I am filing this complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct, breach of contract, and lack of accountability demonstrated by this company. My experience has been both financially and emotionally distressing, and I believe their practices warrant immediate attention to protect other consumers.1.Failure to Fulfill Contract:After signing a contract and paying $500 upfront, the company failed to deliver the agreed-upon services. Despite my attempts to follow up, the owner, *****, blocked my number and refused to communicate through professional channels. Instead, I received threatening text messages, which I find highly unprofessional and ************************ Damage:During their service, the company caused significant damage to my property, with repair costs estimated between $1,000 and $2,800. This damage far exceeds the cost of their services and has created an undue financial burden. Despite this, they have taken no responsibility for the damages or offered any resolution.3.Deceptive ********************* failed to disclose key details and risks when I placed my order. Their actions appear calculated to take advantage of customers, leaving them with unexpected expenses and unresolved issues.4.Lack of ********************************* has been virtually nonexistent. Instead of addressing my concerns, the owner resorted to blocking communication and sending threats. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for any legitimate business.Desired Resolution:A written apology from the company acknowledging their breach of contract and unprofessional behavior.Compensation for the property damage caused, covering the estimated repair costs of $1,000 to $2,800.A commitment to improving their transparency and customer service practices to prevent this from happening to others.Customer response

On or September 20, not to sure about the exact date, but All County Waste delivered a dumpster for roofing materials. In the process of making this delivery, they damaged my neighbors lawn and Sprinkler System. One of the roofers witnessed this damage. The driver told him that the city would take care of it. They tried to say that it was another dumpster company, but my neighbor had taken a picture of the orange dumpster. They had a big rig making the delivery. The other company has black dumpsters and uses a pickup truck which makes it easier to deliver in tight spaces. My neighbors address is ***************************************************. His phone number is **************************** They are directly across the street from us. He is unable to use his sprinkler system until it is repaired.Business response

Greetings Mr. ************ As we spoke today, we sent our best repair tech for this type of damage (sod and sprinkler head damage). We inspected and tested sprinkler head. It was undamaged and in fine working order; then reattached the sprinkler to the flexi-hose. We also replaced damaged grass with new sod. All is working fine! I submitted a complaint a few weeks ago about this issue, but I closed the case based upon what the owner of the company told me. A few days later I found that the work had not been done properly and my neighbor is still not happy with this issue. So I am reopening the case until this is resolved. Company was delivering dumpster for my roof installation debris. While dropping off the dumpster, they damaged my neighbors lawn and sprinklers. They sent someone out to repair, but it was a poorly done job and my neighbor is still not satisfied with the job. His address is ***************************************************. As I had shared earlier with Mr. ***** (and in the response thru BBB), who is not local and relying on his neighbor for information. We had sent our best repair tech on 10/01/2024
for this type of damage (sod and sprinkler head damage). We inspected
and tested sprinkler head. It was undamaged and in fine working order;
then reattached the sprinkler to the flexi-hose. We also replaced

On May 23rd I rented one 20 yard dumpster for $549.00 for 3 weeks and I was told if I needed it emptied and returned it would be another $549 and they could do it same day or next day. On May 27th during the Memorial Holiday I called to get the dumpster emptied and returned. They told me they would do it the next day, even though it was a holiday, *************************** the Account Manager, in writing - told me that "even though my dispatcher feels quite positive that you'll get your dumpster returned by 12pm, we can't bypass the cancellation fee of $100." It was paramount that they deliver the dumpster because I had paid two workers for the day. In the least, I was hoping they would at least call me and tell me if it wasn't going to be delivered so I could tell my guys not to show up. Not only did they charge me the $549.00, they didn't call to cancel the next day, they didn't even show up. It's now Wednesday 5/29 and they won't refund my $549.00 and they won't tell me when they will pick up the dumpster. I want my refund of $549 and I want this dumpster picked up.Business response

Good Afternoon! We received a call Sunday, May 26th 2024, via our service, around 2:30 pm from ********************* requesting a dump and return on May 27th 2024, Memorial Day. We took the order with good intention. Monday morning, May 27th, the scheduling department noticed that the order had not been placed on a driver's route for that day. As it was holiday, we could not find any facilities locally to dump her contents after 12pm and therefore could not add her order to the schedule. We reached out to client at approximately 10 am on Monday, May 27th to inform her we could not do a delivery that day but the next day. She declined and wanted a refund. As of today, May 30th, we picked up her original dumpster, emptied the contents, and refunded the charge to her credit card, in full, for the second dumpster ordered on May 26th of $549.00 (we waived the cancellation and processing fees). I called ********************* around 2pm to explain what happened on our end and the remedy, which she appreciated. We also placed a $100.00 credit on her account for future orders. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The owner called and apologized that the dumpster was not delivered as promised due to a scheduling issue, assured me that ****** was only trying to help, and even gave me a credit on my account for the future. I thought that was very professional of the company and I can appreciate the personal phone call from the owner.

R *** a dumpster for 14 days. Called on day 13 for it to be picked up. Was told it would be 1-3 business days. No one came. Called again a week later and was told that ******* be place on urgent list and it would be picked up the next day- Friday. No one came. Today is Monday, it has now been 12 days since I requested it to be picked up. Called a third time, was told again I would be placed on urgent list. So done better pick up this dumpster. I also messaged on line, says my message was delivered, but no one responded. Message said to leave email address and they would be in contact. No one contacted me. I am going to start charging YOU for dumpster storage if you do t pick it up. Please pick the dumpster up ASAP!Business response
