      BEWARE of ************ scam from Coldwater Creek. I thought I was signing up for free shipping. Instead, it was a 30-day trial for MyColdwater Rewards Loyalty program. After 30-days, Coldwater Creek will charge you $16.99 a MONTH for this bogus program, which does not provide much value. Much of the program is based in rebates that the customer must submit to **********************. Consumers must fight back.       I experienced exactly what you all described. Somehow I got this random charge for $18.60. I called "MyColdwaterRewards" and was very nice (or I was very lucky) and they said they cancelled the membership and refunded the charge. I'm cautiously optimistic!

      I just received a notification that this organization charged $16.99 to my PayPal for a "loyalty program." I unintentionally signed up for the program by clicking a link for a discount when I ordered clothes. It was not apparent that selecting the discount and/or signing up for the loyalty program cost $16.99 per month. The charges were buried in the user agreement. This practice is manipulative. The organization said that I sign-up for the program, which is true. What they don't say is that their process lacks transparency - that a key piece of information is not obvious and not easy to find. Their "loyalty program" also preys on some societal norms. I sign up for loyalty programs on a regular basis so I can get discounts, earn points, etc - I have never been charged. I registered for their loyalty program with good faith, which made me prey for a program that benefits the organization. I no longer trust this organization. The heightened vigilance that is needed to be their customer negates the quality of the product or the organizations reputation.

      I purchased a few items in December and I just found out in June that I have been charged monthly for a reward scheme I never asked to be part of. I have placed a black on my card and will never purchase from Coldwater creek again. I Called the number ************ first and the mailbox was full and hung up on me. Then I called ************** and spoke to someone and they said they would return most of my money since December. Lets hope that happens. I did say I would file a complaint with the BBB, so buyers beware! They said you would be asked online verbally to save 10 on shipping or there is a pop up if ordering by mail that I never knew would lead to recurring charges.

      I ordered two items, only one of which shipped. I finally cancelled the other item after several weeks of waiting, without any updates from the company, indicating if and when the item would ever actually ship; it was just stuck in a perpetual state of 'order processing'. Then I realized this morning that I was charged $16.99 for the Coldwater Rewards program which I DID NOT INTENTIONALLY SIGN UP FOR. I'm not sure how I was duped into this bogus 'rewards program', but I do not appreciate being deceived and will not do business with this company again. I have sent two separate emails this morning requesting to be removed from this program. Hopefully, this will be resolved quickly, but for some reason I anticipate losing more money to this scam before it's all said and done. Not happy.

      I returned something almost 2 months ago and still have not received my refund. I called 2 weeks ago and was told the credit was being issued...still nothing. I called again yesterday and was told the same thing a credit in 7-10 days! I will NEVER buy from them again...horrible customer service. So many of reputable online vendors give you a credit when the bar code on the return is scanned...not these people. Buyer beware!

      My partner ordered a sweater for me for Christmas. He was signed up for a rewards program and is being billed $14.99 a month. He has contacted customer service and they say that they can't find his account. They manage to find his credit card, however. The quality of the sweater is not very good. The company has gone downhill and this shady situation has clinched it - will never order from them again.

      Buyer beware Coldwater Creek is no longer the quality company they once were. I just had the worst customer service experience Ive ever had with online retail.On 1/26/2024, I ordered a coat online from Coldwater Creek. The website clearly stated it was In Stock. I immediately received an email confirming my purchase after supplying my debit card information and shipping address.I heard nothing else from the company for more than a week, so on 2/4 I contacted them by phone and email for my order status and was told the coat was on back order. When I asked why I had not been notified of the back order status and said their website still indicated the coat was in stock, I got no explanation but an apology for any inconvenience caused by the delay.Later that day on 2/4/2024 my bank alerted me to a Coldwater Creek debit charge to my account of $180.25 (the price of the coat plus tax and shipping). Then on 2/7, 2/11, and 2/12, my bank alerted me of 3 more Coldwater Creek debit charges of $180.25 each they had now tied up a total of $721.00 of my bank accounts funds for a single coat order which hadnt even shipped yet!I contacted the company by phone and email again, and was told the system generates multiple charges if an item is on back order. When I said that my bank treats the charges as actual debits and that money is now unavailable to me, I was told This is just the way the Coldwater Creek system works and that they needed to periodically make sure your card is still active while the item is on back order.A few hours later I received email CANCELLING MY ORDER, with the explanation that the coat is no longer available and has been canceled. There are no plans for future shipments of this item.They did clear the charges, but their policies and system, as well as the conflicting information given about the availability of my ordered item, are at best shoddy, and at worst deceptive business practices. Steer clear of Coldwater Creek!
