I called AAA because I needed a battery replacement. They sent ******* from Affordable ********************************************** During the service ******* pulled the driver's side door handle off. Now the door cannot be opened. He told us to follow up with his manager, *******.I am 80 years old, so my son helped me to follow up. After multiple phone calls, Affordable ********************************************* said they would not pay to fix or perform the repair of my door handle. Given my multiple medical problems and age, I cannot open the door, climb across the seat from the passenger's side, or even slide over to the driver's side seat. I have no way of opening the door or driving my car.Can you please help me get the door handle repaired by Affordable Battery $ Towing?

    To who it may concern,

We were dispatched by AAA to test a battery for the member. As we were working on the car we opened the driver door and the handle broke. We opened the door as the manufacture designed it to be opened. The handle was defective and the mounts that hold it onto the car broke. The door handle was going to break no matter who opened it at that time. There is nothing that we did to cause the handle to break if it wasn't defective it would not have broke. We will be happy to purchase and install a new handle for the member but they are going to have to pay for the service.

    Sincerely,

    Affordable Battery
