I definitely can not afford that.

    I have already paid lasts months rent at the beginning of signing my lease. I have already given my 30 day notice to move out on December 26th 2023. Now they are saying I owe them **** ($1400 in rent and $140 as a late fee) for failure to pay and have given me a 3 day notice. I have reached out several times to ask questions and sort things out and almost never get a response. They also charge me $15 a month for a rental insurance violation when I have already have rental insurance and have provided proof before I moved in and when they asked again in July. Nobody responds ever to phone calls, emails and rarely through text. Then they charge fees to people because of their own neglect. I just want to have the fees I dont owe removed and the fees Ive received unjustly returned. I also need someone to contact me to have this straightened out because this is stressful and unprofessional.

    They have raised my rent without any prior notification, have been living with one working outlet in my living/bedroom so a potential firehazard since I have so many things plugged in and stuff has such low wattage I can barely charge anything let alone run it. Never fixed my mailbox so small packages keep getting stolen from there if I'm not home. To sum up all of it into a short description, slum lords

    SAAR Management owns the apartment complex I live in, but purchased it from the previous owners while I was a tenant. In August of 2023, they reached out to me via email about signing a new lease - increasing my rent by 33%. I replied the next day with a counter offer. My email was ignored and no one from the management company has responded to my email to this day. I have continued paying my rent on the first of each month at the previously agreed upon rate, since no new lease has been created or signed. On Nov 1st, my payment portal indicated many different debts, all of which were wrong. I still paid my originally agreed upon rent and then sent a email to the property manager, which was ignored. November 9, 2023 I received a Three Day Notice on my apartment door indicating that I owe $1,606.77. I immediately emailed the address listed on the bottom of the notice indicating that I had paid my rent and the debt must be in error, also asking for someone to confirm this information. I called the phone number listed on the notice 6 times. Each time the phone would ring for a while and then drop. I sent a text message to two different numbers that had previously contacted me from the management company. All attempts at communication were ignored. On November 17, I received another Three Day Notice on my door indicating that I owe $1662.27. I reached out via ************* call once again. I also contacted the maintenance man at our property to confirm I have the correct phone number and he confirmed it was the proper number for the property manager. I sent that phone number a text message as well. All attempts at contact have been ignored. They make it impossible to come to any agreement or understanding when they have no communication with their renters.

    I move out my unit on 08/31/2023 I left the unit clean and nothing was broke yet the property manager refused to return the $1400 deposit that I gave when I move in , I try to contact them on multiple occasions no one calls me back.

    mold , ***** infestation, trash everywhere, over charging, maintenance refuse to fix issues when they do they half fix it , continuous plumbing issues, office personal never respond to emails , keep u on hold and never come back to the call office always closed! i was promised 1 apt got the cheapest downgrade old carpet and old barely functional appliances light fixtures broke i had to buy and replace ceiling fan not working i purchased my own, shower didnt work i had to replace, mold in the closets and light fixtures

    These people are scammers. They never answer the phone, they never fulfill maintenance request. And they falsely add charges to your rent. Never rent with these people!
