1 starTotal rip off! Avoid this company like the plague. I purchased a package in 2019 but when COVID struck no one could travel. I was told they would extend my package until we could travel again but that was a lie. When I tried to make travel plans they told me my package was expired. 5 starsTotally a scam, I wish I would've have listened to my son when he told me he had a friend that was also scammed. I received a phone call saying that I had won a trip and I ended up having to purchase a package planned on 12/21/20. I called to make a reservation and I was told that my package plan had expired and that I could renew my package plan for a couple of hundreds of dollars and that they would also add several more trips of my choice. So, I did. I spoke to someone by the name of (*******************************) who also gave me an account and reservation number. By the time I was ready to plan a trip there was no way to reach them. All I've been receiving is a busy line.Review fromJames G

1 starTotal Rip Off...and EXTREMELY RUDE manager name *****. My husband and I purchased the cruise package in 2019. When we originally tried to book a cruise we couldn't get in touch with anyone, we sent emails and all we got was an auto response that the offices were closed. Once we did make contact via phone, Covid hit and we were told that they were extending the packages through **** so we had plenty of time to book. Today I called wanted to book our reservation, however the 1st # I dialed said the # I reached was no longer in service. So I looked the company up online and ****** and before I could even relay why I was calling the rep ****** as I'm now aware) was RUDE, she said our # hasn't changes it's always been the same she continuously cut me off every time I tried to speak. Finally when she did she asked me for my reservation # and once obtained she told me I could no longer extend my vacation. I told her she was rude and she informed me that she was the manager and that no one else could help me, as I got out of my car my Bluetooth disconnected and the call was dropped. When I called back another rep answered I explained why I was calling and I could tell she was conversing with someone else. After a few min. She asked me to hold and when she came back she said my reservation package was expired & that the rep I spoke with earlier had informed me of that. I was like what? She proceeds to transfer me back to ***** and then I was told that the original company was no longer in business and the current owners are not going to extend or refund my money and if I wanted to write them I can do so, because she has been instructed by them to not extend or refund and she's the manager that would be the one with the power to do so. Long story short, I was never contacted by anyone of any changes, which should have happened and as a consumer I shouldn't have been spoken to in that manner. 1 starZero stars!I strongly recommend that no one deal with this organization.They breached our contract with them twice.We booked a vacation with Grand ********* Cruise that included:1. Four days and three nights resort accommodations in Sunkist, ***************, *******;2. Four days and three nights resort accommodations in magical *******, *******;3. Three days and two nights at a beachfront resort on Grand ******* island.We paid over $1150.Grand *********, canceled all of our time on the ****** island and said they would give us one night at *************** to make up for it.And Grand ********* changed our hotel accommodations to lower rated hotels.They refused to refund any money for the reduction in the benefits of the package.They offered one additional night at one of the lower rated hotels as full compensation.They will not provide any of the benefits or accommodations they promise.Again, beware of this organization and do not waste your time and money.Review fromRon S.

1 starI paid 1196$ for a package out of fort laurderdale my hotel is in ******* which I cant use either supposed to be a married couple for the hotel stay I was never told that the lady at costumer service is so rude *** asked to talk to her boss says shes the boss I just wanted things right. I would not recommend anyone to ever use this company unless you want to give them your money unless you have money to give away. ***** will not book the cruise they say my hotel stay must be in fort laurderdale to attend a presentation and according to costumer service my stay is either ******* or fort laurderdale it only says ******* she lies to me I asked about a refund said they dont give refunds all Im saying is keep your money they are crookedReview fromPhil H

1 starThis company is the biggest scam I have ever seen! They are rude and completely gaslight customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They will give you a number of false promises and never go through with them. I have spoken to their customer service rep several times and Im pretty sure she is the only one they have because its the same woman every time you call in. She doesnt let you speak. She yells at you and tells you why youre wrong before you even get to tell her why youre calling. Anytime you try to open your mouth, she already has answer for you, and laughs while she tells you why anything you say is ridiculous, why would anyone sell you a package with a, b, c promises, thats ridiculous as if shes had this conversation hundreds of times already. To me, it says they know they are being shady. She speaks to people every day that are upset that they wont fulfill any of the packages that they promised and then wont give any refunds. There comes a point where companies know they are clearly in the wrong and are just going to do whatever they can to keep from giving any money back. This company has chosen to gaslight its customers behind the wall of an incredibly rude, and unhappy customer service representative. I will not speak with them again. They will be hearing from my lawyer. There is absolutely no trying to reason with them. They will be out of business soon and the world will be a better place for it.Review fromCynthia H

1 starVERY BAD customer service on 09/26/2022 4:45pm! I never booked with this Company !!! I was gifted a mini 3 day 2 night cruise. Be aware of "*****" who DO NOT have any professional manners to speak with customers or answer questions in calm manners including but not limited to yelling into the receiver it seemed. She never allowed me to speak finish explaining the reason for my call or I would be interrupted during the call. It felt like she was reprimanding me as if I was HER child, very demeaning. I've never had such horrible experience like this with any customer service representative. I even asked her "Why was she yelling?" which null and void because she have got offended and became even more disrespectful. I was so irritated, I hung up on her. Took a moment to calm down and called back to speak with a different representative. Not recognizing her voice, I felt comfortable explaining the reason for my call, mentioning my previous bad experience. Once I'd finish, condescendingly, she announced that I was speaking with the same person I'd originally hung up on which really gave her ammunition give me the same treatment. I allowed her rant about what she'd previously 'tried' to tell me. Without acknowledging or commenting, I hung up. Furious!!!Review fromKAYLA D

1 starTotal Scam... do not trust this company They said I got a free 3 day 2 night cruise and when we went to the welcome center the voucher said 2 night cruise stay and 0 guest. I spotted this and told the lady and she said it shouldn't be a big deal and wrote a 2 over it. We called the cruise line for a package that night and were told that it was reserved but not paid for. So we ended up paying it all out of pocket. Not just that, but I also paid for 2 night stay on *********** for $1200 and they cancelled it bc of COVID and put us in a crappy hotel in *************** instead. Finally, we were scheduled to stay in *************** the last 2 nights and after finishing some things with one of the reps, **************************she stated that that would have to be changed to ******* despite the 3 hr drive we would have to take to *************** to catch our flight. Doesn't really make sense after 2 other reps said that staying in *************** would be fine. This **** ************************** also took 1 day that I had for my rental car away and was trying to do everything in her power to not book us 2 extra nights in ** for the 2 nights we lost in ***********. 1 starThis company will lie to you to get your money. I was told I had won a cruise with other trips involved. This was before the Pandemic. I first was told that it was good for 18 months, which made it fall during the Pandemic. In December of 2021 the company called me to let me know because of the Pandemic I would be extended until August of 2022. I told the lady that I had had the Covid and was still not feeling well. The woman who called me said that if I wasn't able to take the cruise that I could send a compliance letter to the Attorneys for the company and I would receive a refund. I called the Grand Caribbean Cruises this morning and right off the bat the lady I spoke to was rude and hateful and informed me that the Grand Caribbean ************** does not do refunds. From the Covid I now have Respiratory problems compounded with heart failure, I can't travel even in a car. I am on oxygen 24 hours a day, and have a hard time walking to the bathroom. I gave this company almost $1500 for a package deal that included other trips I can't take. I was lied to from the beginning, talked rude to and now find out they are keeping my money. I am 65 years old, with a truck load of health problems. How do you sleep at night? In reality I wouldn't give this company any stars but have to, to leave a review.
