Inspired Kitchen and Bath Design was contracted to provide the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. The initial installation was troubling, they ordered and installed the wrong size cabinets over the refrigerator in the kitchen, and one of the bathroom vanities had the drawer on the wrong side, directly under the sink.They somehow totally forgot the end lamination on the same vanity as the drawer issue. After the new cabinet doors were installed over the refrigerator area, they had left two visible holes where the prior screws were. I insisted they fix these, they put wax and just colored them with a marker. I refused to except this, it was disgusting. When the installer put the new laminated patch on the bathroom vanity, it was winkled and unbelievably visibly hideous. The installers had installed this and just left it, we discovered it the next day. We demanded this be fixed also. After excessive delays, the new cabinet doors were installed and the doors were not level or straight. We requested they adjust them during the new installation, they simply did not do it. We demanded they return and straighten them, the installer argued and adamantly insisted he could not fix them! We are totally disgusted with the overall quality, workmanship and staff. We would never recommend Inspired Kitchen and Bath Design.
