    I am reopening a case that was already filed and closed because they told me if I closed it with you they would fix the problem - I closed it and here I am a number of weeks later and they did nothing - I am worse off now!

    Michael Johnson Screen and Supply Company (as known to me and herenin referred to as "MJSC") installed windows to enclose my balcony. MJSC damaged my property upon instlallation, did not complete the job and now refuse my phone calls and all correspondence. The windows were purchased before the the Covid 19 pandemic but installation was delayed due to their "shipping issues". Defective windows were delivered. It has been approximately (2) years. MJSC has failed to complete the project. MJSC has broken their written contract. MJSC continues to currently withhold materials for final completion. All materials were paid in full. The materials were delivered and then taken back by MJSC. I am unable to cancel any of my payment of approximately $11,500 because it was paid (2) years ago. MJSC wanted correspondence via text messages for "faster service". They have failed to complete the project which will not allow me to put my condominium on the market for sale. MJSC has a history of the same in the past. I have asked them to provide currently insurance information-Refused and now zero communication.

    We have resolved the issue and come to an agreement on the complaint. We have already gone to the customer's property on 10/19/22 to her satisfaction and will going back again soon to finish the job. We tried to submit this before but the response link wasn't working.

    I entered into a contract with Johnson Screen Supply on Jan. 11, 2021 for impact windows on my **************** As of today they are not been completed and are not leaking. I have contacted them at least over 20 times about this situation. They have failed inspection from the state twice & I need action now. The latest straw is the flooding on the patio from the leaky windows. Please help. Thank you *********************************** ************

    We have already made contact with the customer regarding the issues at hand. We previously told the customer that the only reason we hadn't set up her inspection was because we owe her a screen that we haven't received material for yet. The ************* inspectors most of the time will fail it on the spot if any screens are missing. Customer wanted inspection either way so she is set up for tomorrow 6/20/2022. We will bring the screen out to her ASAP.
