    I came to wash clothes the machine 5 wasnt working the lady that was working said she had to wait til the clothes finished another 16 mins I pushed the emergency stop button the machine wouldnt open I then called the ****** number that is suppose to be the owner that is posted on the office door in yellow I tried to call the number 6 times no answer the clothes finally stop I took them out and the lady put **** in . Time waisted not appreciated.

    I am sorry you experienced an issue with the  machine. Please note that machines do have technical issues, and the laundromat attendants are there to help with the best of their knowledge to resolve the issue. Was there anything wrong with the wash of your cloths? Also please let us know exactly what is it that happened you had tried to stop the machine for before the cycle was done.
