    Horrible Dealership SCAMMERS!I cannot believe the nightmare Ive had with Carrio Motor Cars. They sold me a car with tampered miles without even disclosing it! This is absolutely unacceptable and fraudulent.After discovering this shocking issue, I reached out to **** Weinseir from ********** to investigate the dealership, and I am now involving my attorney to ensure justice is served. This process will cost me more money, but it will be well worth it to expose their deceitful ************ yourself a favor and avoid Carrio Motor Cars at all costs. I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy. You cannot trust this dealership with your hard-earned money.

    I got a very good deal from this dealership, but here's the story. I purchased a used Bentley convertible. After I signed all the paperwork and had the car registered my name,while going over all the aspects of the car before I took it out of The dealership the convertible top did not work. I was told that they would bring it to the repair shop and get it fixed. The next day they told me that the repair was going to cost $1,200 and that since I got such a good deal I was responsible for paying for it. And result was that I paid $1350 for the repair as I had no choice but to get it repaired and pay for it. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership make sure everything is in working order before you sign the papers and if there's a problem make sure they're going to pay for it, not you.I must say other than this problem, the dealer sales people were very knowledgeable and polite and made sure that I was satisfied with the sale.

    Purchased a 2022 Audi RSQ8 from Carrio and their service was excellent. My salesman **** was extremely responsive and the closer Duaa was amazing as well. A plus service from start to finish. I would recommend them and will be back again for my next ride!

    Doing business with Carrio was the most disappointing and frustrating experience we have had with any business period. Don't let the shiny showroom fool you. We were sold a faulty vehicle with no disclosure of the fact that any warranty for the car is completely null due to the fact that it is a ******** car, this resulted in weeks of back and forth trying to come to a resolution with Carrio because they DID NOT fully disclose the warranty situation. The car has an undiagnosable issue that could not even be resolved by some of the most reputable shops in the **************** and to this day is driving like a LEMON CAR. Carrio Motor Cars has sold us a faulty vehicle with a strange and undiagnosable transmission/tuning issue, with ZERO warranty and NO DISCLOSURE at time of sale that the warranty is null because it is a ******** car. BEWARE of ******** cars at this dealer, you can all see for yourselves how others have been bitten by this shoddy operation by simply searching the name of this dealer on ******* and as expected, it is not a good look for this business whatsoever. Do your research before wasting your time and money.

    Hello ****,

    These statements made are false.  You chose to put an aftermarket tune and exhaust on the vehicle, and when you blew it up you decided to call ** fraudsters.  Even after you caused the problems, we still offered to help with compensation to do good business practice and came to a resolution.  You signed settlement agreement document releasing all claims as well.  We are saving all this false information and you will be hearing from our attorney for breach of contract and slander.
