    JUST BECAUSE YOUR RATE IS CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN WE GET HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! WHAT IS THIS MESS IN MY BED?! THE SLEEPING SECURITY GAURD WAS RUDE, HAD NERVE TO SAY "THERE'S NO ROOMS AVAILABLE BUT WE COULD GET SHEETS CHANGED AS A COURTESY." A COURTESY?????? GAVE ME MORE ATTITUDE AFTER COMMENTING ON THE NONCHALANT "COURTESY" COMMENT. HE THEN SAYS "IT'S NOT HIS FAULT." LEAVES ME AT FRONT DESK OVER 10 MINS, SO I GO BACK TO ROOM AND CALL FRONT DESK # AGAIN. HE SAYS, "THE SHEETS ARE AT FRONT DESK, I HAVE TO CHANGE THEM." I SAY, I'M NOT CHANGING THESE SHEETS. I HANG UP & CALLED THE MANAGER And ******, TYPE FLIGHT SECURITY ANSWERS. TELLS ME TO CALL BACK FOR YOU DURING BUSINESS HOURS! THEN HANGS UP ON ME! I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU DON'T HAVE STAFF/HOUSEKEEPING OVERNIGHT FOR ALL THESE ROOMS THAT ARE OCCUPIED, AS STATED BY SECURITY. AFTER ALL THIS, AND NOT GETTING ANYWHERE, I DECIDE TO CALL THE POLICE. NOW THEY WERE ALSO DISGUSTED BY THE SHEETS AND ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT PERIOD. THEY ****** ME OUT, SINCE YOUR SECURITY GAURD ASKED FOR ME TO LEAVE. WE DON'T THINK YOUR EMPLOYEE HANDLE THIS SITUATION PROPERLY. I LEFT QUICKLY DUE TO HIM TAUNTING ME. I AM HAPPY THAT I DID CALL THEM BECAUSE I WAS SEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT WHEN ALL I REQUESTED WAS FOR MY SHEETS TO BE CHANGED TO CLEAN ONES.
