    On March 20 and 21, 2023, Elite Sprinkler System installed new sprinkler systems at our duplex rental property at **********************************************************************. They were initially engaged to assess problems with the existing systems and recommended replacement, providing an estimate of $2600 for both duplex properties. We had a problem a few months later that we believed they resolved.As a result of high water bills I contacted the tenant at the 492 duplex on February 25 and she informed me that the sprinklers had been going off twice daily, at 3:30 am and 3:30 pm, causing water wastage. I left a message on the Elite Sprinkler voicemail to ask them to reset the sprinklers and expected a response. A few days later I left a second voicemail and still no response. Meanwhile I asked our gardener to see if he could reset the sprinkler and he replied that the zones were incorrectly delineated and he couldn't reset them. He turned off the sprinklers to prevent water wastage. I left a third message with Elite sprinklers, saying that the problem might just be a matter of someone who understood the system resetting. I also pointed out that they were ignoring my calls and said I would file a complaint if I didn't hear back. No response. My last voicemail was on Thursday, March 14, saying that if they did not respond by Friday, March 15, I would file a complaint. Still no response.I do not understand why they would not at least send someone out to assess the situation. My initial two messages were routine requests for service. I paid them $2600 on their recommendation to fix problems with an existing system and have worse problems with the system they installed. Someone who understands the system and it's settings needs to assess what the problem is. Elite Sprinkler Services is not providing services to professional standards. I would like them to send someone out to fix or identify the problem as requested so I know what needs to be addressed.

    All repairs was completed and the system worked perfectly. I have no Controll over who access the system. I was call to address an issue a few months after the work was completed and I communicated with the owner and she was happy with the results. Im a professional I would like to be treated with same level respect I give if there is an issue my company and I will be willing to have it resolved in a timely manner.

    Good afternoon I did have conversation with ********************** agreed to  stop by the residence and I did address all concerns even replaced 2 ************ at no additional cost. Immediately after I did notify ************ and at the end of the conversation we both agreed whenever she is at the residence she will call and I will give her a tutorial on how to operate both controllers.
