  There should be a negative score because that is what they deserve. Price discussed/agreed via phone call was not granted on the paperwork. I reached out (less than 24 hrs) to the dealership over the phone the very next morning since the transaction happened the previous night just to get clarity and explain my concerns, but was not getting anywhere, so I drove to the dealership to return the car. Surprisingly, I was rudely told, I should have known better; it is not their responsibility that I signed the contract. It is nonrefundable." My hands were tied, so I called the cops. Two officers from Ft. Lauderdale PD showed up at the location and plead my case, but I was told it is not a police matter but mentioned that he has been dispatched to that location before.There seems to be a lack of transparency, exploitation, and undisclosed ********************* They have a (1.1/5) score review from Yelp based on 31 reviews and other platforms with similar stories. There is a trend of lack of transparency and fraudulent claims. 2. They have multiple nonresponsive pending complaints on here (Better Business Bureau).If you are running a company, the least you can do is run it with integrity and transparency and not mislead hardworking individuals. Take your business elsewhere. Be cautious!

  Estimados seores,Por medio de la presente, quiero expresar mi insatisfaccin y denunciar las prcticas fraudulentas durante mi transaccin con su dealer el 28 de diciembre de 2024. Fui atendido por el seor ********* ******* y su equipo para la compra de un vehculo ****** Corola por $13,200 USD. Pagu $7,000 USD de pronto y se acord financiar $6,200 USD con cuotas de $280 USD durante 30 meses. Sin embargo, al revisar los documentos encontr mltiples irregularidades:1.Manipulacin del financiamiento: En lugar de los $6,200 USD acordados, me cargaron $12,000 USD, duplicando el monto, y asignaron 54 pagos sin notificarme.2.Condicin del vehculo: Me aseguraron que **** daos menores, pero presenta problemas graves. Las llantas estaban en psimo estado y no cumplieron su promesa de reembolsar por el reemplazo.3.Documentos manipulados: Encontr documentos que no firm, incluso uno que indica que el vehculo no tiene garanta, lo cual nunca se mencion.4.Uso de mltiples nombres: El dealer opera bajo Kar2Go y otro alias, lo que genera preocupaciones de transparencia.5.Patrn fraudulento: S de otros clientes con experiencias similares, mostrando un patrn consistente de engao.Desde el da de la compra, han sido das amargos y llenos de estrs al intentar comunicarme con el seor ******* y el equipo del dealer sin xito. Esto ha causado una gran frustracin, ya que siento que mi esfuerzo y sacrificio han sido ignorados.Espero que este mensaje sirva para reflexionar sobre estas prcticas y tomar medidas para evitar que otras personas pasen por una situacin similar.Gracias por su atencin.Atentamente, ******** *********

  So many victims of this dealer, please check very well the numbers when you sign the contract, they always will change the numbers and will try to get you distracted, if you have complaints you can go to the *** at *******, there they have some Complaints and if we join we can try to cancel their license. Take the time and go there to make a complaint!

  SCAMMERS!!!!!! - ESTAFADORES!!!!I would strongly advise against ever stepping foot into Karz2Go (DBA), or should I say Valerisa Auto Sales. This dealership is a den of deception, preying on unsuspecting customers with promises they have no intention of keeping.From the moment you set foot in their showroom, they'll try to convince you that their low monthly payments are a steal, conveniently omitting the fact that it's tied to ludicrous terms and conditions buried in the fine print. They'll sweet talk you into handing over a deposit, which is just their fancy way of saying they want to drain your pockets before you even realize what's happening.And don't even get me started on the car itself. They'll lie about the mileage, promise to fix any is***s, but once you've signed on the dotted line and driven off the lot, good luck getting them to honor their word. The parts they promised to order magically never arrive, and they conveniently forget any promises made once they have your money.They'll tack on unnecessary charges left and right, claiming it's all "covered" or "included," but what they really mean is it's all included in the scam they're running. And if you dare to question them, they'll brush you off with shameless excuses or outright lies.First-time car buyers beware: these sharks will bleed you dry, leaving you with more debt than you ever imagined. And if you think the authorities will help, think again. The police are aware of their shady practices, but they'll tell you it's a civil matter and they can't do anything about it. The only way to defend your self it's to *** them at you're own expense.Save yourself the headache and heartache, steer clear of Karz2Go/Valerisa Auto Sales. Your wallet and sanity will thank you.

  No se cmo el *********************************** deja **** gente seguir funcionando, cuando fui me mostraron un Jetta 2015 el cual tiene la transmisin sper daada , me dijeron *** era 6000 lo cual me pareci sper por*** pens *** era un carro bueno y funcional lo cual no lo era me dijeron *** **** dar 3k de down payment , haba ****do ahorrando por varios meses y **** el dinero los pagu, cuando ****ba firmando el contrato me ****ban hablando para *** no pr****ra atencin a lo *** ****ba firmando porcierto el tipo se llama ***** , para no alagar mucho me dijeron *** ****ba financiando 3k ya *** puesto 3k de down lo cual no era cierto el contrato cuando lo vi deca ****** a un 25% lo cual me haba dicho *** era un 8% , llame a la financiera y cancele *** barbaridad de prstamo lo cual lo cancelaron de una vez , ahora ellos tiene el carro y no me quieren devolver mi dinero , llame a polica lo cual es polica me llam y me dijo *** no vendra por*** a la semana recibe muchas llamadas de personas *** estn pasando por mismo, dijo *** **** alternativa era el corte para si por *************************** poda recuperar el dinero *** perd , era lo **** *** **** y ellos se ***daron con todo , culpo al *********************************** *** no se preocupa por sus ciudadanos y deja *** **** gente sigan ****fando a la gente

  I don't even will give them a 1 Star They sell cars in a fraudulent way, with a lot of lies and promises that never accomplish Offer cars not saying that the cars are rubiluit title They said they help with the insurance trying to find the best option, but when they quote, lie about the price, charge an amount that's not real to take money from the customer

  Bunch of lies. Agreed on a price for a truck. Told them i was driving 3 hours to pick up. Truck sold before i got there they said. After just being told to keep coming , truck is here. I think this is part of their scam. Then try to sell you something else that is c*** They didn't seem to care they wasted my whole day. This business is sketchy AF.Turns out to be good thing maybe after seeing all the complaints of bad cars being sold.

  This is a car dealership that lies and takes your money. They agree on an out the door price....then change it after the financing is approved to make more money. This place is a **** and I believe they are doing illegal money laundering within the business. They did a tag transfer, since we had our own tag. They told us the price would be $200. When I asked for the receipt, it was only $150. They tried to **** us out of $50. Why would you **** a customer out of $50. They are soooooo greedy. Also, the manager does not keep his word. He told us we would not have to pay the transfer fee since we had to repair the truck after 5 days of having it and the warranty did not kick in yet. He ghosted when his staff was trying to call him and never returned the call. Don't buy a car from here....they are ********!!!!!!

  THEY PUBLISHED A CAR THAT WAS THE ONE I WAS LOOKING FOR AT $11,900 U$D WHEN I ARRIVED THEY SHOWED IT TO ME I DRIVED IT AND EVEN THOUGH IT HAD SOME DETAILS I WAS CONTINUED TO BE INTERESTED UNTIL THEY TOLD ME THAT THE VALUE WAS $16,800 U$D, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  Im currently going through emotional distress because I brought a car that I thought was reliable on transportation but right now I will have to voluntary repo my car because of transmission issues and the warranty they gave me won't cover the cost ,the lender (bank) contact them about the issue ...NO ANSWER for weeks,i also call them multiple times all calls was ignored , I can't get to work on time due to my wife and I have to share cars I'm behind on my bills and much more. Some one need to close down there business these people are messing up people lives
