    I spoke with a **** ********** yesterday. I was having a hard time getting my agi. He ended up doing my taxes, never telling me it would cost $812.00. When I asked him why my federal return amount was way off he told me it was because of my agi. He never explained to me when I asked about the account number and routing number to the checking account that my checks would be deposited into we're not mine, he didn't really answer. When I tried to call and ask for a manager, he told me there wasn't one there. This is such a scam!

    This client has been filing her taxes with our company for the past four years please see her attached tax forms. She received  a little less this year due to her financial situation, then she called and complained about the fee. Since she has been ******** client for the past 3 years we gave a full refund, although she has always known our fees and has ever had an issue in the past. She asked for a check to be sent to her. We sent her a check & apparently she doe not have a bank account & she is in bad standing with her local check cashing store so they are holding the check for it to clear (due to her history). Client is upset because she wants to be 
    Cash App" or zelle which we do not do for refunds. We have done everything in our power to remedy the situation.

    The lady I talked to was named Natalia. She was AWESOME. when I googled for the agi # this website pulled up. She helped me thru all my taxes and even went out of her way to double check and make sure they where correct.it took 55 minutes to do it but it was very professional and you could tell she was trying to be fair rather then just saying "hey what's you numbers and filing. I am super pleased so far with this. Thank you so much Natalia

    This company was not up front with me. They did not answer th questions I asked. They filed my taxes as a business tax even though I repeatedly told them I didn't have a business l'm sure this for them to receive a higher fee. Is this not tax fraud

    I looked up this customer and she or he is NOT in our database. They must have the wrong company, as we always answer our customer questions or concerns and we have a large team of customer service agents, also we do not file anything that is not given to us by our customers. We ask for proof of income and our calls are recorded.

    This company committed tax fraud. They inflated my refund by saying I owned a business. I did not tell them that I owned a business. They told me they were paid for by a third-party and that my tax preparation would be free for me. Now I owe the *** $1370! I just finished paying H&R Block to file an amendment. It was a very expensive ******* I hope no one else ever has put through this, so I am pursuing legal action. This company should not be in business. Stay away from USATax Help! They are scammers!
