In the Timeshare industry you do not know who to trust and if you are like me I felt uncomfortable with most companies that I talked to. I called multiple companies about getting my parents out of the 4 timeshares that they had and in each case it seemed like it was a high pressure sales with the demand of a large sum of money to take the case . They all pressured me by telling me that I had 3 to 5 days to hire them or the opportunity would be lost. I felt uncomfortable with most that I talked to so I kept looking and randomly called David at Ross, Lynn and Associates. I found David to be informative and honest about the situation in a non pressuring way. He provided me with his information and the attorneys information that he planned on partnering me up with allowing me ample time to do my due diligence without the pressure until I felt comfortable with his firm. Ultimately we were successful in getting all of the timeshares taken care of at what I thought was a reasonable price. We highly recommend David! Summer of 2022, we were tricked into a timeshare from a company that we least expected to sell us one. We were away in Florida and by the time we were back in NY to read the contract well, it was a week past the cancellation deadline. We were distraught and immediately looked for help. We saw the informational videos by AFS and we took a chance to call. By that point it was very difficult to trust anyone, but we're so happy to have taken that chance! I would recommend David B. and his associates to anyone trying to quit a timeshare. He was very professional and knowledgeable about timeshares and very patient with me. He answered any questions that I had and was always reassuring. I had my timeshare for 25 years and had never used it. I was scammed twice while trying to sell it. My friend shared her sad saga of timeshare ownership with me. Shed owned it for over 5 years and never even visited once. Burdened by the monthly payments and maintenance she started taking out credit card debt to stay afloat (encouraged by the timeshare agents).I searched on-line for week looking for a way to help her. Eventually I came across AFS. At first I was skeptical because I had read about so many horror stories of exit companies scamming owners all over again. But Im here to say that AFS and Mr. ********************* are the real deal. We spoke to ************** for an hour. He first asked questions and listened to my friends experience. He then explained how timeshares really operate and what the agents hide from buyers with their high pressure sales. For instance- that you dont actually end up owning any property! You are essentially buying into a life long membership. Also that the maintenance fees continue to go up every year for life. And last but not least, time shares are not an investment that you can freely sell in the open market. After explaining the various options he believed my friend had, she decided to contact the timeshare company directly in an effort to cancel her contract on her own. This is absolutely the 1st person who told me the truth about timeshares. My consultant was David. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He told me what it was worth (i was shocked), i thought a time share would appreciate over time. It doesn't because it is not any percent share of property, its a membership (again, i was shocked); He told me the annual fee would be a burden to my son, it is a perpetual contract, (again I was shocked). And he told me a lot more - all this info is verifiable in the contract we signed, but never read. The sales person who walked us through the process was very skilled to make us believe 1 thing, when the exact opposite true and baked into the contract. David will not ask you for money, he will tell you the truth, I spent an hour on the phone with him, and it was time well spent. I will read that contract now....I should have read it a long time ago! Highly recommend you speak to this company should you want to exit the Timeshare Contract. ******* *

I had some questions for an associate at Advocate Financial Services Corp. as to my options on my timeshare. The associate answered my questions truthfully and even contacted a timeshare lawyer which he didnt have to do. After more discussions it was determined I didnt need to invest in a lawyer at all. This associate went above and beyond to answer all my concerns. I would recommend this agency to anyone that has timeshare questions and they will be able to get you a solution that works best for you.
