    I have been dealing with these people since the beginning of March. So originally I was looking for somewhere to rent towards *************. I came across a listing in ****** and inquired. I was told from the very beginning there was an availability at the ************* location. Only to find out after I had already paid the $1,000 deposit ad $150 application fee that there was in fact NOT an availability in *************. I was told there would be one ready in "a week or two". Fast forward a month later almost, in mid April, I received a call that something was available in *************. By this time I was in the middle of signing a lease somewhere else. On the afternoon of April 30th I drove an hour from ********** to ********* to sign the paper to be refunded the deposit. They told me 7-15 business days. It is now May 28th and I still have not received my refund. To top that cake, literally every number I have called and person I have reached out to has given me someone else to call who doesn't answer or their voicemail is full so I can't leave messages, I was told to text ******. No response. This is the most infuriating and frustrating thing I have ever dealt with from a so called company. As I type this I've been on hold with the Florida (947) number for 25 minutes. I'm a single parent, every dime I have matters to me. I just want my money back.

    Maintenance issues not fixed in a timely manner. A/C unit not working right for 5 days and they can not tell me when they will be here to fix it. Extremely hard to get a hold of the management. Will not share owner information. I pay in my rent to have lawn services done and it is never done. I have had to pay to have my lawn down the last 2 times and when ask when they will come, they always say they don't know. I am being charged for a service that is not being done. My home flooded from a broken shut off valve and it took 15 minutes to get ahold of the company. Had to have city shut my water off. Maintenance left the mess for me to clean up.

    The company gave us a trailer with mold all over it. More than half of my outlets dont work from move in. A/c compressor broken someone tried stealing it so Im without a/c nothing has been fixed other then 1 spot of mold painted over. Trailer also says it comes with a fresh water connection outside and it doesnt it got covered up and not installed. So many problems I will be looking into attorneys for the health issues.

    In June of this year, I visited a model home for viewing and completed an application with a fee of 150 dollars. ****** told me that a home would be open in ***** Pines (the Hoke County location) in a few days. He reached out to me soon after informing me a home was in fact ready to be moved in. I paid a deposit for the first month's rent (975) and was scheduled for a lease on the 19th of July. Me and my partner were very excited to hear this news since it would be our first place together. We asked for pictures and videos of the home and never received them. On the 19th we went to the ********* Office and signed the lease and were given the keys to the home. When we arrived at the home there was trash and a chair in the yard and the fence was leaning on the trees. The key we were given didn't work to the home. We noticed a mountain of issues and let them know. Such as the home was not cleaned, the water was brown, the toilets and showers didn't work, various water damage to the ceiling, what appeared to be mold, various leaks, the water was always hot, weak steps, and more. After getting the water turned on we discovered there was no hot water heater in the home the next day they did come to install one and said they would be working to fix the issues in the home. It is now November and we still don't have functioning plumbing, don't have a working key to the front door, electrical issues, and a hole in the roof. They told us in October that the home was unlivable and we would have to be moved. They were offering to move me to another home in the park without me seeing the home and were pressuring me to sign a lease first. Instead of a relator meeting me at the home, I had to personally go get the keys and view the home, the door was kicked in, the roof was caved in and it appeared someone had been squatting in the home. I alerted them of the conditions of the house and they said it was no more they could do and my only option was to terminate my lease.

    This complaint on behalf of my daughter. Complaint is based upon current living conditions and overall experience with ****************** located in *********, ** Property is ****************************, *******, **. From the very beginning my daughter was made to believe (by *******) that the current mobile home was up to par and ready to be occupied. This was false, Upon her signing the lease and paying a deposit the current home had NO HOT WATER HEATER. Once was obtained maintenance didn't stay to ensure it was operating correctly! This lead to water streaming ALL night and seeping under the stove in the kitchen! There was a big gap between the stove and refrigerator (which could have led to rodents or other creatures getting into the home! The home was not cleaned as it should be! It definitely wasn't ready for someone to live in!! Weeks without running water, not being able to take showers, utilize the toilets! Once the plumbing was fixed toilets still were not usable! The front door was to small, which left a gap at the top and on the side of the door!! Once again, safety issue!! Prior property manager of ***** Pines has stated this particular home was to be condemned and torn down 5 yrs ago!!!! This is the second person who has stated this home should be condemned! several emails sent and phone calls and there has been no satisfactory resolution to meet her needs!! They have brand new trailers sitting at the back of the ***** Pines property, but has stated that there is no date when they will be ready! Solutions provided are moving to other locations which would an inconvenience to my daughter and put further strain on her (distance is more than 40 mins one way)!! The other solution is another home the park, but it is unlivable!! It is trashed, roof is caved in and badly damaged!! Several attempts were made for her to sign a new lease sight UNSEEN for a home that is unlivable! There is video of the conditions of the proposed home!!

    I have a major issue you guys are TERRIBLE with maintenance and upkeeps of the property. I've been asking for a whole YEAR for someone to please come and take care of our lawn it is becoming a hazard at the point. We have a tree that almost fell on our house and we can't even use the back door because the tree is blocking it. We have trees and other plants with thorns growing in our yard the size of a full grown adult. My AUTISTIC daughter keeps hurting herself whenever she goes outside into the yard and at this point I can't even let her go outside because it is so bad. The last time I've called about this someone told me they were going to find out the date of when the lawn keepers would be coming and then I was hung up on and they never called back. You guys have been doing this for a whole year but demand rent be paid when we can barely get things fixed around the house...

    On June 29th, we had a really bad storm, a tree fell and totaled the trailer we were staying in. They had trailers for us so we got one. It looked rough but we rented with them. I paid for the remainder of the month and they locked my account. I signed a release with them on July 1 and they said it was ready for us to move in. The back sealing leaks, the master bedroom sealing leaks whenever it rains and my water bill was $195 and I have no water at this moment. They don&#**;t want to work with me at all. I called the maintenance guy on Saturday and I never heard anything back from him. Anytime I call the office, they find out who I am and never call me back. I would like my trailer to be repaired

    I moved in 6/20/2023 today is a 8/22/2023 I have six kids and Since day one all the septic pipes have been stopped up and will not drain at all its unlivable; we cant wash there, cook there, use the bathrooms or anything. Ive called several times and they just keep telling me someones on the schedule to fix it, 2 months is plenty of time to have fixed it, now when I call I cant even get an answer
