      My experiences are similar to the other reviews posted here. I was a loyal customer of ********************** for several years as a brick and mortar store. They catered to middle-aged women, the clothing was beautiful and well-made, and they had great sales people who were eager to help with selection and size. Then the stores all closed down in 2014.I don't like shopping for clothes online, but I made a decision to order some of their clothing online as I had to return to the office Summer, 2024. Big mistake.First order was for 2 pairs of dress pants. Similar to other complaints, I ordered the items and waited. One arrived and it was not what I expected. They're more like tailored heavy sweat pants. I waited for over a month for the other item and they never reached out to me. Yet, I continued to see preauthorizations for the missing item every 2 weeks or so. I finally called and they told me that the item was on back order. I called again and this time they told me that the order was cancelled because it was out of stock.I decided to give them one more chance. I ordered a winter sweater to use in the office. I ordered the sweater in early November, 2024. It did give an estimated arrival of mid-Jan but it did NOT state that it was on back order. I called several times and got the answer that it was on back order. Yet they continued to preauthorize the purchase. Today, I called and it's now January 25. NOW they tell me that the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. How is that possible? This a very poorly managed business. Don't waste your time. They have permanently lost someone who was once a long-time loyal customer.

      Returned a shirt on December 23rd. I called Jan 15th to inquire about the refund. Customer *** said it is in process but it may take another week to process. I called back Jan 22nd and they have no record of my item being returned now!?? FOUR weeks to process a simple return? I will not be making any additional purchases.

      Tried to complete a purchase 11/23/24 using a coupon from the Coldwater Rewards Program and it was not deducted from the purchase today as advertised. I contacted customer service and the reward program customer service and both subcontracted phone services could not provide any resolution and claimed they COULD NOT do anything about the problems. I am, or was, a long time customer and have always put up with the painfully slow fulfillment and exorbitant shipping costs-but no more. Do not conduct business with this company unless you choose to personally pay for these problems.

      This is the biggest scammer ever. On 10-21-24 I was charged $16.99 for some Loyalty Coldwater International thing that I have never heard of or signed up for. It was taken out of my checking account and then again on 11-18-24 I was charged once again for this thing and this time it was taken out of my **************** Account. I don't even know how to contact this place to stop the charges let alone be reimbursed.

      ***************! Put my credit card through after TEN DAYS of waiting and it was backordered for FIVE MONTHS, when I told them to cancel my order. They took my money on a SUNDAY because I ************ who knows when I'll get it back? Dishonest, lying, cheating company. Never ever again!! I'll post this EVERYWHERE!!! ********.

      The WORST customer service and company *** ever dealt with. I placed an order, credit card was charged immediately. Weeks went by and no shipping confirmation, and no return email response. Called customer service, to find out time was back ordered and they couldnt tell me when it would be in. Finally received the item 6 weeks later. Did not like it, so I did a return right away. Item was delivered to the on Oct, 21, 2024. Still o credit on my card. Called customer service to inquire. They acknowledged receiving the delivery, but could not explain why no credit was processed yet. They put me on hold, and said the credit has now been processed, allow 3-5 days. So if I didnt call regarding not receiving a credit, I may have never received one??? She said my situation was an oversight. But disagree. This company in my opinion is a SCAM!

      This is an EXTREMELY bad company. I ordered 3 t-shirts 4 months ago and have so far received only 2 shirts. I am being billed ***** per month and just now found out it is recurring charges for nothing! I have stopped my ****** payment. I gave one star but it is really 0 stars! I think this is against the law!

      Well, I have a $102..00 bill from them that say "auto payment....." ?????? Very alarming.
