      We had a management company ************** which managed our condo association who also worked with Spires and Associates to pay our bills. Upon having found multiple errors with our management company we switched our management company to another company beginning on 2/1/25. To date the SPIRES AND ASSOCIATES company is sending bills from NOVEMBER 2024 to our new management company.I was told by the new management company to not be surprised if we are still getting bills into July. WHY WAS OUR NOVEMBER bill not paid? This is March 2025.I have tried reaching out to Spires multiple times but nobody will answer the call. This is an ACCOUNTING FIRM that apparently doesnt know how to keep books. Our management fee of around $1500/month included the Spires and Associates accounting.

      I have contacted this business numerous times to sort out a payment for my association. They have failed to contact me or provide any information and are assuming no fault, though I did not even receive a coupon book. I am trying to pay them, but they are not giving me any response.

      Good afternoon. 

      In response to the complaint herein, I have attached a call log (1st attachment) on this owner's phone number to our firm. As you can see, he called back-to-back on 01/08/2025 at 10:50am, 10:52am, 10:57am, 11:01am, 11:02am, 11:07am with no messages left. On 01/09/2025 at 9:52am, our front desk clerk spoke with ******* for approximately 3 minutes and 38 seconds, answering all his questions and concerns. I have also attached (2nd attachment) a recording of that conversation for reference. I do not see any fault on our part. Please let me know if anything else is needed.

      We purchased our townhome at ************** Ter. in September 2023. ****** gave us phone numbers to set up all accounts and payments, including the **** When I called the **** I was set up with the portal for master association only, apparently. I never received any bills/letters, emails, phone calls or coupons until now when I received an attached letter with two late payments and two administration fees and two late fees.When I contacted the number on the bill, I spoke to a very rude accountant ***** who told me that they mailed a bill in October, (they never did) but then waited till February to send me this letter with all the late payments and fees. I asked to speak to her manager - **** who was even more rude and nasty. I asked him - how can I pay for something I am completely unaware of? He replied that it's not his problem and I have to pay even if I don't know about it. I also asked him why I wasn't contacted from October till now and he said that he doesn't have to let me know anything.This is beyond ridiculous. I also called the office in January to make sure my club fees are paid and I paid those. My master payments are up to date. No one ever mentioned I owe anything else.

      Regarding this meter, while Spires & Associates, ** failed to correct the issue, the General Manager of the association did remove the fees. Please keep my complaint as Spires & Associates, PA continues unlawful practices.

      I received a fine for parking on the street. I have ONE car and ONE garage that I park in every night. I have NEVER parked in the street. I cannot get a return call and messages left are ignored. This is gross negligence and Im tired of the run around.
