              On10/22 I had Weather Control of ****************** install a new air conditioning system. 2/23 I turned on the heat no heat I called Weather Control they sent a tech the next day he said it was common this is *******. On 4/23 I turned on the air conditioning not working, called Weather Control again sent a tech next day cleaned the unit flushed the the drain out it started working. 5/23 unit quit working same thing , June threw September same problem. Weather Control sent out a job ******* and tech and told me that I should not have any problems. 10/23 my warranty check up all was well unit cleaned drain line flushed. Tech told me I should do this myself every month or you can call us @$200 a service call. 3/24 air conditioning unit not working . I need help getting a solution to my problem . Please this is ridiculous

              This company furnished and installed the A/C unit in my new house that was built, My first electric bill was for $750.00, I had FPL out to see where the issue was, They informed me the thermostat was wired in a way that caused the heater to come on with the A/C. I had Weather Control out to the house, They replaced the thermostat, I never received any paperwork from them in regards to what they did for my records. My builder Daniel ***** Homes contacted Weather Control regarding any compensation that would be offered to me for this electric bill. The response from Weather Control was it was not their fault and they assume no responsibility for the problem. The owners of this company should be embarrassed by the way this was handled. Customer service is a joke with this company.
