    On 10-19-22 I ordered a new golf cart. As the contract was prepared, ***** was marking out prices on the original contract and writing in new numbers. He kept explaining that because of *****, and the hurricane, prices were rising. I agreed to the contract, with a promise of delivery in 3-4 weeks. Because of the length of time, I asked to put the down payment ($6000 on my **** card, agreeing to pay a 3% fee of $180. An item on the contract, important to me, was a Sunbrella enclosure. His price being crossed out from $655 to $1195, again explained the increase due to Covid and hurricane. The cart was not delivered in a timely fashion, nor were my inquiries answered as to the delay. Finally the cart was delivered on paid in full for $6318.81. I complained to the delivery person that the enclosure did not fit properly, was much too large and not fastened with snaps to make it secure. The delivery person said not to worry it would be taken care of.I did not hear from *****, so I made a personal visit to see what would be done. He actually pretended surprised that there could be anything wrong, when I showed him pictures of its appearance, he agreed it needed to be remedied, their remedy was to cut pieces out and folded the excess plastic and hid it under the enclosure valance. Some places are so misfit, the zippers will not close. The webbing from the hooks used originally were just cut off and left on the surface of the enclosure. The only solution for the problem is to remove the enclosure entirely and replace it with a properly fitted one. Since Golf and Electric Carts has been so dishonest throughout this transaction, I request a full refund for the enclosure, plus repairs caused by snaps inserted to try to make it fit.I believe *****, took advantage of an old lady, fending for herself and maybe had a little money. I think there should also be equitable refund causing stress and sleepless nights .Thank you.
