    I purchased a 2012 gl450 from amp,I paid a deposit and when I went to pick up my vehicle the price had increased,so I didnt want to loose my money, got home the vehicle wasnt running properly so I took it back to be repaired,I was told parts was ordered,I two weeks later vehicle stopped running, so now Im stuck with vehicle still paying for .my name is ****** ******,Im from **********,**,run,run and run

    It's unfortunate that I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I am about 3 hours away from their location. I phoned them (spoke to an individual named *****) about a 2014 *** 428i I saw on autotrader.com. I asked J***f specifically if the car had a clean title, no accidents and no flood damage. He told me clear - clean title, no accidents and no flood damage. I was interested in the vehicle but wouldn't be able to get to them until the next day. J***f advised I needed to leave a $500 deposit, I was unsure about that amount since I haven't even seen the vehicle in person. I agreed to leave a lower deposit amount. A few hours after I transferred the deposit to them I requested the vehicle history report. It came to a complete surprise to me that the report indicated this vehicle had a flood salvage title. I was obviously confused and upset. I phoned them back and asked for my deposit returned since I was given false information. I've called, left several voice messages and even sent a few emails in the last two weeks. NO REPONSE FROM ANYONE FROM THE DEALERSHIP!!! Very bad business I tell you.

    I purchase a vehicle from AMP Collections. They had me fill out all the paperwork and come leaving the lot engine light came on they had myself and family there for 10 hour blowing smoke up my **** about fixing this vehicle. I had to travel 8 1/2 hour home to ********,** *****. Then when I call him out on the vehicle he threw in my face you brought it as is all along they knew the vehicle was damaged. I drove home 600 mile hoping **** vehicle would break down along the way. The manager gave me $300.00 to get the part as he say I needed. Took the to a mechanic it's costing me $1,400.00 to fix the truck F350 2011 6.7L XLT pick up truck. I want thim to know what they did to myself and my family was wrong just to get a sale is terrible we could have been stranded in the middle of no where and a tow home would have cost me a arm and a leg just to get home This happened at their ************* location **********************Lauderdale-17th. If you looking to buy a vehicle they are very dishonest with their customers. Three people came in after my paperwork was signed complaining about their vehicle cussing them out. AMP AUTO COLLECTIONS II IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. RUN FROM THEM!!!

    Horrible misleading and fraudulent business. Bought a car 2 days ago only to discover every issue I addressed when I inspected the vehicle was not corrected. Now I'm ****** is inspecting the vehicle and it appears this vehicle should not be resold under ******* law without the mechanical issues corrected. ****** the salesman responds with rude vulgarity and dismissive about addressing the issues. Want to know under **, law if I need legal action against them.
