    Pathetic. **** and ***** were great. The office staff is horrendous. I asked to talk to owner no response. STAY AWAY THIEFS!!!!!!

    I signed a contract in August 2022 for a bathroom remodel with Sunrise. My one requirement was that they finish before Christmas of that year. I understand that there was a hurricane that occurred that year, but they didn't start until mid-November and were not finished until 2023. They often did not show up when expected and sometimes when not expected. Days went by without hearing from them. The same person did the tiling, the plumbing and the painting. He applied all the wall tile, then announced that he was short a tile! He managed to break the water shut off valve for the entire condominium unit and then lied to me that hooking it up to the water heater would shut off all the water. It cost me $400 to get a real plumber in to fix it. I've waited this long to write a review, thinking my anger might ***** some, but it hasn't.

    Sometimes when we schedule a job to be completed by a certain date, it doesn't always happen as planned.  Various factors are involved that are beyond our control.  During the timeframe of your job we had multiple problems; such as lack of trained employees, the hurricane caused material and supplies to be at a shortage, the holidays even had an effect on progress.  Did you contact the office in regard to the broken water shut off valve and the plumbing problem?  Something like that would have definitely been addressed promptly.  Sorry to hear that you are angry about the whole process but I do hope the job was completed to your liking..
