    I used this website to print a passport application and was charged $89 for it on 5/20/24. I later researched online and found out that the passport application is free to print. This company charges you for something that is available for free. I then had to pay for the passport photo/service fee/application fee locally. This company is deceptive in their business practices. I would like my money refunded if at all possible. Thank you!

    I thought I was buying a passport application on feb 9 2024. I didn't realize all I did was pay 65 for them to fill in an application in typed form what I could have filled out in pen at the post office. I was also given a prepaid envelope but when I investigated, I needed a bunch of more forms that took me over a month to arrange before mailing and then the label was no longer valid. The service was misrepresented and completely unnecessary. It did not help me get my application in and only hindered the time line needed to get my passport. I asked for a refund and they refused. Please shut them down.

    Their website is misleading.I thought I was paying $65 to renew my passport but instead for $65 they took my personal information and sent me to the government website where I have to pay $130 to actually send in my application for renewal.

    On December 19th 2023 I did a passport application on their site not realizing it wasn't an official government process. They now have sensitive personal information that I ABOSOLUTELY do NOT want them to have. In addition, I received a sketchy phone call just 15 minutes after that from them sounded like they were digging for more info. Completely misrepresenting themselves and harvesting data.

    On October 18 I used easy-apply.us to complete passport applications for myself and my children. I used the site again on October 24. I am embarassed that I fell victim to this scam, as I was charged $65 for each free passport application I completed. The company called to verify information on the forms and now has access to my family's personal information.

    On Thursday, September 28th (or possibly the 27th), I filled out documents to renew my report. I was under the impression that this would pay for the renewal. Of course, that is not true. It only pays for the form, which can be procured free of charge at any US ************ I'd like to have my $65 refunded. What REALLY bothers me is that this company now has my personal information on their database. THAT is not a good thing. Is it possible to remedy this?

    Someone from easy-Apply ** tried to use my bank number on 8/16/20023 for over$300.00 in *******, *******. Im in *********, *****. very late on 8/16/20023 I tried to get my social security card replaced and had to cancel the order because I dont have a printer. Then today the bank called to let me know someone tried to charge over$300.00 with my bank card. They are the only company that Ive ever charged with that use Apple charge.They did takeoff the ***** . I know I should have known better when it was that much but I needed to get the card. I just dont want this to happen to some other 76 old lady.

    Our website states in 3 sections of the home page: top, midsection, and footer, the fact that we are not affiliated with the ******************************* Not as the customer stated that we state that information afterwards. 
    In no way do we try to impersonate any government agency. We do not hide our phone number, our location, or the fact that we are not affiliated with the social security administration.  
     The top section states: "Not Affiliated with the **** 
     The mid-section states: "While the ****************************** allows you to request a social security card at no cost, easy-apply is a paid service with the objective of simplifying the process, eliminating guesswork, and providing detailed instructions about how to fill out and where to mail government forms. Easy-Apply is not affiliated with nor endorsed by the **** (this in bold letters). 
    Our footer states: "It is possible to obtain an SS-5 form at no cost at ssa.gov. " 
    Also, the checkbox for the customer to acknowledge the terms and conditions before placing the order also states: "I also understand that the ****************************** supplies blank forms and instructions for new and replacement cards free of charge. Nevertheless, I wish to use easy-apply' services with personalized instructions to fill out the SS-5 form alongside all additional services provided herein."  Which the customer has to check **** that they agree before moving on to the next page. 
    Many people find it difficult to find instructions and to fill out government forms, thus seek the help of assistants like ours. We provide an intuitive and personalized questionnaire that adapts itself to the customer. The e-package is immediately delivered to the e-mail provided on the order. Plus, we search the address of the local social security office to where the customer needs to send out ************************.     We looked at the order and only 1 order was placed. Two other orders failed to process. We see that your order was already cancelled same day. Please allow 2-3 business days for the fund to be returned to the same form of payment used.

    On 6/21/2023 I completed the online application to renew my passport. It wasn't until i finished and paid $65 that it became apparent I was scammed. I had been mislead to believe this was with the US government. The form included all of my details that will allow for identity theft including my Social security, parent's full names, birthdays, cities of birth, etc. I'm absolutely terrified now of their ability to perpetrate fraud against me. I have contacted my bank about the $65 however the bigger concern is that they are getting away with this deception and compiling a database of details from people like me who were duped by this. I'm very frustrated and fearful. I need to confirm that they have deleted my data though I'm not sure how I can trust that they will. Meanwhile in the end I didn't download the application as I don't want to be on record for that as I realized I was scammed before printing. Other complaints/reviews on this BBB site show others who were also scammed and when trying to download anything were sent on a runaround of not being able to do so.

    Went to apply for passport renewal online. Easy-apply misrepresented themselves as a government agency and charged a fee of $65 to fill out the form and file the renewal online. Once you are on their website there is no mention or clarification that they are an organization separate from the U.S. Government. They do not respond to attempts at contact to try and resolve this issue. Easy-apply is a company that is marginally legit and maximally deceptive. I hope you get enough complaints to either shut them down or make them clarify their position.

    We do not hide our information and customers can easily get in touch via phone or email with one of our friendly and helpful staff.

    I am rejecting this response because you misrepresent yourself as an official government website. If I type in a search term for "Renew **** Passport, your website is one of the first three presented. When I click on the link a copy of the U.S. Passport renewal form pops up on the screen. It is very misleading.
