In April 2023 I was the victim of deceptive practices from this company. I was promised that the EMS Sculpture and other treatments would help with everything from my E.D. to reducing my belly fat. What I got was a bill for $13,950! I had 4 treatments from two different machines and one facial treatment on a new device. When I suggested that I could not afford these treatments I was told that Care Credit had already approved me and they would offer my interest-free payments for up to a year. I never talked with Care Credit but was asked to sign an application that a Natura staff member filled out for me. I was never allowed to see a breakdown of the charges I was signing up for and the treatments were started on the same day. I was promised the treatments would work and they haven't. I am now stuck with a bill balance of $10,000 that I cannot afford to pay. I feel that Natura Dermatology took advantage of my age(79) and acted as an agent for Care Credit. I have looked into the history of Care Credit and they were successfully sued for similar practices in 2013 and fined 34 million dollars. ***** * ********* Fort Lauderdale

Jacob Bonilla said he is the owner of your company and refused to give me his email. I was charged for a no show fee 3 times and I only missed one due to an emergency trip to Europe. I will be reaching out to your real company owners, I will report your company to the BBB with a detailed review that will rank first on Google, file a police report for theft (since Jacob threatened collections), and I will also file a fraud claim since my wife is an attorney. Whatever the issue was with Zocdoc or whatever happened, the way you speak to clients is beyond unacceptable and now you will have to spend time dealing with these issues because of Jacob (the owner of your company).
