  ******************Great Service and a awesome job. We are very pleased with AHT. Called many other companies they were the only ones that spent time explaining there product and worked on the pricing. Not pushy and sales people and Sales man always answers the phone.

  AHT did a repair job for me last year. I used the electric shutter once and it failed in exactly the same manner that it did before they repaired it. I was shocked when I called them that they would not honor any warranty. I recommend you never use these folks to repair your shutters and for those of you that are contemplating using these folks, I would avoid, as your warranties may be useless.

  Hello ********************,
  I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our company and I'd like to understand what we could've done better to earn back your trust.
  However, I have a few points to clear up:
  - AHT manufactures products for the industry and the Florida Building Code requires our labels to be affixed to anything we build or one of our authorized dealers builds using our parts, but it doesn't mean that we installed it. In this case, I checked our files and we did not manufacture this product... only supplied the parts to Hurricane Safe.
  - For quality we photograph before and after images of our repairs, so I can definitively say that your shutter was 100% repaired and cleaned.
  - Hurricane Safe installed your shutters as evidenced by their label on the bottom slat of the shutter. We do not warranty their installations.
  - We fully repaired and cleaned the shutter at your request on Oct 6th, replacing 3 rusted slat hangers and 4 damaged slats. These services are classified as labor and come with a 90 day warranty. For clarity, any repair where the materials used cost less than the hour of labor is considered a labor repair. A motor replacement would've come with a 1 year warranty, but that was no required or requested for this job.
  - The shutter repair worked for a full year, but there appear to be fundamental issues with the installation which are causing this shutter to break over time. Shutters are supposed to be used regularly and maintained at least once per year. Using it only once per year might be leading to the problems you are experiencing. 
  -It took nearly 3 months to receive payment on the invoice which was due upon completion of work.
  
  I recommend that you call the original installer of your shutter to understand your rights under their warranty. We will gladly repair your shutter again if requested, but will not do so for free. Thank you for your time and despite the bad review I still appreciate your feedback and hope for the opportunity to do business again.
