I'm a driver for Trident logistics llc and we were connected by Mr ***** from haul away to pick up a boat from ****************************** to Edgewater Florida For ****** ******* (owner) on July 7 2024 and it was delivered the 9th we sent pictures and a bill of lending signed by the owner after that haul away didn't return our calls several weeks and I had to go in person to the address they had listed and to my surprise it didn't exist and in that building nobody knew that company. Hired ************ to haul my RV from **** to ********** Paid $395 deposit via ************* called, said they were sending a driver... driver called and said he couldn't make it Contacted the company and they said they would find.another *********** driver never showed It became more and more difficult to reach the company for answers.... Had to have our RV moved by 5pm.on the scheduled day.Did not happen Had to pay a tow company $400 to remove our RV from.the *********** word ******** company Contacted them on Monday and they said they were having issues locating a driver for.our transport.I decided at that ******* cancel the transport with them as they just weren't following through.I requested a refund of my deposit. This customer wrote multiple reviews over the same issue. We clearly advised this customer that NO refund will be issued.
They want to write multiple reviews through multiple friends and family members to write the same review over and over.

I am rejecting this response because:I have a text from ***** stating he would contact bookkeeping for my deposit refund.
I have only written 1 review on YELP and that was just 2 days ago...
And no other people ha e written on my behalf.
I was never told I would not be refunded. I also spoke with ***** who said he ************* the proper department for me.
Neither followed through.
They owe me my refund and I will continue this fight with them until I am refunded.
They are in breach of contract and I have not been ******* contact them.
I have left.many messages both text and voice and they won't respond.
************ is a scam company.

I gave this company a $690 deposit to relocate 2 of my vehicles. Once they received my deposit, they never got in touch with me to communicate who would be picking up my vehicles and at what time. I tried reaching out to them for two weeks and was always sent to voicemail. When I was finally able to talk to someone they told me that, a transport truck would be there to pick up one of my vehicles on a certain date at a certain time at the location we agreed on. I waited there for hours and no one ever showed up. I never heard from them again.Business Response

On July 25, 2024 we paid Haul Away $2,895 to haul a boat from ************, to **. Before leaving the ****** the boat trailer was inspected and deemed safe to travel the distance. The driver picked up the boat and drove approximately 126 miles out of the ***** mile journey and refused to travel any further. His reasoning at the time was that the trailer hubs, which had been replaced not even 6 months prior needed replaced. Due to timing and poor communication from this company we were forced to send another driver from ** to ** to pick the boat up and bring it back to **. Upon contacting ***** for a refund, he became very rude and combative. I have tried for several weeks to get any information on regards to a refund but the company and ***** are no longer taking my phone calls or returning emails.Ultimately, a service was paid for and this company did not complete the said service and refuses to return any amount of our payment.Initial Complaint

On June 5th I called to get my 2015 ***** 780 transported, ***************** was my POC. June 8th, we confirmed a Saturday delivery which is June 10th. I signed the documents *** sent and paid $795.00 deposit down with the understanding that the truck was dispatched to a driver. June 10th come I emailed the company, call and text no answer or response. Finally, a call back we rescheduled for June 12th. The driver comes to pick up the truck but did not complete the task because the truck was too tall. Once I got this info I called and text *** asking to be refunded since the transaction did not take place. No response. The tracking number was ********. We were contracted by Haul Away Logistics to transport for them from ******, ** to *******, ** order# ******** for $1615.00. We completed the load, submitted the paperwork, and received payment via e-check on 1/20/23. I received a letter from my bank on 1/26/23 stating that the check had not cleared. I was charged an additional $ **** fee for the returned check. I have reached out to the company multiple times, and resubmitted paperwork multiple times. I was told on many occasions I would be receiving my payment shortly but have still not received any payment.Business Response

If we need to respond any more that has to do with this sub contractor.
We will be sending a bill to this sub contractor for $150 a hr three hr minimum.

I was seeking out transportation for my mobile veterinary truck from ***** to ********. I contacted several companies but Haul Away Auto Transport contacted me most persistently. They told me they would be able to transport it on September 17th for $4500. I signed a contract in which i would pay this company ****, then the rest to the driver upon delivery. Two weeks later the truck hadnt been picked up, I called several times and **** would answer but he wouldnt provide any resolution. I finally asked for a refund. I asked several times. I found someone else to drive the truck out to me and the day prior to them leaving they told me the truck was picked up. After I asked for a refund. Then upon delivery, the driver asked for ****. I called them several times and i have it confirmed with a photo that they intentionally declined by calls. No where in my contract was this confirmed. I want a full refund. This complaint is completely false. Nobody at Haul Away stole any money from this customer.
The first driver we sent out to pickup location could not fit the mobile nursing station on his trailer. Customer gave us the wrong specs. This did delay the delivery. We had to dispatch a different truck. Which took a few day to route a different truck to pickup location.
We received the correct specifications from our first driver when he was a at pickup location.
We then dispatched a different truck to pickup location. We loaded mobile nursing station with no issues.

I have an invoice receipt from this company where they said they would move my boat within 5-7 days for $1495.00 . On 9/9/22 I paid them $695.00 dollars down. They have yet to move my boat. The driver keeps saying he will be there tomorrow and I am scheduling a crane and telling the ****** he will come and every day he doesnt show up. This customer hired us to move her father's travel trailer and we immediately found her a reputable driver and dispatched the order for their trailer to be moved within the pickup window they wanted. We even did a 3 way phone call with the broker, her and her father verifying and answering any and all questions they had with ease. They made the initial payment locking in our driver and making all the necessary arrangements. A few days later we got a call from the young lady saying that her husband or father in law had hired another company to do the job as well and that she didn't know what to do. She said to hold off for now until she figured it out. We then cancelled our pickup date and schedule another route for another customer. More than a week passed by and we tried to reach her with no success. Our driver even showed screenshots of him texting her and she never replied. Then out of nowhere she reached out to us and said she was waiting on us to pickup. When we looked in the load board she was double booked with another broker and when we approached her with this her exact response was " she can do what she wants. So what if she she hired two companies what's the big deal?". After this statement was made we had no choice but to cancel but we did our job and even more than that spent countless hours working for her and she doesn't respect our time or work ethic. We have crossed reference her phone#, name and email. We have NO RECORD of this person.
Please forward all credit card receipts and/or documents of the charge? Date and about of transaction?
We can then do some research on are end to find transaction.
We have told this lady multiple times. She just calls and yells at our staff.
Claim we did a charge on some vanilla sky credit card.
