DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. Bought a 2020 Lambo H from them. Traveled to ******* to visit the dealership in person, test drove the vehicle, no warning lights on, airbags indicator lights not on, everything fine. 3 weeks later I receive the vehicle in ******, **. Noticed the vehicle its not as quiet as it was when I test drove it. Start noticing the vehicle its missing parts. Parts such as rear glass window, AC covers, left rear fender liner, both front fender liners, wheel bolts and lugs and many other parts.I decide to take it to Lamborghini of ****** and it comes out that the vehicle aside of missing parts, it also has been in an accident. This vehicle was supposed be salvage but someone did a good job hiding everything from ******, canceling the computer airbag warning coding and gluing in the airbags. I reached out to the dealer to let them know whats going on. After a few weeks of consistent calls finally was able to talk to the manager which in a rude manner and using intimidation tactics offered 8k for the repairs when the estimate of the repairs were over 35k. Please avoid all the unnecessary headaches. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. CARRIO MOTORS DO NOT KNOW WHAT HONESTY, INTEGRITY VALUES ARE. THEY ARE IN FOR ONE TRANSACTION AND MAKING MONEY ON THAT ONE TRANSACTION ONLY.I have come across other people that had the same experience as I did. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THEM, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME BY REPLYING OR COMMENTATING TO MY REVIEW.Business Response

This is simply not true, the vehicle was bought and test drove in person with no issues. We came to an agreement and the buyer then just kept asking for more. The buyer saw the vehicle and person and test drive it, this wasnt a sight unseen hidden delivery.Initial Complaint

On August 9th, I bought an Aston ****** DBX from Carrio Motor Cars. During the sale, they guaranteed the vehicle was in impeccable condition. Yet, when I received it, I immediately noticed the door handle and light cover had fallen off, preventing the passenger door from opening. When approached, the sales representative shifted responsibility and advised me to seek repairs at the Aston ****** dealership. I initially didn't press the issue due to the warranty. However, not long after, I found a severe rain leak in the vehicle's roof. Upon contacting Carrio Motor Cars, they not only denied any knowledge of the problem but also treated me dismissively. Their refusal to escalate my concerns to senior management was particularly distressing. Armed with evidence, I took the car to the Aston ****** dealership where they confirmed roof damage, which unfortunately was no longer under warranty. Repairing this will take a week and $550. Moreover, a Carfax check revealed an unreported mileage of ***** miles. In just a month since my purchase, the car has spent half of that time in the repair shop. I seek compensation from Carrio Motor Cars for repair costs, wasted time, and additional expenses, such as using Uber, due to their misleading sale and poor after-sales service.Business Response

We purchased this vehicle from an Aston ****** dealership off their front line. The vehicle had no issues and customer was happy when taking delivery. Seals are wearable and overtime water can seap in or clog the seal up. The sales associate has spoken to customer ever since the issue happened and we have agreed to work with the customer. I am not quite sure why the complaint on BBB.

I am rejecting this response because:They are completely lying. On the second day after receiving the car, I discovered that the handle was damaged. Their service attitude was very bad and they shirked responsibility. I received the car in less than a month and had so many problems, especially the serious problem of water leakage on the roof. Today I received a $1901 repair quote from the Aston ****** dealer. However, Carrio Motor Cars was unresponsive when I reached out. Following my complaint to BBB, they reacted strongly, even hinting at legal action if I contact BBB again. and they said they will only going to pay half the compensation. F. C. The ************************** dealership will prove that this car indeed has serious quality issues, and they have also tried to contact the carrio moto car to explain the specific details of the damage. With such conclusive evidence, I am surprised that their response is so irresponsible. Car vin: *****************.
I now demand that they compensate for all the car repair costs $1990.

Customer had spoken to our sales associate and sales manager numerous times today. The bill was $450 and now $1900. They have been trying to work with customer to make him happy. Customer was extremely happy with the vehicle until there was a leak than began to happen and we arent arguing with customer. We just want him to be happy but also not be extorted. A whole BBB complaint over a Aston ********************* of $1900 for a seal.Customer Answer

Complaint: 20652830
I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, after discovering that the front windshield of the car they sold had been removed and damaged, they refused compensation. They keep saying on the phone that they didn't believe it, even though they called the Aston ****** dealership and received confirmation that the front windshield of the car had been moved and was in a damaged condition. As a used car dealership, they actually said they shouldn't be responsible because they also bought it from someone else, After dozens of phone calls and constant arguments they wanted both parties to bear responsibility together,I refused because it had nothing to do with me. The day after I received the car, I discovered a bunch of problems. The windshield was leaking, but it was just one of them. they only agreed to pay $1,600 out of the $1,910 repair cost. They also sent a contract stating that I would have to agree to a confidentiality clause if I accepted the $1,600 compensation. If I were to discuss this publicly, they threatened to charge me between $100,000 to $250,000. Their terms are unreasonable.
I require them to pay the full amount of the repair bill $1910.
Sincerely,

At 8:12pm on 5/10/2023 I made a deal over the phone with the owner of Carrio Motor Cars ******* to purchase a Lamborghini. At the end of the call he congratulated me, said the car was mine, and said he looked forward to building a long term relationship with me. Per our conversation, immediately after hanging up I texted him my email address and a picture of my drivers license. ***** then created a ******************** text with his dealerships head of sales, finance manager, and myself in which he confirmed the deal terms with his team, shared my personal information, and sent me wiring instructions. It was 8:40pm, and I was told the Bill of Sale and Title would be sent to me first thing Thursday morning. Concurrently, ***** connected me with his shipping manager in a separate group text who took down my personal information to begin scheduling transportation from ***** to my home in *******. The next morning (5/11/2023), I did not receive any docs or hear anything from anyone at the dealership. At 1:20pm I texted the group (*****, head of sales, finance manager) for an update, as we were nearing the wire deadline. I did not hear anything and the deadline passed, so at 5:45pm I again texted the group chat for an update and once again did not hear anything. The next morning (5/12/2023) a junior salesman called me and said a different customer had put a deposit down on the car, they were trying to work things out, and they would update me with more information. Despite calling and sending numerous texts throughout the day I never heard back from them, and I found out through social media the dealership had sold the car the previous day 5/11/2023. Our text thread clearly shows ***** and I had a mutually agreed upon deal. I have never heard of paying a deposit for a used car. If this was crucial I should have been told so, yet they never mentioned needing one. They reneged on our deal to sell the car to a different customer and did not even have the courtesy to inform me.Business Response

The vehicle sold to a previous client 10:00 the next morning. There were no contracts signed or money deposit in house. We apologize for the inconvenience. The previous client had committed to the vehicle before your conversation and sent the money immediately in the morning.Customer Answer

Complaint: 20064263
I am rejecting this response because: If a previous client had committed to the vehicle before my conversation with the dealership's owner, then (1) I should have been made aware of this material fact; (2) The owner of the dealership should not have negotiated in bad faith if the vehicle's sale was "pending" with another buyer; (3) The dealership should not have collected my personal information (Driver's license, home address, etc.) or provided me with wiring instructions until the vehicle was committed to me. Either the vehicle was committed to me in which case this was acceptable or the vehicle was not committed to me in which case this was irresponsible. Lastly, on Friday I was blatantly lied to when a salesman called to tell me the dealership had collected a deposit from another buyer, and they were working with the other buyer to honor our initial agreement. The car had sold and been collected by the new owner on Thursday, both of these facts were confirmed first on the dealership's Instagram and now by the owner.Throughout Thursday and Friday the dealership ignored my communications about the car we had initially made a deal on. At no point did did they provide the courtesy of informing me the car had sold or apologize for reneging on our deal. I am only receiving a response from the dealership now due to involving the BBB.
Sincerely,

We didnt accept any funds on the vehicle. Sales person called and so did our sales manager. Unfortunately the vehicle sold we would be happy to allocate another vehicle for you. No money was taken or kept. We do nothing but good business, unfortunately someone came and bought the car before any deposit was received.Initial Complaint

i bought a Lamborghini Huracan on oct 12,2022 the vehicle was advertised on many sites such as car Guru and cars.com and **** being in perfect shape. I am rejecting this response because:
It has zero to do with where the vehicle was purchased from the only reason the auction couldnt step in is because of the time frame they since then suspended his selling privileges. The business is a scam like father like son. They claim their new location is exquisite in reality is its off the beaten path. Selling junk to unsuspecting consumers

September 24, 2022, I bought a 2020 Lamborghini Urus, I gave a $******* down payment and they gave me a loan of $*******. Total purchase value was $209,000 It shows me a 0 accident report and they assure me that it is in good condition.- October 16 I contact carrio motors to report major problems with the car. Noises, damaged suspension, loss of fluids, lights that come on, canceled propulsion, emergency lights, the car had been repainted, I have expenses of $10,000 in a mechanical workshop.November 12, I return with the car to carrio motors and they tell me that of the ******* down that I had given, they could only recognize ****** in a loan for a second Urus 2022. They keep the damaged urus 2020, they promise to cancel a loan of ******* the which they DID NOT. They kept the car on November 12 and did not cancel the loan! I had to pay a monthly payment on December 1 for a car I don't have.!They do not answer my calls, they say that I sign everything in their favor, I admit that I do not speak English well, I sign everything they gave me.November 12 I take the second urus 2022 to be able to recover the ****** and also they ask me for a check for ****** more. November 16 they send me financing conditions that are different from those promised, I did NOT sign the financing, my accountant believes that they may have charged illegal fees,... They require the bank password of my bank accounts to be able to process my financing. from November 16 to 3 December I have written to them multiple times saying that I did NOT want the **** 2022, I ask to return it and recover the promised money, to which they refuse and stop answering. Today, December 5, they have for sale again at $229,000 the ururs 2020 that came to me damaged and then they kept it without canceling my loan, they ************* with a report of 0 accident, trying to scam someone again. https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/link/343751196 I check the ****** reviews and see that the 5 stars are all worded the same, whereas if I look for recent or lower ****** reviews, you have a lot of customers like me who have been scammed in the same way.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:You lie Jacob *********************** You sold me a 2020 urus with a false accident report, after spending $10,000 in a mechanical workshop in 30 days, I took it to the car and they kept my down payment of $100,000, in addition you have the 2020 urus and you did not cancel the loan lend Lease. You kept the car that I had to return, you dont return the down payment of $100,000 and he did not cancel the loan, now you are selling the car again knowing that it is damaged.
When I returned the car for all the problems it had, you offered me to give me 35% of my down payment on another new car, when the financing conditions arrived again they were not those offered. so I have a dozen messages saying that I don't want the 2022 car and I want to return it, you never answer. Specifically, you kept $100,000, received the damaged car and did not cancel the loan, which I am paying and you have returned for sale.
I have the evidence that they carry out a constant scam. I can gladly present the evidence to a judge. there are dozens of complaints like mine in BBB,

************** the vehicle we sold you comes with a clean carfax report, we did not provide any false documentation. *** 2020 Urus you purchased had high miles over ****** miles. *** $10,000 service was due to the vehicle having high miles, it was all wear and tear items. Due to you wanting a newer vehicle and the $10,000 service bill you asked for us to give you $180,000 on trade, we had offered $170,000 so we agreed to do the $180,000 once again because of the $10,000 bill. *** new additional down payment you put down was because you were purchasing a vehicle that was $100,000 more. *** down payment goes to the principal.. you are stating as if we made profit off this. Down payment goes towards your loan so you dont finance as much. Once again we have asked you numerous times for almost a month now to come in so we can work this out and you refused to do so. If you would like to schedule a day and time to come in and work this out we are more than happy too, but bouncing a check and trying to keep possession of a vehicle you bounced a check with is simply not the way.Customer Answer

Complaint: 18528839
I am rejecting this response because:Dear *****, it is not as you say. I bought a 2020 Urus with ****** miles and a carfax report that said no accidents. For that purchase in Setember, 24 I put $77,000 cash and in addition you matched Carmax's offer for my vehicle valued at $23,000, total down payment $100,000. the urus was priced at $209,000. You also gave me financing for $145,000. Additionally, I spent $10,000 in mechanics until I took it to Carmax for evaluation and they reported damage and repainting of the repairs.(I have written report)
It was for this reason that I returned to the car, I did not want a newer car, I wanted a car that was not damaged. *****, your seller offered me Urus 2022, where you only recognized me $35,000 of the down payment that I had put only 45 days before. I put down $100,000 on September 24 and you offered me when I returned on November 12 only $35,000, making a loss for me of $65,000
In order for me to recover the $35,000 that you offered me, I had to buy a new urus 2022, because you gave it to me on credit in a new one, refusing to give me a check. so you also asked me for $30,000 to increase my down payment, at that time I had put $100,000 down and a new check for $30,000, completing a $130,000 down payment.
Finally, the financing conditions of the new urus2022 were not as promised, so I decided to not sign, since that day I have written more than 10 messages that informed me that I did not want the car, asking me for the $35,000 credit and my check $30,000, I have in writing and as proof for BBB asking to take the car back and carrio refusal to return any of the $100,000 that you had already kept or even ***** informed me that even if I returned the urus 2022 I would not be able to recover any, An additional $30,000, losing $130,000 in 45 days!. I have in writing all the times that I asked to return the car and I have yours answers that it was 0. "Cero".
Luckily at the last moment I was able to stop the last check for $30,000 that you also wanted to keep knowing that I did not want the urus2022, because the conditions that you sent for my signature were not those promised by your seller. *****. I have all conversations in writing.
Finally, on November 12, you kept the 2 urus. with $100,000 of mine, and also you did not cancel the urus2020 loan that you delivered on November 12. I must pay a fee on December 1 of the loan of a car that you already had. I also have the documents to show.
I lost $100,000 cash in a carrio in 45 days. I must hire a lawyer who is looking for documents and cancellation of the loan.I'm still waiting for documents with my lawyer.
My English is bad and I sign all the papers you requested. I understand that being a "big dealer" is being abused, the documents that the client signs limit us from filing a lawsuit and having to go to an arbitrator. no one reports the documents that are signed. They are not responsible for the cars they sell, they make the client lose all their down payment for trusting in carrio. In my case I lost $100,000 in 45 days. In addition, I could retain another $30,000, otherwise I would have lost $130,000.and lost an additional $10,000 from the auto shop.
You have returned the urus2020 for sale knowing that it is repaired and repainted and continues to offer. I should have paid a fee on December 1 for the loan that you gave me, you received the car on November 12, why did I pay a fee for a car that you have for sale again?
https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/link/343751196
I trusted in Carrio and lost $100,000 cash in 45 days.I check the reviews on BBB and see what other customers think.
1 day later I went to the official Lamborghini dealer in ***************, I was able to buy a urus 2022 (more equipped and 10% cheaper than in carrio), with half the down payment that you asked me for and a 20% cheaper fee. no surprises.

We purchased a 2013 McLaren MP4-12 at the end of March 2022. It was purchased through this dealership at the auction. The pictures were taken by the dealership and all interactions were through the dealership. We live in ****** and had to ship the car. By the time it got here we noticed it was different from the pictures. The shippers had pictures so we know it was like that when it left the dealership. The bumper had a large scuff, underneath was all broken, parts were glued on, the door handle was broken, the second key was broken, and the engine oil cap was off causing the car to not drive properly, it couldnt fully accelerate. Our salesman was great by Dua the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. When we called to discuss the issues we were finally told by *****, a higher manager, that he would pay for the damages to be repaired. Weve now been trying to get a hold of him since April to pay for the repairs and he actively avoids our calls and doesnt call us back. They dont respond to emails. Weve also discovered during the repairs that it leaks oil and antifreeze. They are extremely unprofessional, edit their pictures, and misrepresent their cars.Business Response

This vehicle was sold at auction as disclosed in the buyers complaint. He is not a consumer but a dealer following the auction guidelines. The vehicle was sold as is at the auction for a reason. This was an auction vehicle sold at auction pricing for a reason. We wouldnt have sold this vehicle to a retail client. Please have this claim closed as this isnt a consumer issue.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
the transaction was completed at the auction. But all the specifics were done through a sales man, ******* and at the dealership. I have all the messages to prove that. Regardless even in the auction you cant post False pictures.
you also agreed to pay for the damages so if thats the case why would you agree to pay them? In the auction you also have to disclose all damages which you didnt. We also have messages saying that your manager is hard to deal with but to leave a review for the salesman. If it was purchased through the auction why would I leave a review? ***** agreed to pay the damages and now is avoiding my calls. If it was so cut and dry that it was purchased at the auction why would he agree and then not answer calls? Hes clearly treating this as a consumer sale. I have a voice recording of him agreeing to pay it as well as telling me to forward the invoice for the repairs to the email at the office. I also have the email that was sent to them. As well as many messages with the salesman telling me the car was in immaculate condition and needed nothingSincerely,
