    Hello, I went in to Hand and Stone in December and was going to renew after paying my final payments two months prior with THEIR contract. However, I was not disclosed that I'd be charged a re-enrollment fee and the front desk told me I can have an every other month charge. Once I spoke to corporate later that day, they told me that there is a fee and what I was told is only a temporary case for six months. Again, no one told me that. I went back and forth all day with them on the phone and just asked that I'm refunded and to forget the whole thing. I NEVER signed a contract again with them. However, I had remaining credits to use from the couple months prior. I went in to their studio in late December and used up ALL my credits and gift cards. I walked out of there stating and confirming that I have NO other obligation to them and they confirmed. I was charged on January 11 for $79.95 and I called to get a refund to explain the situation. I was told they would handle it. After waiting a few days, I saw no refund and called again. They told me this had to go to corporate. I then said fine (as this is what happened the first time) and I have not heard back from corporate in two days. This also took almost two weeks the first time I tried to cancel with them in the early fall, but if someone wants to renew they call the same day. Funny how that works. I have also emailed corporate with no response. At this point, shame on me for even considering to renew, however, I want my refund and for others to know how poorly they handle the customer experience.
