              My debit card had to be replaced it was received a few days after dues post.Unable to get through on phone or to visit due to work and family.Around June 3 I visited club and filed new card info.Found I was charged a late fee and billed for two months. Was assured the late fee would be removed and that I was paid for two months. Despite repeated contacts late fee not removed.Terrible customer care.

              I was a member at the Around The Clock fitness business. Unannounced, the owners sold the business to New York *********** who immediate raised the membership prices and reduced the hours they were open. The attraction to this facility for me was the "around the clock" feature. In addition to raising the fees, they added a new layer of fees for late payments. Many of the reasons I had for joining this club are no longer valid and they claim I have contract with them. It's hard to believe that you can make that many drastic changes to benefits and costs and get away with enforcing a contract based on those features that was executed under different ownership. Shameful. The BBB needs to investigate this business...
