This company keeps calling me with first of all the products I was interested in are now in stock and the last call we are getting ready to ship your products out to you. I have blocked 3 numbers and requested each time not to call me because I am on the nation wide do not call list, yet they keep on calling me.Business Response

I received a fraudulent call from ************ advising that my supplements for memory and energy were back in stock and asking for my credit or debit card and if I'd like morning or afternoon delivery. I recognized this as a scam and declined & hung up.Business Response

On 2/28/24 at 9;11am I got a phone call from ************, a number i did not recognize.It was a scam type call, telling me that they were with Pure Way and that the vitamins I wanted were back in stock. I had never heard of nor had I done business with this company. I had also never put myself on a waitlist for any kind of vitamins. My number should be on the do not call list and I never agreed to receive any solicitations from this company. They were also fraudulent in saying the vitamins I wanted were back in stock. This is predatory behavior and they do not clearly state how they got my information. If you look this up online you can see other complaints from the same number and company, making the same calls trying to tell people the vitamins they wanted are in stock.Business Response

On 10/24/2023, Pure Way Health called to let me know that they had been trying to reach me to tell me that my ************* enhancing supplements were back in stock. I told them that I did not take supplements for this. I asked her where did she say that she was from. To which she replied, "Pure Way Health." I told her that I had never heard of Pure Way Health before. She replied, "Oh, OK" and hung up on me.Business Response

Company calls asking for info to deliver my order of memory enhancing supplements. I have no memory of requesting this product. How convenient that they can say that is due to my memory problem...Could easily be a scam that the public should be warned about. Thank you.Business Response

The representative provided the customer with the website and toll free number to call if they had any further questions or were interested in placing an order. Received a message on my answering machine; stating that "the item I had ordered was back in stock and needed delivery confirmation". I called the number back *************), they addressed me by my name. I asked who they were? "Pure Way Health" . When I told them I had never ordered anything from them, they hung up on me. This company continues to call myself and those one my cell phone plan several times a day for the last 3 weeks. No one answers when we pick up the phone and when we call the number back they will not tell us why they are calling unless they speak to the primary account holder's name. After using ****** to find the company's name I filed thus complaint. I would like then to stop calling EVERY number on my cell phone plan.Business Response
