    Have used this company for over 20 years.Prompt and reliable.Just updated mu AC unit and cleaned vents. Reasonable pricing.Ask for ****** as your technician therefore you will receive great service.Highly recommended.

    I recently had CoolAir Conditioning send their technician **** over to my house for a maintenance check on my unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my unit and discovered a mold issue that had been overlooked by previous service providers. **** took proactive steps to tackle the root cause. He diligently cleaned the affected area and the coils, ensuring that every trace of mold was eradicated. What truly impressed me was his suggestion to install a UV light system to prevent future mold growtha proactive solution that other companies had never proposed. He even went the extra mile to inspect the ducts in my home, ensuring that the mold hadn't spread. I wholeheartedly recommend CoolAir Conditioning to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and proactive approach set them apart from the rest. Thank you, ****, and the CoolAir team, for your outstanding service!

    WARNING: We had the most unprofessional, unpleasant, Disrespectful & so on experience with a company CoolAir, conditioning & heat located on Fowler Street.. it’s a TOXIC company. Please do your research before hiring this company. The owner mark and am at have a very toxic work environment. They will verbal abuse the client, Especially, if you are a woman. There’s nothing good to say about this company. Looking for all those who have had a bad experience with them to please contact us we want to hear your feedback.

    I am consistently very happy with CoolAir and the technicians they send. They always take the time to explain what theyre doing and always go the extra mile. This visit was with **** and *****, and they were both respectful and hard working, and I would welcome them as my technicians anytime in the future!

    Your part was back-ordered (that is beyond our control) and was still under warranty.  We have to pay for the part before we can return the warrantied part and get credit for it.  We were only charging you labor.  However, after you were rude to my staff and myself I even offered to refund you that - all of your money and you could use another company.  We made you a priority when the part came in and you giving us a one star is our thanks.  I wish you the best of luck with your new AC company.

    My air conditioning was installed by Cool Air. I have paid for maintenance for 7 years. The service guy said he thought there was a leak in the freon so I had them come back one week after the maintenance was done to find the leak. He didn't find the leak. When he took off the the cover the unit is dirty and was not cleaned. He said there wasn't a clean valve (not sure what it is called) installed when they installed the unit.They said I would get free maintenance for a year because of this. They always call me to schedule maintenance but I haven't had a call from them. So I called last week and asked the office lady to have the owner call me. She said she would but I haven't had a call. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with them.I am so upset.

    Dear Cool Air. I think this response was for somebody else it doesn't apply to my review or my situation.I also want to say thank you for coming out and doing service on my unit for free. Everything seems to be fine and the tech didn't find any low freon.

    They attemped to repair my chilled water air handling system by replacing the water valve. When the new one didn't work they told me to contact another air conditioning contractor to correct the problem. They charged me $420 for two service calls and a new water valve and they didn't fix the problem.

    I received a quote from conditioned air for 11400. To replace my condo air unit or $170 +tax for life. This is double the going rate. Because I am elderly and live alone they tried to take advantage. They wanted me to sign immediately without getting a second opinion. I will never use them again and not recommend the to anyone in our complex or anywhere else

    The owner Mark are very non professional. We had all new duct work put in. An admitted meth user was the main guy installing it. They got done at 8 at night and wanted paid. I said not until I checked it out. Next thing my wife gets a call from Mark the owner demanding pay, calling my wife everything imaginable. I paid, but now the duct work is collapsed and they refuse Ito fix it. My warranty is now void. We shall see big boy.

    It seems as if Mr. and Mrs. ******* believe they can say anything to anyone and there are not consequences. I will not allow my techs nor any of my staff be treated or spoken to in the way they have. If I came across unprofessional its because I also will not be treated with disrespect. When Mr. and Mrs. contracted with us 08/21/21 to to do the work, they agreed to pay the balance on completion. When we completed the work at 8pm after my techs went above and beyond in the middle of August working under their trailer in the most undesirable conditions, the ********** decided they didn't want to pay and told my techs to leave the property. When I got on the phone with them to ask why they wouldn't pay us, Mrs. ******* said she didn't like how my tech looked. He was dirty and she called him a meth head to his face. I asked if they had a problem with our techs why they didn't say something earlier and not wait for the job to be completed. Mr. ******* then begins to try and "put" me in my place and proceeds to tell me how its going to be, he will pay me when he is ready. Fortunately we do not have to deal with this type of customer often. I was my decision to not expose any of my staff to the ********** threats and insults based on the way they had been treated. When they called in for a service call, they again refused to pay, my office informed them that there was a service charge to come out to determine what was wrong and at that time we would determine if it was under warranty. Mr. ******* started with his threats and demands and then told my wife to go F... Yourself... at that time I refused him service. As a precaution we always drug test to remove any doubt, Both techs tested negative. I don't know what they meant by "We shall see big boy" . Is that another threat?

You made the threats about taking us to court you called me wife a f... white trailer trash b... Pull the recorded conversation pal. Let's hear it. I just said I wanted to crawl under and look at the work. Again we never called him a meth head. So Julio have you wrong information. Pull the recorded message. You are not standing by your warranty you are lying about how the conversation went down. I will continue to steer people away from your company until you are out of business. Your are a no good.
