  DO NOT USE XPert Aluminum, that is now SWFL Contracting of Fort Myers for anything! They tried to install poorly assembled cage parts, that I rejected twice and they did poorly install super gutters that do not flow properly and leak. The work was done by a subcontractor who showed up one morning without prior notice from XPert Aluminum and was unknown us. Two months later a new subcontractor, not anyone from now SWFL Contracting, called and wanted to build our cage. That's when I refused until there was a permit to build issued by our county. The contract was in May 2023 and the permit was not applied for a until Feb 2024 and issued March 2024. Even after a meeting with the president of SWFL Contracting April 1st we were not scheduled until May 6th and they didn't show up or call. That happened 2 more times in May. No shows no calls. After an email to the office their subcontractor immediately schedules for six days out, but I didn't hear from him the day before like he said he would. The usual. I told SWFL that after 13 months of non performance I wanted our money back. He said that wasn't happening. Fortunately for us Titan Contracting, who seems to be have some connection with XPert Aluminum/SWFL Contracting, has much more integrity and refunded our down payment! Kudos to Titan Contracting and their CFO!! XPert Aluminum/SWFL Contracting = poor organization, customer communication, poor materials, poor workmanship, just an overall poor company.

  Lie after lie, I would like to ********* action taken against them. Hope Seniors vs Crime as well as the attorney general work together. No communication, tell you one thing and doesnt follow through. Place you on hold in hopes you will give up.

  ******************* 8, 2024 ********************************************************************* To whom it may concern February of 2023 we agreed to accept a bid to have the car port replaced from hurricane *** which was destroyed on September of 2022. We were under the impression that the work would be done in the very near future of 2023. But now it is March of 2024 and we have called almost every week since September of 2023 as to when the work would begin. As of this date of March 2024 we have only been told that they are working on doing architecture and permits but nothing has completed from what we know We now have a contractor that has given us a bid and has said he can do the work within a reasonable amount of time. Since we have been waiting for 13 months for expert Aluminum to start the work of replacing our carport and because of the unacceptable amount of delay we have experienced a great deal of damage to the existing property of which will have to be repaired at more expense then we would have to pay if the carport and roof over the lenai had been completed in a reasonable amount of time.We are demanding our deposit of $2874.00 be returned and the contract null and void do to the work has not been started. If the deposit is not returned we are prepared to start a class action suit along with several other home owners that this company has taken a deposit and has not started the work and only gives us excuses for not starting repairs in a reasonable amount of time. 13 Months is not a reasonable amount time to complete the repairs you agreed to complete and because you have not started the repairs we have incurred several hundred dollars of more expense because of weather damage that we have incurred.

  I signed a contract over a year ago to get my lanai and carport done. Wanted new windows put in and weather tight. They started the job four months later. I left the first of May. They said it was done so I sent more money. I got here the end of October and it was a mess. Windows did not work, would not lock and they would tilt when you tried to open them. Water came in the lanai when it rained. They left a four inch gap open between house and lanai. Wide open. I had many calls and many came out to look at it and take videos of everything wrong. Found out they put the windows in backwards with the weep holes on the inside. That is why everything is wet when it rains. Put new door in and they bent a piece of tin and put six screws in it to close the door. I cut myself the first time I walked in and so did Brandon. Electrical box on the outside they broke and left it. Not pretty at all. I will keep this updated every few weeks and when it is fixed I will post that also.

  First of all...They did not even deserve one star!! This is the worst business experience I ever had in my life. Salesperson was OK in the beginning but quit his job next day. Next salesperson did not even care. Owner Brandon was never ever returned any calls. Very irresponsible, careless and just focused to take your money and disappear forever type of a business. I lost $1,395.00 and waited since July. I will file a complaint and dispute all charges. Since July i noticed I called 26 times on various times and listed so many excuses from all office people. Not even ONE person can tell where my order is and when can be delivered or installed. This business must be shut down. someone have to teach them a lesson saying this is not how the business run. Seems like little kindergarten kids! Just ridiculous! nothing else....Shame on YOU!

  Sir your door is special ordered and has been ordered as we even gave you a confirmation number on the order. I also offered you a refund on multiple occasions and you said no you just wanted your doors which we are unfortunately still waiting on. We never disappeared as I have all calls recorded for this exact reason We have spoke to you on multiple occasions even yesterday letting you know that the doors still havent been delivered. So this review is far from accurate and I have time stamped of every date we called, emailed or you called. Along with confirmation of the doors being ordered and that we are still waiting on them.

  First of all, my doors are NOT special order. They are 72x80 standard sliders and your sales rep *** confirmed that you can ask them however they are no longer working for you. It has been exactly 5 months and 2 days since you ordered! This is just ridiculous. Are you ordering them from *****? On the top of it you did not offer me a refund hence I asked you for a refund, but you said it will be several more weeks for the doors to be delivered so I decide to wait another week or two... Months passed after this conversation. ANYWAY long story short I don't have time to waste with your excuses anymore and basically just accept my chargeback and give my money back. That is the end of the conversation.

  I chose Xpert Aluminum because the sales rep stated a small job like mine could be done within 6-8 weeks in between their larger jobs. 3/11/23 a deposit of $3000. was paid and I was assured that engineered plans would be available within a week or two for me to add to my existing permit. 7/11/23 contacted Xpert to get a copy of plans to submit to the county my permit expires on 8/25/23. The owner Brandon stated he would have someone contact me. Nothing no contact from Xpert till 8/22/23 when I was told "not to worry it will get done in time". 9/20-26/23 Expert not answering phones so texted the owner Brandon he assured me that he would put this on the top of his list and stated that it was 6-8 MONTHs not WEEKs that he promised (I chose them based on the 6-8 weeks promise) 10/3/23 still no plans to submit, no answers from owner and still no 12'x20' two sided breezeway installed. Excuses Excuses and more setbacks on other related projects relative to this job. 11/14/23 now over 8 months of waiting and still NOTHING! 6-8 months and even that promise by the owner has been broken. Stay Away from this company, No Integrity and their word and promise is worthless. Ive always tried to give a young entrepreneur work and leeway in hopes it shapes their future business skills, apparently this sometimes fails. Shame on you Xpert

  This is an update to my first review.9/18/2027 The cage has been completed & the workmanship is outstanding. The men that built our cage were very hard workers & worked ***************** to get the job done in this extreme heat. They were awesome!Had the company been honest with us from the start I would have given them 5 stars but the lies that we were told by everyone in the company, including the owner, dont sit well with us. Being honest, with the possibility of losing a customer, is still the way a good company should be run.

  Stay away from this company, also known as “Titan”, for months they have lied to us, tried to falsely bill us. They do not returned our calls, not shown up for work, left the job either incomplete or not done at all.
